Nestled in Torrevieja, this lovely villa for $208 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Situated in the newly built development of Rocio II, at Gabriella Mistral Road in La Mata/Torrevieja area, Costa Blanca . It is fully air-conditioned: air-condition in each of the the two upper rooms and a powerful one in the lounge, dining area and the kitchen It has beautiful views looking over the park and sea. It is at a walking distance to a shopping centre with supermarket (Marcadona), restaurants, banks, pharmacies etc. The beach stretches from Torrevieja to La Mata. The seaside resort of La Mata is a beautiful and popular destination. La Mata has some fine beaches, a good selection of bars and restaurants. It is a three bedroom villa.. As you enter the gate there is a large tiled front yard. Stairs leading to a sitting terrace to the front door into a large lounge with two sofas. There is a dining table for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge, dining area and the kitchen are equipped with a powerful air-condition. On the ground floor there is an additional bedroom along side the two main bedrooms upstairs, with two single beds and a ceiling fan. Beside is a shower room with a toilet. In the first floor, there are two bedrooms: the main is a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. Both have air conditions. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin, bidet, and toilet. Attached is a large sized balcony with table and chairs looking at a well maintained beautiful park and sea view. Then you can go upstairs from the balcony to the solarium with sunbeds for a better look at the sea and park. There is a large communal swimming pool with designated area for children The villa is also fitted with a security alarm system for maximum safety of your belongings when you are out. Situated at the border between La Mata and Torreviaja in a newly built urbanisation at a quiet area of Costa Blanca. With park and sea views, you will enjoy the relaxing quiet sunny atmosphere in this new area of the Mediterranean destination of Spain. The villa benefits from all the facilities of both La Mata and Torrevieja. Near-by is a walking distance to a supermarket , pubs , restaurants and small beaches. La Mata beach is a 5 minute drive, if you have no car, one fare of 1.40 euros from the main street you can get there. Or also on the other side to Torrevieja , with 5-10 minutes drive to its town centre with a newly built harbour and shopping centre of Habanera, Carrefour and other supermarkets. Holidaymakers are not sleeping at night. The beaches at night are are lively, as restaurants, shops, bars and markets are opened till late. You will never get bored. After going there you will always find the villa a quiet place for relaxing and sound sleep till the next day. So have fun !!

The villa was on the outskirts of Torrevieja - we wished we'd hired a car as it was hot walking. Torrevieja centre & market were walkable. The villa is a quarter house and was spacious and well equipped. It was in a quiet area so good for relaxing. Good air conditioning & bathrooms with great showers. There was a Mercadona supermarket, bars, various restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk away. The Indian restaurant was very good but there was also Chinese, Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean and British food places. We home cooked as well as there were good facilities. The villa was value for money & good for couples, friends and families. Owner Ibrahim was a good host with great & prompt communication. Thank you for having us at your holiday home.

Very spacious with a lovely park and see view. Luxury as it is fully air conditioned, has dishwasher , washing machine, TV, lovely terrace and solarium. There is a fast speed Wifi.Nice communal swimming poole, just behind the villa and you can see it from the solarium. Close to the lovely beach of la mata. 5 minutes walk from the supermarket , cafes and restaurants. The weather was great as well
