Situated in Balboa Peninsula, this attractive condo for $821 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to our beach house! We are a family owned and operated property. Our home has been enjoyed solely by our family and friends for years, and we are now ready to share it with you! Our location is highly desirable. Walking distance to the Pavilions center and steps to sand. The Newport Pier is about 10 minutes by foot down the boardwalk. Making your stay convenient to shop for meals or to simply walk to the number of great restaurants near by. Leave your car parked in the garage and enjoy the peninsula and the beautiful weather! This is an upstairs unit with a deck that has a great view of the ocean. Sectional outdoor couch with coffee table and umbrella, BBQ for grilling. There is a full eat-in chefs kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Full size appliances, marble island, and farm sink. Microwave, keurig coffee maker, dish washer. Three bedrooms consisting of: Bedroom 1 (twin bed with twin trundle) Bedroom 2 (queen bed) Bedroom 3 ( 2 queen beds). Two full bathrooms. Stocked with hand, face, and bath towels. (no beach towels) There is a shared washer and dryer in the garage. We have also stocked the garage with all of the beach necessities and a push cart to haul it all in. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and surf boards. One garage parking space. We are a duplex style property. So, if you need to accommodate more than 8 guests, please consider renting both units for a maximum occupancy of 14 (listing # VRBO 1270699) Our smaller, downstairs unit houses 6 (listing # VRBO 1142726)

Perfect location for our beach vacation. One block from beach and services, including grocery store and restaurants. House was spacious and comfortable with all amenities and conveniences for the comfort of home. Great kitchen for cooking with room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed using the beach toys and chairs provided. We highly recommend this property for families with kids!

This beautiful and well maintained property is located very close to the beach and across the street from a grocery store and restaurants which made things very convenient.
Our host Malia, was very responsive and proactive to make sure are check in didn’t have any issues.
Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean, had nice furnishings and the kitchen was large and very well equipped. I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay in the area. The only thing to note on reserving this property is that the bed layout could affect how you can utilize the capacity. It has a rumble bed in one bed room which can sleep two (separately), a queen in another bedroom and then two queens in the same (large) bedroom which could be an issue for some people.

Fabulous Vacation Experience!
Everything about this property is top notch. From the ease of communicating with the owner, to the beautiful and comfortable home, to the perfect location and access to the beach, shopping and dining, this experience was superb! Everything we needed to help us feel relaxed and comfortable on our trip was provided. This was our second stay in this property and we hope to return for a third visit, as we love it so much!

Our favorite part was the balcony. It was a little on the cooler side for our trip, and when the breeze picked up at the beach in the afternoon, we just came back and hung in the sheltered warmth of the sun on the balcony.
Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Beyond expectations. Lots of dishes and cookware. Plus, condiments and things like spices weren’t thrown away after previous guests left, which really helped with cooking.
Also, was pleasantly surprised living room furniture had changed slightly from photo. It had a soft sectional instead of leather couch. Much more comfy and better for family time gathering around to watch a movie.
Malia was a great host. We weren’t used to doing an in-person check in (other rentals have just given a code to enter), and were driving from across the state so had some concerns about setting up a meet time with traffic and travel length, but Malia was very flexible and easy to work with. When we checked in, there was a problem with one of the TV remotes, and she worked hard to resolve it and came back with a replacement remote to make sure we could enjoy that feature.
One recommendation is bring your own blankets. Limited bedding was available, nothing warm and cozy.
Overall, would highly recommend. We definitely want to come back and stay here again.

The description of the home is as described. The location was perfect- convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and mainly the beach. We couldn’t of been more pleased with our choice. The owner/management was easy to communicate with. We’re a family of 6 with 2 young children and it was perfect for us. My son is asking me to reserve NOW or next year!! That overall should give you an idea of our overall stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Older home but it has been updated a bit. Kitchen is really nice! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked on short notice and they got us in! Good place to stay and if we came back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate cozy property, perfect central location
This property is immaculately clean, has a great layout with a large patio and extremely comfortable bedding. It is 1/2 a block from the boardwalk and beach and a short walk to major shopping and tons of fun restaurants. The management was very welcoming and friendly. Everything you need for a perfect beach stay is included...Sand toys, chairs, the best beach wagon and laundry available. We had a lovely stay with our 2 young kids playing on the beach and walking to dinner at the pier.

The house was great. Everything you need for a vacation to Newport beach. House is close to the beach but removed from the noise of the boardwalk. Outdoor deck is prefect for relaxing.

Dream Vacation!!!! Location Location!!!!
Every Detail of the property is amazing, kitchen is a entertainers delight! Wine glasses, platters, dishes, coffee maker, talk about Counter space its a dream kitchen. The owners have thought of every detail, very clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing deck with ocean view, close to fantastic restaurants, bars, and a few steps from the board walk where all the action is! I highly recommend and plan to visit again soon!

Perfect location, just a few steps from the beach and near the Newport Pier. Very clean, great kitchen space and large patio. Plenty of room for a family and friends. Would definitely recommend this property!
