About this house rental
Immaculate and well cared for 4 bedroom in the Village of Nags Head. Two en-suite master bedrooms. Can sleep up to 8 adults. The property is located on the bay side and has three levels with wonderful unobstructed sunset, water and golf course views from the top and middle floors. Centrally located to all shopping needs with the ability to walk or bike to several supermarkets and restaurants. Includes free guest access to the Nags Head Beach Club during the Summer. The Beach club provides direct access to the ocean and also has swimming pools, tennis courts, food/bar, and free parking. It’s a five minute drive to the Beach Club from the house. It is also a very short 3 min walk to the bay and sound side pier where the water is typically calmer and warmer for swimming. Also includes member-guest golf rates at Nags Head Golf Links year round. The house also looks onto the 15th green and the 16th T-box- hecklers welcome. Outlet shopping is just a short drive down the road. This house is situated in the perfect location and is a short walk to the community dock for crab fishing, swimming and direct sound access. The house is equipped with high speed internet and is perfect for folks looking for a remote workplace. It’s equipped with Apple / Roku streaming and other amenities. The sunset views from the decks can be spectacular as you relax and ease into the evening. This is truly a unique setting that we would like to share and where wonderful memories will be made. Nags Head golf course member-guest and ocean beach club access (during the Summer) included in this rental. This is a beautiful home overlooking the 15th green of the Nags Head Links. Views of the sound and especially the sunsets are incredible. It is a great property for entertaining large gatherings on the upper floor and deck. The home is very nicely decorated and has everything you could think of for a great OBX vacation. The hosts are attentive and have gone out of their way in providing books, games, movies, and music for guests to enjoy. The listing shows it off, but really does not do it justice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

The sunsets were stunning, the house was very clean and well stocked & the location was great. The kids loved the access to the pool & beach. Crabbing and paddle boarding off of the pier was a blast!
We had a great time & will definitely be back.

Cannot say enough about this beautiful home: thoughtfully decorated, stocked completely, and gorgeous! We had three small children with is and five adults. Everyone had private space. Outdoor shower, media systems, and every kitchen need were a delight beyond the description of the property! Thank you! A truly special place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything and all the appliances and cookware were in great shape. Peter and Loren were extremely available and helpful. The worst thing about this place is that it’s hard to book your desired dates! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. We have been coming to the OBX since we were children , and we just witnessed some of the best sunset views we've ever had! It's nice to unwind after a long day playing at the beach, golfing, kayaking, and visiting friends with a little breeze and a view.
The home is comfortable and inviting. It is well appointed with everything you need to make your stay easy and accessible. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We have just returned from a week at this house. The house was beautiful, represented accurately, and very clean (no crumbs even in the kitchen drawers). Our only complaint (very minor) was that the bedrooms do not have blackout curtains. If you are someone that who likes to sleep in and likes it dark, the sun will make this very difficult for you. Overall, outstanding!

This is an A+ property. The views of the golf course and the sound are outstanding. The location is ideal as it is just a short ride to many of the island's top attractions but the neighborhood is far enough away from the main highway that you don't hear any street noise. We also made regular visits to the private pool club and the adjacent beach which were a big hit with the kids. The home is clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was a breeze. We would definitely rent this property again!

This house is fantastic and does have everything you need. We tend to cook a few nights when we go to the beach and the kitchen was more than equipped. It's great to have access to the beach club for east ocean access and then also be able to just walk down to the sound. We already booked our stay for next year!

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and home was decorated very well. Great location. The weather was not cooperative, but you can’t control nature. We all enjoyed our stay at the house.

This property is even more beautiful than it shows on the VRBO website. Fantastic open concept living area with magnificent views of Roanoke Sound. The deck is large and comfortable with amazing views of the golf course and sound. The entire property is well maintained and in a very nice quiet neighborhood with all the amenities. There is an excellent collection of shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. The property owner is friendly and attentive. We explored Roanoke Island, Jockey's Ridge State Park and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore making a lot of memories. We highly recommend this property.

Your house is wonderful. A spectacular view of the bay with several awesome sunsets! The upstairs was spacious, well laid out, and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and dishware. The location was also a big plus in that it was near pretty much everything there in Nags Head (grocery store, beach, restaurants, shopping). Bottom line -- we all had a great week at your house.

This is our second time to stay at this property. It has the most amazing soundside views and sunsets from the back deck. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything that you might need. The owners are responsive and they make the entire process seamless.

This house was prefect - had everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean.
Location is on the sound side of the Island and under a minute to walk the sound pier where you can swim in calm, safe water.
It's a few minutes drive to the beach club which we used on a number of days. Easy parking, access to pool with loungers, snack bar etc. You can also walk from here to the beach which is very convenient if want to swim in the sea, bodyboard etc.
Views from living/kitchen area are just stunning!
Area is very quiet, residential and family focused.
Overall a big thumbs up from us.

Everything was exactly as described and well equipped from the linens, kitchen, to the beach chairs and umbrella. The owners and property manager was extremely responsive and wanted to make sure our family had absolutely everything we needed to make our family vacation to OBX everything we hoped it would be. This is a great house to stay in for vacation. There was absolutely nothing left they could have possibly thought about to make this place more comfortable. Siblings vacation
The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect for relaxing on the water, seeing gorgeous sunset’s and watching the wild life. So very close to several activities and historic places. My siblings and I would definitely come back to this house and the OBX.

Wishing we had more Time
The property was outstanding. Adjacent to the Nags Head golf course, view of the sound and outstanding sunsets from the great deck. Used the property as a base and often went to the Beach Club House that provided direct access to the Ocean side beach. The location of the property was perfect, allowing us easy access to the north end of the outer banks all the way down to Cape Hatteras. The house was well equipped with what we needed. Could not ask for a better time and wished we had a longer stay. Thanks to the Chin's

Million dollar view
The view from this house is just incredible! We spent many nights drinking wine and chatting as the sun went down. The house is also a quick walk to the dock where our family spent afternoons crabbing (with traps provided by the Chins). The passes to the beach/pool club were just icing on the cake. Thank you Loreen and Peter! We had a wonderful time.

Spectacular Sound-front Home in Village at Nags Head
Super, well equipped home at Villages at Nags Head. Our hosts were responsive to all our needs, including arranging for use of the community pool prior to check in. The decks provided a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The beach was a short drive away. Each bedroom was equipped with TVs. A gas range was good for cooking as was the outside gas grill. The house had updated furnishings and nice decorative touches. We would stay at this house again. O

This is a fantastic house in a great location. The views looking over the water are spectacular. The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. Because of Covid, we prepared and ate most meals in the house. Nags Head is centrally located in the Outer Banks, and close to many activities. Highly recommended the Chins' house.
