One block from the beach with everything you needed in this cute clean traditional beach box. Added bonus you can bring your furry friend. Just one thing to note, this property is managed by a management company and there are some inconsistencies between how it’s advertised on VRBO and their contract, which they sent us after we had booked through Vrbo. For example, VRBO says they provide linens and they do but only if you stay for a week otherwise it’s $100 charge. And there was some inconsistency in the cancellation policy but after several conversations, the management company agreed to honor the VRBO advertising for that portion. On the upside check was easy, they were only a block and a half from the house and when we got to the house the microwave didn’t work and they quickly responded with a loaner.

Great location for access to the beach with my pups. Nice stay. Listing was inaccurate in that I booked the property from Sunday to Sunday, but the property mgmt company called the next day and said they only book Saturday to Saturday. So, I had to pay for but lose a day of my vacation.

The location to the beach access and short walk to the beach was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend. Only down side was the mattress was hard (personal preference). Easy walk to Art’s place - highly recommend

It was nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The beach was not crowded. Everyone was so friendly. We sat on the deck which was perfect as there was a wonderful breeze, and you could see the ocean. At night the screened room came in very handy to keep the bugs away and still enjoy being outside. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and just relax.

Our 6th stay in this cute place! It has everything a couple could need for a beach week. This year the owners have added high top chairs and a table to the deck. What a great addition, there is now a comfy spot to view the water and enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink. Linens are provided, no laundry to do the minute you arrive back home. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is roomy and kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal. Lots of storage which makes me especially happy because I don't like clutter laying around. I wish I could keep this sweet little place a secret but I will highly recommend it anyway:)

The best part of this rental is the location. It's so perfect to get to the beach just across the street and centrally located next to everything you need!
The amenities provided were excellent. The kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and things you needed. There is even a spice tower and cook books. The bedding, towels, etc. were good quality. Overall I would highly recommend the property.
The only negative (and it's minor) is that you can tell it's managed by a property company rather than a person who would give the property the TLC that it needs. The tub didn't drain, there was no screen in one of the bedroom windows and there was painter's tape over holes in the screen in the kitchen. There was a ceiling fan in the living room but we had to purchase batteries for the remote (only way to turn it on) and then it could only be on low or it seemed like it was going to vibrate out of the ceiling. Again, these are minor issues and wouldn't prevent me from recommending the property.
Overall the management company was fine to deal with. They contacted me via phone regarding the contract and payment. They were quick to respond to my request for early access. There would have been a fee to check in around 1:00pm but they were able to give us access around 3:00pm rather than 4:00 so that was acceptable.

We have rented this unit 4 times now. We loved it. Quiet, easy to sit outside with very little traffic and an awesome view. HOWEVER, IT NOW HAS A PARKING LOT NEWLY INSTALLED IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE! TWO PORTA POTTIE ROUND OUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE OCEAN WINDS BLOWING THE LOVELY SMELL RIGHT PAST OUR DOOR! I am very disappointed, that we were not told of the city's new "improvements". We rented this house because it DIDN'T LOOK COMMERCIAL! boooooooooooo!

Easy access to beach nice yard and just right size for 2 people and a dog. Couch could be replaced pretty clean but dog hair on couch and rug from previous dog. Also chand from last yea4 no cable have to stream or Netflix or prime video.

Good times at the beach
The size of the rental property was perfect for our family of four, and property was spotless upon arrival. The location of the property is excellent as the house sits 1/2 block from the beach access. Everything you need is within driving distance. Checking in/out was simple, and the representatives from Carolina Shores were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Relaxing, cozy retreat
Just the right size and location for a couple looking for a retreat from the city for a week. Wind and sun and long walks on the beach, just a few feet away from the house. Everything was clean, neat, and "just right" when we showed up. We loved every minute.

Lazy Daizy
Property is beautifully located but very dated. Was not clean when we arrived.
Floors were dirty. bathroom smelled awful, range hood was greasy, coffee pot is old and stained so coffee tasted burnt. The outdoor shower is a nice feature but how about a lock that hooks and new shower head and faucets>
