I love WoodSprings because the staff is always so friendly. Also, our stay was good as always because the room was comfortable! Thank you.
I did not appreciate that 1 of the rolls of toilet paper was opened and previously used. I also did not like how there was pee inside the toilet.

There was no breakfast yet there wasn't any pots and pans or dishes or eating utensils. It advertises a full kitchen.
If you are bringing children with you make sure you keep them locked away in your room. Management does not like children out of their room.

once arrived I was told I had to pay more because the room I choice wasn’t even open I had to pay for a double bed room
