About this house rental
Located in Nong Kae, this attractive house for $163 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Large beach front home located within a small traditional Thai fishing village. This house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms an outdoor shower, a large open plan living area with flat-screen TV, child-friendly play area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and fast free WiFi. Bathrooms with additional outdoor showers handy for use after beach visits. Beach 50m from the house where there are a selection of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. There is a private shared pool for guest use situated behind the house. The house is air-conditioned & all bedrooms have an individual terrace with superb views. A handy tourist information pack is supplied, and additional requests can be accommodated including transport and cleaning services. Khao Takiab is a fantastic village with a wide variety of amenities: spas, restaurants, water sports and easy access to several world-class golf courses. All in all it will be a great holiday experience. Beach activities: One minute stroll from the house is Khao Takiab beach which is wonderful for swimming, playing and walking. There is horse riding, water sports and massage/manicure services available on the beach. Or if you just want to relax, you can sit at one of the beach cafes for some fresh fish or use the deckchairs provided by various cafes. At one end of the beach is Monkey Mountain which you can climb to find local monkeys. At the other end is Khao Tao a lovely little fishing village. If you like walking early in the morning, going from the house to Khao Tao is wonderful as the beach is wide and expansive with little development the further you walk. You certainly cannot get this experience on Hua Hin beach which is quite narrow and tends to get very busy in the peak season. Elephant riding and other nearby activities: Shopping for groceries is very easy as there is a small shop at the corner of the entry road to our street. For bigger shops you can find a huge Tesco in the Shopping Mall located half way between Khao Takiab and Hua Hin town (4km). Of course you can also explore Khao Takiab village which includes ATM machines, locall shops, 7-Eleven, etc. Very close to the house you can find elephant riding and quad-bike riding for those adventurous enough to ride around the dirt tracks. For golf enthusiasts, you can find a range of golf courses nearby. What better way to enjoy your golfing holiday than staying by the beach and heading to the courses when you want to play. My Thai Manager is on hand to help with anything you need. Most house rentals leave you to figure it all out by yourself. We believe in helping you to have the best possible holiday. Was an amazing clean house that’s a 5 minute walk from the beach! The house was spacious that was big enough for me and 5 of my friends who are all big guys, lots or good restaurants close by and the house manger was super helpful in all our day trips and helping us organise taxis. Was no sound pollution as the neighbourhood was very quite but not far from any major attractions. Lots of fun activities like muy Thai and surfing and kite surfing near by if you want a more active holiday. All the people where super friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!

There were 6 of us and an infant and was very comfortable. The manager Dha was very helpful and we would certainly book this house again in the future. great stay!!! Great house!

We had a great stay here, four adults and three children. This is a spacious house, close to a sweeping, lovely beach. The complex pool is terrific and we mostly had it to ourselves. This was our first stay at this house but very comfortable. Close to the beach. Loved all the room for a large group. Very handy having a washing machine and iron. I would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful well maintained family house in a perfect area. The house is kept to a very high standard, clean, cool with a very relaxing vibe. The family area was perfect for lazy mornings and relaxing after a busy day. The outside terrace provided a relaxing finish to the day with a wee G and T, whilst the children were in bed.
The perfect location for a short walk to the beach (4 mins) and the lovely hotel, the fantastic seafood restaurant at the back, the 10 minute walk to the monastery and the garden pool a few doors down. The younger children enjoyed taking the mopeds up to 'Monkey Mountain'.
Plenty to do locally, water parks, safari, the night markets etc
The owners have a 'nothing is a problem attitude' and were able to help with organising taxi's and tours to the beautiful island of Kao Talo.

Very Pleasant Stay
We came down here to stay with 8 of our family and we had a great time. The house has been well-loved and is great for young children and adults alike. The beach is just a short walk away, with bars, restaurants etc. There is even a great place for a full English breakfast (Oasis), just on the main road. If you wish to go into town a taxi is easily arranged.
The house itself is situated just below a mountain which serves as a lovely backdrop when sat out on the veranda. It sits in a valley and I imagine that is why the breeze was so good during our stay; it really helped to keep things cool.
Danielle and Khun Dha really helped us out before, during and after our stay there. In short I fully recommend this house. In this price range, the quality, service and location are unbeatable. Our family firmly decided that if we were to come back to Hua Hin we would definitely try to rent the house from Danielle again.

An excellent Family house close to a nice Beach
This large house is actually very Family friendly with all you need for a quiet tay there.The restaurant boat next to the pool is very nice with high quality food, service and low prices. The nearby beach is very nice and Luca's place at the Beach has excellent and cheap food and good service as well as a good massage. The swimming pool area is quite ok and the employees at the café is very helpfull with ordering taxis, delivering food at home etc. We definitely consider to go back there

This was our second visit to this house and it was as good as the last time the house is in a perfect location a stones throw from the beach and 10min drive from Hua Hin centre Dha who managed the property is always at hand for any questions or to organize taxis or day trips I would certainly recommend this house to family and friends it is ideal for large parties as it is very spacious I will hopefully return next year .

Great Holiday Rental
Danielle's home is a great holiday rental, located a short drive outside Hua Hin, close to a working fishing village and 2 very good beaches, cafe and 7/11. The house itself is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with a large TV, washing machine, wifi, glasses, pots and pans. To- date it is the best house I have rented for a holiday. My emails with Danielle were answered promptly and any questions raised dealt with, Danielle also arranged for a taxi to pick us up at our Bangkok hotel. Khun Dha, the house manager, was at the house on our arrival, to greet us, show our party around and ensure there was nothing else we needed, she arranged the rental of a motor bike for us and nothing appeared to be a problem for her. I would not hesitate in booking this property again,

A great place to stay
The house is perfect and a very nice place to stay, there is plenty of room and the facilities are very good, there is everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The house is almost at the beach, not even 5 minutes walk, and there are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
If you have a question, need something or want to make a trip, contact Da, the housekeeper, and she will arrange for it.
We very much like to go back and recommend this house to everybody who wants to have a great holiday in Thailand.

Fantastic House
We had a great holiday in hua hin this was my fourth visit to Thailand and this was the best location. The house was lovely better than what we expected. only 1 minute walk to beach where we spent most of our days.Its only 10 mins from town and taxis are cheap Dha at the coffee shop was always happy to help I would recommend this house to families or groups its a great house with everything you need we loved it. thankyou Danielle.

Beautiful holiday house
My family and I spent the Christmas holiday 2012/2013 in Thailand and we had rented this fabulous house in Hua Hin. It is a very clean and cosy house with plenty of space and we felt at home from the first day. The house is situated on a quiet road near to the fantastic beach – only 5 minutes walk away. There are fine café’s and restaurants nearby and do you want to go Hua Hin city, it only takes around 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk or taxi.
The house is nicely decorated and our 1,5 year old grand son loved the small table and chairs.
The nature is beautiful: Beach, Monkey Mountain and the small fishing harbour nearby.
Danielle Noordermeer has been really kind and helpful and the staff in Hua Hin has been fantastic - extremely service-minded.
All in all we warmly recommend this lovely house for family vacation and we all hope to go back some day :-)

This was a home from home. The photos do not do this house justice. Very spaciouse with a contempary thai feel. Quiet and felt very safe. Very close to my favourite places, the boat resturant and the antacilla hotel on the beach. Loved the view of monkey montain on the terrace. Felt very peaceful and safe. The staff here were exeptional and nothing was impossible. House is a great size with everything we needed and so close to see all the touristy bits you want without feeling in te throng. Would go again and again. I would happily have a holiday here and feel no need to explore further afield than within walking distance.

We've had a wonderful time in this house. Very close to the beach, perfect restaurants in the neighborhood and the manager at the place was fantastic. The house is on a quiet place, so no noise around the house. It's also very nice decorated, it could have been our own place.. And all the people around there are very kind and helpful. This was our first time in Thailand, but won't be the last!

Wonderful House
This was the first trip that I have used this type of accommodation on. Staying in this property was a most wonderful experience from beginning to end so much so that we stayed on for an extra night completely changing our vacation plans. We were a group of five adults and the house gave each of us privacy plus a wonderful view of Monkey mountain. Having been a visitor to Hua Hinn for over twenty years the location is my favorite. It is away from the maddening crowd yet close to a wonderful beach with easy access back to Hua Hinn. D who manages the property was only a phone call away and usually turned up within ten minutes. She was also kind enough to help us with transport. The house itself is light and airy and very nicely decorated. I am looking forward to getting to stay here again for a longer period hopefully for one or two weeks early next year. Eleven out of ten. We had privacy yet felt supported and extremely safe staying here.

Fabulous holiday home
My husband and I plus our respective mothers (both aged 82) spent 2 weeks at this house Hua Hin.
The house was fantastic - very comfortable, clean, well looked after and well equipped. The down stairs bedroom was perfect for older people with easy access to everything.
The beach was a very short walk away and easily accessible for 2 older ladies!
We spent some very pleasant evenings sitting outside enjoying the peace and quiet.
The travel arrangements ran like clockwork - from our pick up at the airport to our return to the airport.
The local contacts couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were transported to and from the centre of town whenever we asked and went on several excursions - courtesy of Mr Sit.
There were restaurants within walking distance if we didn't want to go too far.
This house would be perfect for a family holiday and was excellent for older people too.

The Perfect home away from home!
The Perfect Holiday break in a REAL home away from home!
This is one of the best holiday homes we have ever had the pleasure of renting and actually living in!
Everything you need is pretty much supplied and much more. Convenient, clean, cosy, comfortable and cool!
We spent our days there wondering down to the beach for horse riding and relaxing. Our mornings included a stroll down to the fisherman's wharf where we bought tons of fresh crabs, giant shrimp and fish that we cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Our little son LOVED the tiny bamboo chairs and kids table and was very upset at having to leave it behind when we sadly departed. The swimming pool and play ground round the corner, with the little cafe that serves yummy Thai food and great Western dishes was a favourite too, with lots of other kids around to befriend. We will be back as soon as we can and will be telling others about this excellent value for money and family oriented home. Thanks again to Pee Dha and Danielle for this thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Holiday House
We have just spent nearly three months at this wonderful property. It vis only a very short walk from one of the finest beaches in Thailand, where there are cheap sun beds and a number of cafes. It is also a short walk to the local bus station where you can get a bus into Hua Hin for just 10Bht, You wake up every morning to the sun coming up over Monkey Mountain. It very well furnished to western standards which means you have a full kitchen not just a Thai one. It is well appointed and was a real pleasure to stay there. Hopefully we will repeat the experience next year
