This little pink house is a MCM gem- so unique- comfy beds, really nice bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Proximity to beach makes it so special- like living right on the beach! The house is located on a busy boardwalk right next to a busy public access sidewalk and across from a busy park- though it could get a bit loud outside, once inside the house, all was quiet. Peter was a fabulous host-dream to work with- really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was special. Great vrbo experience!

We have stayed in other locations on the broadwalk, but this house is by far the best location. Close to the shops and restaurants, next to a very nice family park, and directly located on the broadwalk. Everything we needed for inside or outside of the house was available. We only had 2 small requests from our host Peter, and he responded very quickly. We would book again next year, but February is already booked!

Fantastic place to enjoy Hollywood Florida. The house is in a great location for restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and live music. Peter was exceptionally responsive to all our needs. Our trip ranks as one of our best vacations!

Simply wonderful! We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located house. It has everything (really everything) that we needed and directly on the beach. If you are looking for a comfortable private place to stay that has everything you need to live as if you were home, this is the place. To be transparent, if you are looking for a 5-star, new hotel, this house is not for you. The house shows it age and is not in pristine condition. There were several little issues, mostly a result of age. It can be a little noisy which is to be expected as you are staying in the middle of the boardwalk, next to a public park. People are walking by with music boxes and coming to enjoy the sights. That said, it was clean, it had the perfect location. Thirty seconds walk from the door to the beach. It has many amenities, good WIFI, comfortable beds, full kitchen, lots of space, parking at the beach and many extras. We have already booked again for next year! What else can I say, for our family it was a very nice place to stay. Location 10/10, parking 10/10, amenities 9/10, cleanliness 8/10, management assistance 10/10, space 10/10 and noise 6/10. Great stay footsteps from the beach, deck space best view of the sunrise!

This is a unique property right in the middle of the boardwalk. We used the back deck everyday and enjoyed people watching on the boardwalk and it was less than 100 yards to the water. The property is also better equipped than most properties having a good supply of daily high use items. We didn’t have to purchase many items we expected to need. Using a grocery delivery service was also very easy and saved time and travel. The garage is equipped with plenty of items for the beach including toys and chairs and a few umbrellas. Again not common in my experience. The bikes are a great add as well. This is the preferred transportation along the boardwalk and really made the experience fun not having to worry about renting these when we arrived. The interior of the property was clean and functional. The exterior is functional and looks like an aging beach house with character… it wasn’t a problem for us. Also having a full size washer and dryer was great for beach towels. The splash pad next to the property is a public space and it does get a lot of users which makes the property very busy with people traffic. Interior AC worked great for us and we didn’t mind the window unit noise. All in all if you want an affordable get away with a lot of hidden value this is a great spot. Probably one the most unique properties along the beach. We used the public transportation, water taxi, and uber, for transportation and had no issues and found it to be more convenient and cheaper than having a rental vehicle. If you plan to go - do some reading on the city electric cars and the water taxi… cheap entertainment if your on a budget. There are also several restaurants and shops and entertainment within an easy walk less than 1/2 mile…. Some much closer. The beach traffic slowed down in the evening and noise was not an issue. Lots of free music and live entertainment with a good mix of families, retirees, and the younger crowd. We felt very safe and didn’t have any issues with the people traffic. Peter was was a great host as well. Very accommodating - stopping by with our approval just to welcome us and check in after we arrived.

We were able to sit on the deck and have a front row seat to the fireworks set off directly in front of us from a barge in the ocean. The only time we took the car out was to go to Publix and visit my husbands family who live nearby. Peter was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival, showed us where the bikes (6 of them!) were stored, along with the grill, and numerous beach chairs for our use. Peter checked on us several times and was very prompt in answering or assisting us with any questions. We had such a great time, we plan to make this an annual trip every year and stay at this same home. Thanks again, Peter!

Peter has the house equipped with everything you need…. from kitchenware to linens, towels and beach items. There are even bikes available which we loved riding on the Broadwalk. Every time we were sitting out on the patio (which is literally right on the Broadwalk), we had folks stopping to ask how to rent the house. Peter was a gracious host and very pleasant to work with. We are already talking about a return trip. We all had a wonderful time staying in this rental.

This house is in the perfect location. Right in front of the beach and the Boardwalk. Next to a park, public garage a few feet from the house. The house has a vintage feel & it is a jewel in terms of ocean views. I enjoyed the ocean views from the dinning table as we ate breakfast, in the morning as we watched the sunrise, sitting in the deck or the side porch. I am one to open windows to allow natural light, loved the ocean views even from the shower. Loved the huge deck to sit down as a family, listen to music, gather talk about old days , read a book or just enjoy the ocean views and all the people walking by . Shaded in the afternoons. Nice ocean breeze. How convenient to walk and get dinner, or to the ice cream shop and the shopping for souvenirs!!! Great place to bike and bikes provided in the garage. Loved the walk in shower (contemporary feel) with grab bars and a hand held shower with lots of pressure. The host even provided a shower chair for my dad since he had physical limitations. Some reviews mentioned the window units…well I loved them! It was perfect because it blocks all the outside noise and it kept the house pretty cool. Weekdays are calm and you have the beach to yourself. Weekends are fun as you can people watch from the deck and enjoy life music 🎼 loved the guy playing the saxophone. Nice private space for your car. The garage has everything you will ever need including beach umbrellas, chairs, beach volleyball, bikes , cooler, washer and a dryer! It even has an extra toilet which it was very convenient at times. The kitchen was sooo well equipped!!!! Great place for small family reunion. There are near by places where family can stay , near by properties available. You couldn’t ask for a better host Peter replied fast and it is so reassuring to know he is available for questions or any info. It gives you a peace of mind. Sure you try no to bother the host but if need be …he answers quickly to assist with questions. We brought our own towels but all that was provided as well. Loved watching people exercise at the park ladies gather and did a workout, loved walking my dad to just watch the near by hand ball, racket ball, paddle ball courts. This place is a vintage jewel!!!!! In the perfect spot. Remember to get up early and enjoy a sunrise. The calm seas and the crystal clear water ….that will change as the wind picks up. Amazing place right on the boardwalk!!! Has an awesome deck that our kids loved to play on. Beautiful sunrises from the deck! Did I mention DECK! Our family had an awesome time and we can’t wait to come back!

There aren't a lot of options right on the beach, and Peter's property is a cozy house that can't be beat when it comes to beach access in Hollywood Beach. The beach is literally across the boardwalk and he has everything you need for the beach, including coolers, chairs, and umbrellas. Wasn't a huge fan of the window units due to noise, but they kept the house cool and the white noise of the units helps washout any noise from the boardwalk, which isn't bad except weekends. Great patio for watching sunsets and the location is also convenient to nearby restaurants, all within short walking distance. Importantly, Peter is a great host, answering all questions and addressing any issues that come up.

This was our first visit to Hollywood Florida and the location of the home was awesome! Such easy access to shops, restaurants and the ocean. We didn’t need to rent a car the entire week. Got a Lyft to and from the airport and had grocery deliveries utilizing shipt. We had 6 people stay (3 adults and 3 kids) and it was comfortable for us. Bikes (6 adult ones), beach toys and chairs all in the garage. I do suggest bringing a few extra towels (either bath or beach) because there was not enough but honestly, that is the only “bad” if that’s what you want to call it. We had a very fun but relaxing week!

This was our first visit to the state of Florida and we spent a fantastic week at this beach house! The location, literally right on the broad walk in the heart of the Hollywood Beach action can’t be beat. You are steps from the sand and waves. Playground is right next door, and many shops and restaurants are within a 4-minute stroll. Peter and Ali are gracious and kind hosts, readily available! The house is comfortable and unassuming, equipped with bicycles, washer/dryer, beach chairs, towels, and a kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation. Two decks perfectly situated for people-watching. What a fabulous beach vacation! Exceeded our expectations!
