Situated in Windsor Hills, this charming house for $327 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This vacation villa has four bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Why pay expensive hotel or resort rates when you can have over 1800 sq. feet of beautiful living space a private outdoor pool and lanai area. Just minutes from Disney's entrance and all of the major attractions. Our home has everything you will need for you and your guest to have a great experience including beauty rest mattresses to both of the king size beds. These will make sure you get a perfect nights rest. With features like WiFi throughout the entire house, Plasma and LCD TV's, DVD Players, Cable T.V., Game room, Private Pool. Professionally Designed rooms, your entire family will feel at home and have their most memorable vacation ever! In February 2017, we updated the game room with a commercial air hockey table and a "Buzzer Beater" basketball game. This home is located in the gated community of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is the best resort community near Disney World, and a short drive to Sea World, Universal, Wet n Wild Waterpark, Beaches, Bush Gardens in Tampa, and all of the other Orlando area attractions!

We had a wonderful stay the week between Christmas and NewYears. All attractions are minutes away depending mostly on traffic. We could see fireworks from Epcot and Disney. We have been renting homes for the past 25 years and this was the cleanest home we have stayed in. It was wonderful

Five days before our stay i asked some questions, especially where we could have some critical medical equipment sent. Two followups over multiple days, no response.
Check in time passed and we still had no answers or even a code to get in. Started to worry we were scammed. I texted and finally got check-in info and answers to not all of the questions we asked. About shipping I was told "I dont have ang confirmation on a package but if you sent it to the house address, thagnia where it would be." (sic)
But nope, no delivery. We checked at the clubhouse and we're told, there are never any USPS deliveries here! We would have made other plans had we known, and now we were worrying about ill family instead of vacationing.
We contacted Amber with Special Dreams Management, and she could not have cared less. "I don't see how it's my job to know that." She was obviously just trying to get back to her crying baby. Rude, uncaring, confrontational.
We lost a lot of time to worrying and fixing this problem that could have been avoided if Amber had just told us up front that she didn't know and didn't care. We found out too late they the clubhouse had package delivery suggestions readily available. I guess Amber hasn't talked to them in the "ten years I've worked here" that "this hasn't been a problem."
It would have taken only a tiny bit of effort on Amber's part to avoid this or solve it after the fact. She didn't care to.
We won't stay again. You shouldn't either.

Amber was very accommodating and helpful with questions. The property was perfect for our family needs. It gave us enough space to move around and do our own activities after spending the days at parks as a family (I.E., reading in a quiet corner while some played in the game room, and others enjoyed a beverage on the lanai).
There were a couple small things that I told her about before we left that need addressed - batteries in the remotes, light bulbs that need replaced. These insignificant issues impacted our stay nor our opinion of the rental.
It was conveniently located near groceries, gas stations, and restaurants as well as all the parks without the hubbub and traffic. I found it much more relaxing than being in a Disney resort, although we had to drive and pay for parking each day.
This rental was a wonderful part of our Disney memories this vacation, and I look forward to booking from Amber again on our next trip.

My family stayed at this property for a few days post Disney and it was excellent! Heated pool and game room were a hit with my kiddos. Large area for kids to roam with amazing bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. I love that we were able to use the grill without a fee (unlike other rentals). Owner was very responsive and kind! My friend who came to visit will also be using this property in the future for her family!

We loved this house and it fit our needs perfectly. We loves the safety gate by the pool, the waterpark on property was phenomenal, the pool at the house was heated to a great temperature and the kids didn’t want to get out, the game room was a huge hit as well and the location is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. I have seen some people complain about the construction behind the house, in our 7 nights there I only heard it once and it was around 9 am, not bothersome at all, we were unable to locate a broom and dustpan to sweep up the floors, but that is about the only complaint. You can see the Disney fireworks every night right from the house pool!

Overall the property is nice. Pool area was nice with lots of seating. It was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. The community is nice and we enjoyed the waterpark. Biggest areas for improvement are to replace the carpeting as it was very stained and replace the couch. I recommend leather so it can be easily cleaned instead of what's currently there that stinks from everyone's sweat and shows every stain from guests. No one from my family would sit on it. Like I said, it's not great but it's not horrible. I've stayed in a ton of VRBOs and this wouldn't hit my top 10 but also not the bottom.

Amber's property was just as described! The place was clean, had ample space for our 6 people, and was an excellent escape from the parks. I loved that the kids were able to play in the game room or jump in the pool out back whenever they wanted. We could see the fireworks from the pool which was amazing. There were plenty of utensils, plates, and cups. It was very well cleaned and well maintained! We loved that the community had parks and a large pool/water park. A few things to take note of but would not change our willingness to stay here again. The pool was not particularly warm with the heat on- warm enough for kids but not for grown ups. Only a "starter kit" of items are provided. We had to buy dishwasher pods, trash bags, tissues, and toilet paper. This isn't a deal breaker but I wish I knew before driving down as we would have brought them with us. There is also construction behind the property but it never bothered us! Overall we would 100% recommend this property and stay here again if we visited.

The house is in a great location. Nice size house with many beds. Just needs to be updated as it has some things broken such as one of the princess beds, blinds, pool light, shower doors, stains on carpets and it was missing an air hockey puck.

This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation and it’s located minutes away from Animal Kingdom and other Disney parks! The house os in excellent condition inside a gated community! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful home in a great location for all the parks. We were within 10-15 minutes of the Disney parks and 25-30 to Sea World. We figured we got back to the house much quicker than we would have gotten back to hotel rooms on property and we had SO much room! The kids really enjoyed the game room. Our granddaughter loved the Princess room and the Batman room was so cool for the grandson. We enjoyed the pool on our day off. The house is very well equipped and owner is very responsive.

House was bigger than we expected! Heated pool in December was great. The game room, pool and free club pool, water park and theater made our down days amazing. Minutes to the parks, Walmart less than 5 minutes. Can't say enough how perfect this made our trip.

This was an outstanding experience. The home was very clean and communication with the property owner was extremely sly fast. We took a down day at the water park on property which was perfect for the kids. The price was extremely affordable and I’ve been sharing this place with all my friends.

Pros- house is spacious, they have a game room which would keep kids entertained. The kids loved swimming in the pool (4&6 yr old). It was close the playground and clubhouse. Kids LOVED themed bedrooms. The home was located close to Disney/universal. You feel very safe at Windsor. We did mini golf and air boating nearby which was a blast! Washer/dryer were great to have.
Cons- the BIGGEST issue I have with renting this home: the check into Windsor Hills!!! There was 2 car lines entering into The resort, we picked one, waited over 30 minutes just to find out that we needed to be in the other lane. They MADE us turn around, get into the back of the line and wait another 45 + minutes to register our car. This is after and hour drive from the airport- Kids were restless and it was NOT a great start to a vacation. This was not the property owner’s fault, but it is part of the check in which was awful.
The air hockey table didn’t work, the pool lights didn’t work (msged manager but didn't get resolved prior to use leaving). Please get towel hooks for bathrooms/outdoor pool area and swim towels (they just take took much space in luggage for a full family).
We did get there right after hurricane Ian and appreciated the owner letting us stay despite recent events.

The location of this property was great. Just a few minutes to Disney and even closer to a variety of restaurants and a Walmart, yet still quiet, safe and comfortable. It was clean and very well equipped. We were actually “stuck” at home for 2 days while hurricane Ian passed by, but had plenty of space and entertainment, even with 2 very energetic young kids. I would highly recommend this property!

Great family vacation house!
We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean, comfortable and very safe! Check in process was easy, nice gated community, the pool was fabulous and the location can’t be beat! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for our family of 4 to sprawl out. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

The pictures don't do the house justice. Amber was so good at getting back to me when we had a question or need something. check-in was easy and everyone during check-in was so friendly and nice. My son lived in the pool and in the game room, on our off days when we weren't at the beach or at Disney, even after we were done at the beach and all day at the park he still jumped in the pool and played some basketball. We didn't want to leave today, my son cried because he can't go swimming at 11 pm at night anymore. Needless to say, we would stay here again and would recommend anyone doing so.

We always stay at Windsor Hills whenever we travel to Orlando because we love it there. This was our first stay at this house and it was a great experience. Everything was as described and there was prompt communications from the owner when we had an issue. Home was clean, pool was nice, and we had the surprise of fireworks from the backyard! We will hopefully be back sooner rather than later. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Very clean and roomy for my family of 7! Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and pool! Only downfall was it was hot especially at night and the thermostat wasn't supported to be moved below 76.
