We loved this house. It is right on the lake. The house was immaculately cleaned and just a wonderful overall property.

Amazing kitchen, great location, really enjoyed this home. Will be back for sure!

The house was clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and it was so nice to be able to walk around the lake in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The house was very comfortable and our family enjoyed the stay. It was close to UW and we walked around the lake. We shopped and ate breakfast and Thanksgiving dinner using the well appointed kitchen. The listing said no parking, and entrance description was confusing and caused unnecessary stress. We parked in the garage which was convenient. The locks on the door next to deck were not functioning and would not lock. We didn’t use that door but it’s scary to stay in a house that isn’t secure.

We loved the kitchen, the view, the rooms, location and number of bathrooms. Cozy and comfortable. The house also had a ton of bonus things for babies like kid cups/plates, pack n play and a high chair seat.

Very nice property. Beautiful location, very peaceful. Centrally located to Seattle hot spots/attractions, Edmonds, Snohomish, and Woodinville. Highly recommend.
A few things to consider. Stairs. To access bedrooms you have to take steep and narrow stairs. The towels are very low quality and likely dried with a fabric softener. The towels leave you feeling slimey. If you are arriving during daylight hours you will be able to find the property without any issues. If you arrive late at night it will be nearly impossible to find. Our flight arrived at 11pm. We were not able to locate the home until 3am. We were just about to get a hotel and try again in the morning when we finally located the home

The house was beautiful, and we loved the view of Green Lake. The kitchen was great with nice appliances, cookware, and knives etc. Our big disappointment was the condition of the dishes and glassware. The plates and bowls looked old and very scratched up. The glassware was completely mismatched. There were only two matching wine glasses and the water glasses the same. This was odd given that everything else in the house was so nice.

Nice views from front deck but no screens on windows and traversing the driveway (exiting backwards out of narrow driveway) takes steely nerves. Corporate decor.

It was an amazing stay.

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days and the location was great. Close to all the area attractions. Overlooking the lake was beautiful. The upstairs was really hot compared to downstairs and we actually went and bought a fan to use in the master bedroom. The kitchen was beautiful but we ran out of spoons everyday and had to wash them multiple times per day. Not that big of a deal though. I wish the deck was cleaned more thoroughly as that is where we spent most of our time when we were home. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs all over the furniture. I did wipe everything down after the first day so it was better, but it would've been nice if it had been done before we go there. We had trouble with the garage door and 2 days in a row someone was blocking the driveway which caused an inconvenience, but it all worked out and were able to get in garage eventually.

Access is really only from the back and turning a car around in the alley is tricky. Instructions say garage is not available but garage is essential (and was available for us).
For the price I would have expected better amenities (tissues in bathrooms, shampoo, more than one ‘hotel-style’ bar of soap, four matching glasses, etc.)
House is not suitable for any physically challenged renter : the interior stairs are steep with narrow treads. Climbing from the front in the rain is not recommended and there is no light there after dark (a string of unplugged bulbs was probably there for that orbit it was not obvious how to connect it).
House could be made much more appealing at very low cost.

This house is amazing, with great views of Green Lake from inside the house and from the deck, and easy access to the walking path just across the street. A great place to stay when visiting Seattle!

Our stay at the Green Lake Bungalow was cozy and comfortable. The home is beautifully renovated, well equipped, and very clean. We loved the view from inside and out of the lake. It's an easy walk to the north side of the lake where there are restaurants and a park.

I'll start at the end. I'd rent this home again. It's a nicely redone home in a super convenient location for exploring Seattle. An added bonus is being able to walk across the street to walk around Green Lake. Close to Ballard dining and bars, easy access to Burke Gilman bike trail, and 10-15 min to downtown. The kitchen/dining/family room open area is the highlight and great to hang out in the morning or after a day of touring. The outdoor deck is nice. The home next door is close and four adorable kids were on the very close trampoline during our visit - didn't bother us, but be aware. The home looks to have been renovated about five years or so ago. It was nicely done, but starting to show a bit of wear. The master shower was not working properly and it took a day and a half to get a repair man out. There were stains on the upstairs hall carpet. Not tragic, but pushed me toward a 4* rather than 5* rating. Again, I'd rent this house again if in Seattle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home right off the lake. Yes, it’s an old house, but it has been beautifully (and tastefully) renovated, and the location and views can’t be beat. Kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook. Ample room in the bedrooms; the living room is very small.

Green lake Is the perfect spot to call home base while exploring Seattle and the hikes surrounding. House is clean and efficient. And a nice view of the lake. Nice deck

Came to Seattle and the San Juan Islands with my family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from high school. We couldn’t have been happier with the Green Lake Bungalow. The view was spectacular and the home was cozy and sweet. Our lazy days on the deck overlooking Green Lake will never be forgotten. A slice of Heaven.

This place is perfect! Charming yet breathtaking looking out over Green Lake. The pictures were true to the place! Everyone enjoyed themselves!

A bit disappointing
This is a nice older home in a great neighborhood. For a home at this price level though I would expect a little more in terms of the basics—bed linens were spare and uncomfortable (hard pressed to find a warm blanket in the place), gas fireplace didn’t work, furniture had a hotel quality. It did not add to the charm to be rushed out with an ominous look by the cleaning service at 10:02 as my 8 year old and I were loading the car to leave.

Thank you!
We booked this property because we wanted to stay in the Greenlake area and was very pleased with the views and location of the home. The deck and kitchen area were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. There were enough towels and I especially liked that the washer and dryer were upstairs. We were able to do laundry everyday we needed to with ease.
There were only a few things that bothered me during our stay. The basement was a little scary for us. I didn’t like finding so many spiders all over the house. The kitchen counters and chairs were left with crumbs when we arrived. We removed our shoes the floors felt dirty.
Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back!

Great getaway!
This location can’t be beat! Easy to walk to the lake and many restaurants. The house was well laid out and has tons of space if you want to separate for a bit from your family for some quiet time. The kitchen is beautiful! Make sure you cook at least one meal here!

Beautiful view of Lake Washington
This is a lovely home is a great neighborhood. We were visiting our son in the winter-not The best time- but it was so fun to see everyone out on the paths-rain or shine! We enjoyed them too-loved that! The home is cozy and clean with a lot of amenities. It’s a great place for family to relax! The deck is lovely, and although we didn’t use it as much as we would like, we did sit under the canopy a few times! The master bedroom is comfortable ans that lake view is even better!
This house is close to so many fun places(even during a pandemic) We loved staying here and highly recommend it to anyone!

Little frustrations.
The main part of the house—kitchen, family room and dining we comfortable and well equipped. The third bedroom was in a very chilly basement , not a place we could put a three year old. So she slept on an air mattress in her parents room. This was not ideal. In trying to get a resolution to this issue, there was a lot of miscommunication from Vacasa. This was made more difficulty because of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Husky visit
My wife and I used the home to visit our daughter at UW. We have stayed at just about every nice downtown hotel on previous trips. Even though town is only 5 miles from campus the drive can be exhausting. We have also stayed in Sammamish and had the same problem with traffic. We decided to try the Green Lake neighborhood.
This home was great for us. It’s right across the street from the Lake which has a pretty walking trail. Most important for us was the easy drive to campus. We could be there in less than 10 minutes. The Ballard neighborhood which has a lot of good restaurants and shopping is also very easy to get to.
The house itself had everything we needed. The interior was very comfortable to hang out in. We didn’t use the kitchen a lot but it had everything needed to make a good meal. The master bathroom is very roomy. The only thing that keeps this from being a perfect rental for our purposes is that the master bed is a queen.
That being said we visit Seattle about every two months. We will definitely be renting this home again.

Green Lake House
This was a very comfortable and well stocked vacation rental. It is very clean and very well equipped - two upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious, downstairs daybed/twin bed is cool and private. Dining room table big enough for 8 and outdoor deck nice view spot of Green Lake. Home is right across street from lake and biking/running path. Would stay here again if back in area.

Great location in a nice house
The location across from Green Lake was great. The house was nicely laid out and accommodated the six of us well.
However, the following things need attention:
- the oven needs a good cleaning
- there was no laundry detergent
- there was not enough dishwasher pacs
- there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels
- upon our arrival we noticed that the outside garbage bins
were full because the previous renter had not pushed them
out to the street to be collected
- many of the windows did not have screens. the July weather
was hot so the windows were open which let in flies and bees (the next door neighbor is a beekeeper)

Great location in a nicely laid out home
The location is across the street from Green Lake. It was nice to be able to walk around the lake. The home was roomy enough for the six of us. We liked sitting on the outdoor deck.

Great spot
Across the street from a pretty lake...under three miles to walk around. Close to good restaurants, shopping and freeways. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away but you feel a part of a quiet community. Lots of space and renovation done nicely. It’s an older property but is quite livable. Could have a hair dryer but that’s the only ding I can think up. You have to park on the street and walk up a short driveway but it wasn’t a nuisance at all. You’ll love the view.

We enjoyed our week in this home very much. Easy access to walks around lake. Plenty of space, excellent beds.

Worked well for two couples and one single adult. Good kitchen, great view right on lake.

Comfortable with a great view
We loved the great location right across from Green Lake and its walking trails. The staff was responsive to questions. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our family to gather and prepare meals. If you have a car ask if you can use the garage otherwise driving in and out of the alley to load/unload is tricky. Be sure to use the provided directions if you are using a ride share company as one of our family members got dropped off a 10 minute walk away.
