About this house rental
Large, 1400+ square foot upside/down cape with open living/dining/kitchen and half bath on the top floor. The living and kitchen area with new appliances is a great, sun-filled room for entertaining and relaxing. Huge granite island with seating for four and a table for six. Large, private deck off this level with views of the Pilgrim Monument and a gas BBQ grill. This free-standing home with vaulted ceiling offers Cable TV, WiFi, A/C and washer and dryer. Three bedrooms are located on lower level. Master Bedroom ensuite (with tub) with king bed and TV, plus two other bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, and the other with two beds. Each bedroom has individual AC and heat controls. A second full bath also is located on this level. Two dedicated parking spaces and municipal parking nearby. Located just two blocks from Commercial Street: walk to Boston ferry, harbor beach, shops, bars and restaurants. You are only a short bike ride to the Nat'l Seashore beach, or take the van that stops at the end of the street. You might never need your car until it is time to leave. There is no smoking in the house or on the property. No pets are allowed.

Great place to stay. Perfect location and the house has everything we needed! Great common space to all hang out.

Firstly, it felt like a real home, not a 'generic' place. It's well stocked and supplied, and with enough space and comfortable furniture to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with a terrific provisions shop on the corner, bike rental five minutes away, and Commercial Street and all it has to offer nearby (literally five-minute walk). The owners were quick to respond to queries and welcoming.

Adam was a thoughtful and responsive host. The layout of the property was perfect for three generations to enjoy a week in PTown - grandparents, parents, and kids. The location gave us easy walking access to Commercial Street and the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the week!

House was clean, spacious and centrally located. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice to have beach towels and chairs here to use. Adam was attentive. Very nice layout. I’d definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well cared for giving it a homey feel. We loved the location. Overnight parking right next door, if needed. Short walk to town. Great Deli nearby. The house has a nice layout with a lovely deck. We enjoyed our stay and found the house to meet our needs. Also, we found the home to be a good value. We would definitely stay again.

We had a blast in PTown and this place was perfect for our stay! Clean, bright and stocked with everything you need. Only a short walk to Commercial St and the corner market. The owners were very responsive too. We highly recommend this home!

Adam and Louisa's property was exactly as pictured and described. It's a condo that lives like a house, with plenty of space, light, and access to the best of Provincetown. It's quiet enough for relaxation but only a short walk to the center of town and the upside-down floor plan was great for a group of friends staying together. We would absolutely recommend this property to others who are looking for a place to stay in Ptown.

This house is a great find. It’s central located to the main drag (5 min walk), close to a CVS for quick pick ups and down the street from a cute liquor store. The house itself has a great open plan kitchen/living room with an expandable dining table for games and dinners as well as a large cozy sofa. The grill and deck are great if weather permits. The bedrooms are a good size and have closet space, the king size bed in the primary bedroom, was incredibly comfortable. Overall a great place to stay!

The property was perfect. Clean, well appointed. The location is walking distance to all the action. It even has a great view of Pilgrim Monument. Parking, w/d, non smoking. Delightful.

A place to be together
This was our first stay at this home in Ptown, but we hope it won’t be the last. It was such a great space for being together with friends, sleeping comfortably, and being close enough but also far enough from the fun of Commercial St. This home is a gem, and the upstairs living space was very comfortable to congregate in (a rarity we have found in Ptown).

Perfect House Great Location
We had an amazing stay at this home. Perfect location, close to everything. The hosts were communicative, responsive, and everything was seamless. The home was spacious, just like described and it had everything that we needed. Highly recommend. We are looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic Beach Vacation!
My group had so much fun at Adams place. It was the perfect size for our large group and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place & ideal location
It was a trip planned for 3 couples to celebrate Holly Folly festivities in town. The home was exactly how described and a perfect gem nestled off Bradford Street. The listing offered all necessities to call it home w/an open floor plan between the kitchen and dining/living room that was perfect for entertaining. The home was spacious and comfortable for all individuals to be together and have their own space. It was a short walk to the center of town. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying again.

Great stay for a friend group
My husband and I rented this home with a few friends in October. We were in town for another friend's wedding in Truro. The location was fantastic - we were able to walk to dinners and the pier. Herring's cove was only a short drive away.

Great house to rent. Layout is perfect and having 2.5 baths is wonderful. Nice to be close to Far Provisions as we enjoyed our break egg sandwiches and sometimes lunch sandwiches.

Wonderful Family Vacation in PTown!
My family and I (three adults and three children) just wrapped up a wonderful vacation in Adam & Louisa's home. We had everything we could possibly need to cook meals together and the open kitchen/living room/dining space upstairs was the perfect set up to be able to all relax and hang out together. Loved all the windows and deck where you can even see the Pilgrim Monument. Very comfortable beds. Great location, just a short walk to the center of town but removed enough to feel nestled in our own space. Adam was extremely responsive before and during our stay with answering questions. As this was our first family trip in over a year, we were so looking forward to it, and were not disappointed! Thank you!

The house is within walking distance to everything but far enough away to enjoy privacy. Beautiful view of the monument right out back. The house is very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable too! Friendly neighbors in the back as well.

Winter holiday weekend getaway
Great location in P-town and very well equipped house with lots of natural light on the top floor. Beds were among the most comfortable we have experienced at a home rental. It was quite chilly in February, but that is to be expected.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home walking distance to town. Fun shopping, hiking, and beaches all close. Was a perfect weekend get away for our family! We would definitely come back again!

Intimate Halloween Weekend

Great proximity to Commercial St. The owners were responsive to emails prior to our trip and demonstrated a commitment to ensure our vacation was a success. Great Location,
The house is located just blocks from Commercial Street making assesibility convenient. The street is very busy and without sidewalks, but not dangerous. The living space is open adding to the ease and comfortablity. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it daily. Great space for easy living in Ptown.

This is our 2nd year at this house during Family Week in Ptown.
As the first year, we had a wonderful experience.
The house has plenty of space for a family or larger group. High end kitchen with everything you could need. An easy walk or bike ride to Commercial St and the Provincetown Inn.
Easy ride to the beach and grocery store.
There are even beach towels, chairs etc for you to borrow which makes packing even easier.

It's one of those reviews you don't want to write so others don't find it! Great place, great property owners. We stay in PTown every year and this place stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended.
