Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage sind einzigartig. Das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Sauna war eine Herrlichkeit nach dem Wandern. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. das Verwöhn-Menü am Abend war wirklich erstklassig!!

Wer gerne ein bisschen schlendert oder irgendwo einkehren möchte, isr in dem Ort leider falsch. Das Dorf wirkt wie ausgestorben und es gibt nicht einmal einen Kiosk.

Great location on the hills about 4km above the Rhein. If you are looking for a good base for walking along and around the Rhein valley, it’s perfect. The hotel itself is quite modern inside with a lovely bar and restaurant area. Outside is a lovely terrace with overhead blinds and great views of the surrounding countryside. We opted for dinner, bed and breakfast which is recommended as there didn’t appear to be anywhere else nearby to eat. However, dinner was absolutely superb and well worth the additional €27 each. We’d also chosen a small double room and it was very spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Sun loungers on the grassed area below the terrace would be a good addition and a swimming pool would be fabulous, but it was 32 degrees when we arrived 😊

amazing view, great staff and food. the place is very neat and rooms are very modern . sauna is amazing and well maintained. great place for weekend hideout and relaxing .

breakfast could be better, few things were already finished before closing and they didn’t consider to refill . beds could be better .

Dinner was superb.

Our room was small, with a roof angle hazard on one side of the bed. Sadly we did notice this when we arrived, so couldn't mention to change. Seating arrangements for dinner had already been allocated on arrival with names on tables, haven't come across this before.

Very nice hotel, nice food, nice rooms, nice location, nice staff. A perfect stop for us.

Nothing to complain about.

Great local wine, fantastic food and the patio area of the restaurant over looks the valley which is stunning. Lots of great walks for the family and plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area. Friendly staff. If you want to get away and relax this is ideal.

Balcony with a city view - this is a balcony over looking the car park. It’s ok but was disappointed when we arrived

Nice location with friendly staff, great view and nice rooms with large balcony. We had an excellent dinner in the evening. Great overnight stay while walking the Rheinsteig route.
