Nestled in Sussex County, this lovely house for $378 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spectacular waterfront views from this three-bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious coastal-style townhome w/ everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. In the summer, enjoy lunch on the waterfront deck watching geese swim by and cranes fly above, go crabbing from the dock, enjoy gorgeous sunrises over coffee and cocktails during moonlit nights over Little Assawoman Bay. Recent renovations and updates include: • Luxurious, professionally designed master bath with walk-in shower and elegant, high-end fixtures and heated floors • Professionally designed guest bath with new washer dryer • Stylish new bedroom furniture and mattresses in both guest bedrooms • Weber grill • Comfortable Adirondack table and chairs on the main deck and Adirondack chairs on the master deck to enjoy the views Cool off at the pool overlooking the bay. Bring your boat and park it at your private boat dock or rent boats/jet skis right next door. Cook a delicious meal from your fully stocked kitchen featuring modern stainless steel appliances or relax over dinner and cocktails at Catch 54, voted Delaware’s Best Waterfront Restaurant. Papa Grandes is just steps from your door, and Harpoon Hannah’s, with its waterfront Tiki bar and entertainment, is just a stroll away. In the winter, relax by the fire, enjoying views from your oversized windows. The master bedroom is a true retreat with amazing views, a king-size bed, Serta pillow-top mattress, and a waterfront walk-out balcony with Adirondack chairs. The second bedroom features one queen bed (new bed and mattress as of 2022), and twin bed (new 2022) and another waterfront balcony. The third bedroom is also newly decorated with a queen bed with a new mattress and a balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Walk or bike to the beach, enjoy a spa day at Zen Spas steps away or a day of golf at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the street. We are close to many restaurants, a water park, mini golf and so many Ocean City activities. And don’t forget tax-free shopping! Enjoy free wifi, two TVs (living room and master) with access to Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube TV, which offers all major local and cable channels. Great communication with the landlord. Very accommodating and nice. Location very convenient to Restaurants and the beach. Bay view from each balcony is very relaxing. Parking very nice with two dedicated spots for the visitors. Updated bathrooms and the master suite is lovely. Loved our stay and experience at this little gem.

This home is everything it promised to be and more. It’s gorgeous, spotless and very comfortable and you cannot beat the convenient location. All mattresses were very comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. The owners were so friendly and easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions to follow. Pride of ownership is clear with this property. We loved our weekend getaway! We spent quality time on the decks watching the boats and the birds. We will definitely be back! We would highly recommend! 10 stars!

Condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. Location was within walking distance to a few restaurants. We had Ana amazing dinner at Catch 54. Close drive to the beach water park more restaurants a million mini golf’s and ocean city boardwalk.

We could not have enjoyed our stay here more!! Amazing location- walkable to a few of our favorite restaurants (catch 54 and papa grandes) and a short, easy drive to the beach with plenty of parking on 140th street. The view was incredible from the deck and we spent quite a few nights just staying in and appreciating that! My favorite part was the decor. I’m an interior designer and it was so well done- the tile in the bathrooms, fresh, clean walls and wallpaper and beautiful trim were a few touches that made it an extra special place to stay. The lay out was great for us and our three kids and there was plenty of room for them to have a friend a couple of the nights. Communication and check in were very easy and the host was very responsive about the broken dryer and had it fixed as soon as possible Just a wonderful week! Thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful week. Fenwick Lighthouse Beach is a 20 minute walk or five minute drive. Cozy condo community in back bay. All the comforts of home on the water. Kayaking right out the back door. Water sports next door. Restaurants and shopping aplenty nearby. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect rental for a family of five that enjoyed beach, jet skiing, kayaking, community pool, miniature golf, movies (inclement weather). Edgar and Staci have a wonderful space and are gracious hosts!!! We lived every minute of our trip. Southern Delaware gem in Fenwick Island!

The house was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great location with lovely views. Really enjoyed using the kayak and relaxing on the balconies.
The owner was great at responding quickly to our messages and was very helpful.
The only downside was that bed linen and towels were not provided. Also a little kettle would be good (but that's because we are Brits and love a cup of tea!)

Beautiful property! Amazing rental! Amazing views and sunrises! Felt like home. My friends and I were only able to do the weekend but had a great time and everyone loved the place! We were able to get an early check in. Owners were great to work with and even had a welcome gift waiting for us. Definitely a keeper!!

Great place to stay off season. Master suite on third floor fantastic; so were the bay views from each level. Catch 54 and Papa Grande's short walk around the corner. Parking spaces right in front of townhouse; a breeze getting in and out during off season but could be tight parking during busy season. Bright, clean and comfortable home. Bathroom on 2nd floor needs an update, but otherwise we really enjoyed staying at this townhouse on the bay! P.S. After September 15th oceanfront parking is available on Fenwick Island without a permit... bonus!! This home is just a short drive to the beach!

Very nice condo with such beautiful views from all 3 floors. The location is not far from the beach. It was an easy bike ride for me & my husband, but I wouldn't be comfortable with my kids riding on Lighthouse Rd. It is close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. The pool was a nice temperature & we pretty much had it to ourselves.
The beds were very comfortable. The master shower had great water pressure. (Not sure about the 2nd floor shower since my kids wanted to use ours.)
The only negatives I would say is there was no hair dryer, if I had known I would have packed my own. Although we used the dishwasher, a dish drying rack or matte would be useful when you just want to wash a pot or pan. We opted to bring our bedding & towels, but 2 dish towels wasn't enough, and I forgot to pack a bath matte towel so it was annoying getting the floor wet getting out of the shower. I still give it a 5 star & would stay again, but I would be better prepared. I hope to come back here in the future.

The house was very clean, great views, and an overall great experience. The owners are very responsive and provided some very nice touches. The access to the pool and the restaurants are fantastic. The only drawback is access to the beach but you can drive to the state park within minutes. We are very happy with our stay here.

Place was great! Awesome sunrise views each morning. Enjoyed watching the wildlife right outside the door. Pool was a hit with our two boys. Already looking to book next year!

Great get away
This was a great location for a post COVID friend reunion. The townhomes are clean, well equipped, quiet, and convenient to many local attractions. The only downside was it wasn’t easy to walk places, as there really aren’t sidewalks in this area.

Edgar and Stacie were excellent hosts and the property is well represented in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay there! It was so great to have use of the kayak so we could explore the bay area and see some of the birds more close up. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you'd need, though with three great restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk, you may not want to cook any dinners! We had a couple of check-in hiccups, quickly remedied via communication with Edgar and he was very gracious. A new grill was already on order to replace the nonworking current one, and arrived the day after us. Sticklers may note that the bathrooms could use some updating, and the floors, although broom clean, caused feet to be black by the end of the day. I would suggest some slippers for in-house use, unless the cleaning folks start to mop with more frequency. Those with younger kids may like to know that the master bedroom on the third floor has a more loft-like exposure, not a full wall/door, so that could be a safety issue for little climbers (and is not really shown in the photo). The other bedrooms have doors. Those with young children might also want to be aware that the property really doesn't have much easy walking or biking access, as you'd have to cross the busy bridge (just a narrow sidewalk with no other barrier from cars) and a road towards the beach that has a variable shoulder and then busy parking lot leading up to the light. I would be hesitant to ride/walk here with anyone under 15 and even as an adult, it's a bit scary. People do it, however. Ocean City MD is just a few minutes drive and we highly recommend the drone show in their park. We enjoyed driving to Fenwick Island State Park for the beach time, as they had nice restroom and food facilities as well as a nice beach. The lot does fill up, so try to arrive before 11am, or go later in the day. Overall it was a lovely week, and you have some great shopping right in town, or Rehoboth or Bethanny just a short drive away as well.

This is a lovely property on the Bayside. I enjoyed waking up to see the sun rise over the bay, then taking my coffee out on the deck to enjoy the peace. The property is very close to three restaurants, including Harpoon Hannah's. The home was well stocked with any needed kitchen supplies and tools. Our group included my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law, and nine-month-old granddaughter. The house was a perfect size for our group. It was an enjoyable week!
