This fantastic, front line townhouse in the Belgravia Club is nestled amongst 35 other houses and apartments, forming a quiet and small urbanisation with direct, garden access to El Cristo Beach & chiringuitos. The Belgravia Club is a firm favourite. Spread over three floors, the house boasts a games room with pool table, a dinning terrace with sea views and a family style suite. The house is bright and spacious with nearly all bedrooms enjoying their own terraces. It’s the perfect location for a car free stay, walking distance to Estepona Port, Town and beach. Seconds from your door, the gated pool awaits. Child friendly, with graduated submerge steps and a shallow end, making it perfect for kiddies to play and those less steady on their feet. The communal BBQ and kitchenette is also located pool side, and is available to book for your personal use. The house top floor consists, Access to roof terrace, Master bedroom 1, with en-suite, Twin bedroom 2, with family bathroom. The ground level floor consists, Living room with dinning terrace access, Kitchen and dinning area. The lower floor consists, Twin bedroom, bathroom, Games room,with pool table, Family suite, (sleeps 4) with en-suite bathroom. You will have a fantastic time staying in the Belgravia Club. I have further accommodation available in the Belgravia Club should this be of interest. Please do not hesitate to ask. Direct access to El Cristo beach from the poolside gardens. Lovely spacious property, great location near bars and restaurants,and only a short stroll to the town center
Couldn't have picked a better place for our Solihum cup trip .Host was very helpful with any questions we had which were not many .

Estepona : en fantastist fin stad (gamla delen) med mysiga gränder och restauranger och en stooor härlig strand (normala solstols-priser) utanför en ljuvlig strandpromenad

Great location , spacious property
Five fifty plus golfers clubbed together for this property and what a great find! The house was spacious having four good sized bedrooms and two living areas. The rear access to the property gave us a two minute walk to the left for El cristo beach , the best beach in Esteopona, and to the right you are in the port in five minutes for all the bars/restaurants there!
It was either a twenty minute walk to the centre of Esteopona and all its attractions or a two minute taxi from the port for just five euros.
Our host Tanya was a pleasure to deal with and extremely prompt with all answers to our queries. Having been to Esteopona seven times now I would say this was our best choice of accommodation!

Perfect spot for Estepona Harbour and Town, within east walking distance to all of the fabulous restaurants and beaches. The villa is large and clean with plenty of space for 10 guests and lots to keep all ages entertained.

Bien.
Hemos estado bien. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas. Algunos somieres le faltaban tablas. Las sartenes muy desgastadas. Hemos echado en falta manteles y algo para cubrir los sofás.
La comunicación con Tanya muy fluida. Y sus representantes muy eficientes en todo, eso sí, no hablan español :)

Casa y servicios muy mejorables
Como puntos favorables a destacar:
- Vistas al mar
- Cerca de la Playa y puerto
- Comercio y ocio cercano
- Piscina comunitaria
- había luces sin funcionar (la de la campana y la de la cocina) y arreglaron las de la cocina pero la otra no…
Puntos negativos:
- Cuberteria y vajilla para 10 personas escasa
- la secadora no funcionaba
- el tendedero estaba sucísimo
- aparcamiento solo para 1 coche y la casa es para 10 personas
- tv sin canales en español
- todos los colchones (6) muy incómodos eran colchonetillas (menos 2 que estaban bien)
- mala accesibilidad para ir con carro. Todo eran escaleras
- solo 1 juego de llaves para entrar por la puerta principal (siendo la casa para 10 personas)
En términos generales el alojamiento era grande pero los recursos y estado de muchas cosas era muy deficiente para el precio cobrado.

Excellent stay :)
The town house was more than big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. The location could not have been better. Pool is a good size, (currently opens 10-7 (first hour is for over 60s) but my children went in during this time with no complaints. Life guard on at all times :). Access to the beech is 5m tops and its a lovely beech. Emails with Tanya (host) prior to going could not have been any better and we had a number of date/time changes due to Covid. Couple of minor issues when their which Steve (property manager resolved very quickly and impressively. We would look at returning in the future.

5 week visit in Feb/Mar 2020
5 weeks sitting in the winter sun watching the boats coming and going from the harbour - Bliss!
Two wonderful not overlooked terraces with sunny and shady areas to sunbathe or dine throughout the day.
Property was immaculate and clean on arrival down to the last teaspoon. We were just a couple but there would be plenty of seating and equipment fo a large party.
Beds and towels changed every week by a very friendly and efficient team.
The common garden areas are well maintained by a full time gardener/caretaker. The pool looked SO inviting but even in the exceptionally hot weather we enjoyed (even for a Costa del Sol winter) we resisted the temptation of a dip!
Only slight drawback would be if steps are a challenge for you. The house is four stories (if you count the roof terrace) and the small and secure urbanisation where it is situated has steps and a steep slope to/from the car parking and beach/harbour area.

I took 8 boys from the U.K. post GCSE and A’level holiday and I was so pleased with the apt.
The location was excellent, the weather fab and the apt very nice and clean and perfect for 10 people. Thanks again to Tanya for making the whole process easy to book and check in. Regards Andrew

The property was all we hoped it would be and everyone who came enjoyed the experience.
This was a family holiday and therefore a few 'groups' evolved. There was plenty of room for everyone either to get together or do their own thing.
There were one or two issues that needed ironing out but this was done quickly and efficiently by the local 'man who can' He was very efficient and sorted out things for us swiftly.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend Estapona (and this villa) as a good base for a holiday. One week of wall to wall sunshine helped!!
