Room is bigger than expectations. We didn't know about the water park but it is quite small. The staff is very helpfull and always wearing smiles.

The elevator - spend long time to wait for the lift up and down. They should manage the line better.

Excellent Hotel for families. Very neat and clean. All good.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were big and spacious even though we had a very average room. We walked past a roo. Being cleaned, and it was like a palace from the inside. They have a shuttle service to the shopping mall and the beach, which is great and helps minimise the spending on taxis and grab cars. Location is not bad but a little far from shops and markers if you want to head out for a stroll.

No air-conditioning in the lifts or the hallways. The lifts have a waiting time of up to 10 mins. The complimentary van is first in best dressed and takes 14 people only, when you think, nearly every day there are at least 2/3 bus loads of tourists coming,its not much. Also the pool area is very dangerous and the toilets near the pool. The tiles are very slippery and not suitable for wet areas. Rooms have cutlery, but no knives. The shuttle timetable was changed , but not everyone was notified. Also there is a service charge which you aren't told about when you order any food or drink and a 2000b deposit that you need to make upon checkin which is refundable on checkout. But if you don't have money you will need to exchange at the hotel rate which is very low.
