Situated in Cutchogue, this lovely house for $1,258 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Sandy Oaks. This beautiful, modern home in quiet, wooded Nassau Point will be the perfect spot for your North Fork vacation. With 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool, this house is perfect for families or couples. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. The property is located on a quiet, wooded road within the secluded neighborhood of Nassau Point. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a spacious master suite with ensuite bath, plus a double and a twin bedroom. Downstairs, there is a TV room/bedroom with comfortable double sofabed. There are three full bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot for an infant and wifi. Children are welcome; unfortunately we are unable to allow pets on this property. This property would comfortably suit up to eight people. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. There are quiet, local beaches within walking distance, fabulous wineries within a short drive, plus restaurants and gourmet stores in Greenpoint and Mattituck. However, you may prefer to bring home picked-that-morning produce from the many local farmstands and cook in the well-appointed eat-in kitchen or outside grill. You will need a car to get around. Please note the TV has access to Netflix and Prime but not cable/network TV. All trash should be placed in yellow town trash bags which are provided. Pool is open early May to late September. In July and August all check-ins and check-outs must be on a Saturday. Check in after 5pm and checkout before 10am. Returning guests, please note we are retiring our swingset end of 2023 and currently planning what will go in its place.

Phenomenal home!! Our family had an awesome week in this beautiful home. Great for families as we enjoyed the pool and the convenience to the beach. Working with the homeowners was a pleasure as they were so great with communicating and making everything so easy to understand about their home. We can’t wait to go back!

We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful - so roomy and comfortable for our week out East. The pool, playground set and toys provided kept our kids (ages 2 and under) entertained for hours. The house was spotless upon arrival and we felt very much at home. We also couldn't have asked for a better location (a very easy 10-minute walk to the beach) and easy access to the supermarket and local restaurants / shops. The only (very small) complaint was the TV situation - there is only one TV in a small sitting room (that may double as a bedroom depending on the size of your group). It's an older smart TV so not a ton of options. We ended up buying a Roku (which we were in need of anyway) to get a bit more variety for our evenings. It didn't impact my 5+ out of 5 star rating for this property but may be helpful for other travelers. Wonderful, accommodating and responsive hosts as well! We're very much looking forward to returning next year.

We loved this house and everything was as advertised. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was great to walk, run and bike around. The pool was beautiful and had a great outdoor set up. We all worked remotely and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this house and plan on coming back next year.

All-around terrific property - with large pool and patio, one never needs to leave. But if you do there is a quiet beach within walking distance, and countless farm stands, restaurants and towns within a short drive. Perfectly located in the middle of the north fork. Great find!

House was nice and clean and fully stocked. Children loved the swing set and kids room. Pool/outdoor area was awesome. Close to nice beach on the bay. Location was good, close enough to attractions/food/shopping, but far enough away that you are in quiet, peaceful area.

We loved our stay! Location is perfect amongst wineries, beaches and Greenport. The house is beautiful inside and outside. It is well stocked with kitchen items. Kids loved all the children’s books and games. the owner was very responsive before and after our stay. Could not ask for a better week!

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely gorgeous house. It’s immaculately clean and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a den that had a pullout couch. We spent a lot of time outside in the backyard – swimming in the brand new heated saltwater pool and grilling and eating many meals. The den was stocked with a bunch of toys and books to keep our two and a half year-old entertained. The location was perfect, close to the larger North Fork towns such as, Greenport and Mattituck and close to many kid friendly bay beaches. Daniel, the host, was very helpful, providing lots of info re. the house and things to do in the area. He was also very responsive to all our questions before and throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this house!
