There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, configured as follow: • 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds, private bathroom and air conditioning; • 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning; • Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom; • Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom just in front; • Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, private bathroom and air conditioning; • Ground Floor - Annex – Bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning; The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other indispensable accessories. There’s a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, TV with Portuguese and English channels. There’s air conditioning in the living room. In the autonomous entrance small house, you will find a space with a pool table for some fun moments. Other indoor games can be found on the mezzanine above the living room, a special space for the youngest. Outside, a covered annex with a second kitchen and a second BBQ will delight the adults and will be the family gathering place. Outdoor you can find a swimming pool with approximately 9 meters in length by 4 meters wide, the deepest end as 1.90 meters deep and near the steps it as 1 meter deep. The pool offers an alcove with submerged bench, a refreshing area for sunny and warm days. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The grass has a swing set and other toys that benefits from the natural shade of the palm trees, an ideal place for children to have fun. Outdoor furniture makes the garden a relaxing and enjoyable space for the whole family. Table football and table tennis will be a delight to our guests and a brand new outdoor covered annex backed by a modern and practical kitchen allows for excellent summer BBQ's and meals. In a nutshell, this property will provide you with:  Wireless Internet Access;  Fully Equiped Kitchen;  Cable TV;  Charcoal BBQ and 2 covered outdoor areas for alfresco meals;  Outdoor furniture sets;  Fireplace;  Air-Conditioning in 4 bedrooms and living room;  Pool table, ping-pong table and table football;  10+ sun loungers;

The villa was beautiful and spacious. There was more than enough to keep busy. The owners were lovely and helpful. The location was the only downside as it is quite far away from the towns and nights out. However it is manageable with lots of ubers or if you rent a car. Overall, really good experience. Highly recommend.

Localização Casa com bastante espaço, ideal para grupos Cozinha bem equipada zonas exteriores agradáveis simpatia/disponibilidade dos colaboradores da Seashell. Alguns equipamentos: máquina da loiça (não lavava bem) forno (o forno da "casa principal" não funcionava devidamente, desligava-se constantemente), Wi-Fi/TV (com falhas de serviço).

espaço da casa em geral, jardim e piscina bem cuidados e limpos seria fundamental os 2 quartos do r/c terem ar condicionado e todas as divisões terem janelas/portadas anti mosquitos algumas peças da cozinha partidas (máquina de café, frigorífico), não existência de pó para a máquina da roupa a banheira de hidromassagem do anexo não estava em condições de ser utilizada (talvez por falta de uso) tivemos de a limpar, para a poder usar sugeríamos mais luz exterior, nomeadamente na zona que , para nós foi de refeições, por baixo do toldo junto à piscina o espaço envolvente à propriedade vedada em si, estava com bastante lixo ...presumivelmente atirada por hóspedes, mas, como julgo pertencerem à propriedade, talvez fosse boa ideia limpar o terreno junto à vedação aproveito para informar que, em 2 noites (por volta das 20h), nos tocaram à campaínha, sem ninguém responder

A casa em si está muito bem estimada e tinha vários locais para fazer teleworking. Espaço exterior incrível. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios (colheres de pau, facas, etc.)

O fds correu maravilhosamente!! Desde a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, o conforto da casa, a piscina, a calma, a proximidade de supermercados, tudo o que se pode querer. A banheira de hidromassagem de apoio à piscina necessita de água quente (o esquentador não tinha força), e a piscina de uma cobertura para assim manter o aquecimento.

Gostámos da casa em geral, especialmente do espaço exterior. O que correu menos bem foi reportado durante a estadia o check in foi confuso e tardio, as senhoras da limpeza só deixaram a casa às 19:00. A casa tinha vários problemas de manutenção ( estores, torneiras, etc). A comunicação foi fácil mas não muito atenta, nem simpática. No entanto, a equipa de manutenção resolveu alguns dos problemas reportados.

I will recommend this property to any one but be careful with the pool is quite deep and sloppy and no warning or marking nearly had an incident and I advise you read the guests guide line first as everything is written on Portuguese.

Da area de piscina O facto de a casa ter todos os quartos em suite Espaco exterior Moradia isolada Areas da casa Equipamentos de lazer (T.mesa, matraquilhos, snooker) Mobiliário geral, principalmente os sofás E almofafas - sujos/velhos e colchões/estrados (durante a nossa estadia foi substituído um mas foram identificadas outras necessidades) manutenção geral da casa, uma vez que começam a aparecer sinais de desgaste (por exemplo-chuveiros, paredes com tinta a saltar...) verificação de funcionamento dos eletrodoméstico, nomeadamente os frigoríficos de apoio (arca congeladora com muito gelo e sujo e o frigo do anexo - fraco e sujo) e máquina de lavar a loiça (que nunca lavou corretamente)

We had the best time at the villa and would definitely recommend and return. I would have put excellent for everything but put good for accommodation due to the gates and intercom not working correctly but it didn't spoil our time. Also good for location as not much in boliqueime itself but we just used uber to get into Vilamoura which we loved! And between 12 this did not cost much.

I booked this villa for my sisters Hen Do and I’m so glad that I did. There was 11 of us and we had so much space. A great kitchen where we could cook together and sit outside for our meals. The villa is in a great location with a 15 minute walk to the local Aldi and Lidl. We did find it hard to sleep at night because of the the wind. The house was very noisy and at times felt like there were people in the house. Some of the fences around the villa need securing as we’re banging.

Nous avons adoré la villa, l’endroit et le lieu. Cependant nous avons passé les deux premiers jours sans eau chaude, cependant ils sont toujours internus rapidement suite à nos appels. Résumé: mal grès quelques aléas, une semaine magnifique dans un endroit somptueux.
