About this house rental
Situated in Pula, this charming house for $428 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. *** We accept bookings on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. If you have other ideas, you MUST contact us before booking. *** The house is located in a rural and quiet village near the historic city of Pula, and touristic town Fažana. The outdoor is fantastic with olive trees and offers a lot of space for all kind of activities. There is a big pool with deck chairs and sunshaders, a playground for children with a trampoline and swings. There is also a toilet to access from outside, as a sun-heated shower. The BBQ area is situated near the pool and the playground, and it is in shade under a pergola. There is a parking lot that offers place for up to six cars. There are two floors. The upper floor is bigger and it offers a kitchen with a dining room suitable for 6 persons, a large living room, a bathroom, two bigger rooms and a smaller one, and an extra toilet. The down floor offers a kitchen with dining room for 10 people and access to the back terrace with a big table and benches and a gas barbecue. There is one washing machine on the upper floor and a dishwasher for each floor. Both floors are equipped with air condition, Satellite TV and free WIFI. We can provide a little bed for babies. The view from the upper balcony is awesome, where you can see the National Park of Brijuni, a beautiful archipelago that you can reach with a boat from Fažana, only 5 minutes from the house, by car. *** We accept bookings on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Die Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Prospekt, sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet. Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe unkompliziert, Kontakt per Telefon jederzeit möglich.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die jeden Tag kurz vorbei schauten, (Poolkontrolle).

Das Haus und der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es war alles sehr sauber.
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.Für Fragen stand Robi immer zur Verfügung.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz.Auf dem Hof hat unser Hund viel Platz gefunden.Die Gegend bietet sich gut zum Rad fahren an.Die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen .Im ganzen bewerten wir die Unterkunft sehr gut.👍Dennoch haben uns abends die Mücken geärgert 😅und das Hundegebell war oft nervig.

Very nice stay with beautiful house and pool
We had a very nice stay for about two weeks there.
Everything outside the house is perfect. The pool is very big and everywhere the same deepness (about 1,4m). There are 10 sun loungers and two parasols. Also was the terrace big enough for everyone and with two chairs from insight everybody could take place on the table outside.
We were very to little inside but there is also everything fine except two things:
1. No fly screens against mosquitoes because of the shutters.
2. Resulting in warmer rooms in the night because you couldn't open the windows if you didn't want to get stung all night
And one disadvantage for people who don't like noises - there are dogs on the neighborhood which just constantly bark. But this was for us no real deal breaker more like a running gag.
The landlord is very nice and helpful and will come about every 2/3 days to check the pool and the plants in the garden.
All in all a very nice vacation especially for 10 friends who like to have a house together.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind super gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge und Meerbesuche. Etwas störend war das Hundegebell der vielen Hunde rundherum.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Kroatien
Wir waren zwei Familien mit unseren Kindern. Angereist sind wir mit eigenen Autos. Das Haus hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gut gefallen. Keine Nachbarn in der Nähe, nur ein Bauernhof, das aber weit gelegen ist.
Das Haus selbst ist sauber, die Aussenterrasse ist gemütlich und mit einem Kamin-Gasgrill ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß, einfach traumhaft. Hier ist nichts zu viel versprochen. Eine saubere und moderne Toilette ( in ausreichender Entfernung) ist eine bequeme Ergänzung. Liegen und Schirme sind Hochwertig.
Zum Meer zu fahren, wird natürlich ein Auto gebraucht. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände. Hier kann man sich sowohl für wilde oder typische Touristenstrände (mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur) entscheiden. Hier am besten Richtung Rovnja schielen. Parkplätze gibt es überall in mehr als ausreichender Menge.
Abends gibt es genug Möglichkeiten in einem guten Restaurant zu essen. Aber auch hier muss man sich ins Auto setzen und in den Nachbarort fahren. Roby kann hier gute Tipps geben.
Ach ja, der Gastgeber Roby ist sehr gesellig und freundlich. Kommt alle zwei Tage um den Pool zu warten. Beantwortete dabei sehr gerne unsere Fragen.
Alles in einem hatten wir sehr schöne 10 Tage, die wir jetzt schon vermissen.

Unsere Bewertung zum Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr zufrieden gestellt. Aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage, kann man eine Bäckerei, als auch einen Supermarkt schnell erreichen. Die Besitzer heissen einen herzlich Willkommen, sind immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist groß und zur Abkühlung dient er großartig. Räumlichkeiten etc. werden vor Ankunft wunderbar gesäubert. Die Einrichtungen sind super ausgestattet. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Tolles Haus zum entspannen für 2 Familien
Wie waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien. Es war für alle genug Platz, wir haben gemeinsam gekocht, gegrillt und gegessen. Wir haben den Pool sehr ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch den Garten zum Fußballspielen oder das Trampolin und die Schaukeln. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und auch regelmäßig vor Ort und haben alles getan, damit wir eine tolle Zeit hatten.

Fantastischer Familienurlaub
Wir haben zu acht (5 Etwachsene, 3 Kinder) für eine Woche in der Villa gewohnt. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, war sehr sauber und schön für unseren Aufenthalt hergerichtet. Der Pool ist super, nicht zu tief (1,50 m und mit Treppe) und daher auch gut für Kinder geeignet. Den Gasgrill im Garten haben wir jeden Tag fleißig genutzt - morgens für Spiegeleier oder Pfannkuchen, abends für Grillgerichte.
Die Lage ist super um die Umgebung zu erkunden, z.B. Fazana, Pula, Rovinj, Bale oder die Tropfsteinhöhle Baredine. Auch der Ort Galizana, in dem das Haus liegt ist sehr charmant und ein Spaziergang durch das Örtchen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir empfehlen auch die Bar im Ortskern zu besuchen und sich dort abends ein kaltes Bier zu gönnen.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und kamen regelmäßig vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und den Pool zu kontrollieren. Nun hatten wir kein aktuelles Anliegen, aber wir sind uns sicher, dass sie bei etwaigen Problemen schnell geholfen hätten.
Wir hatten alles in allem einen super Aufenthalt und können uns durchaus vorstellen in ein paar Jahren wiederzukommen.

Urlaub mit 9 Personen im Juli 2019
Geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten, Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Pool. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar.
Im Ort gibt es 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen guten Bäcker und einen sehr guten Schlachter.
Nachts war häufig Hundegebell zu hören.
Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung und Handtücher wären wünschenswert.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Toller Urlaub ind der Villa Ulica
Wir haben mit 7 Personen die Villa Ulica im Juni 2019 bewohnt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Möbel und Betten sind modern, sauber und bequem. Der schöne Pool war unser Highlight! Kochutensilien fanden wir ausreichend vor. Neben WLAN gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist ruhig, nur bisweilen gibt es Hundegebell. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und erledigen alles sofort. Im Ort und in kurzer Fußweite gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Strände und alles Weitere findet man in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der nächstgelegene, größere Ort Fazana hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir planen wiederzukommen :)

Esperienza fantastica
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica villa per una settimana ad agosto 2018.
Eravamo due famiglie di 4 e 5 persone (bambini di età tra 5 e 11 anni).
Non avremmo potuto scegliere un posto migliore per trascorrere le nostre vacanze.
La villa è divisa in due appartamenti completamente indipendenti l'uno dall'altro, puliti, ben arredati e dotati di tutti i confort necessari.
Il punto forte è l'esterno della villa. Una piscina magnifica con vicino un comodissimo barbecue a gas e il posto per cenare sotto un pergolato di kiwi. Il tutto circondato da un giardino grandissimo ben curato con prato all'inglese e giochi per bambini.
I membri della famiglia ospitante sono tutti gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni necessità e parlano un ottimo italiano.
Super consigliato.

Toller Urlaub im super renovierten Ferienhaus
Wir waren 2 Familien und hatten genügend Platz auf dem ganzen Anwesen. Alles war sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Pool und Aussenbersich mit Liegen und Pergola mit Gasgrill bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Kletterturm mit Schaukeln auf dem großen Rasen sind ideal zum spielen für Kinder. Der Ort hat einen guten Bäcker und 2 kleine aber gut bestückte Supermärkte. Für Großeinkäufe findet man in der Nachbargemeinde grosse Supermärkte. Preise sind ähnlich wie bei uns. Einziges Manko, es sollte mehr Geschirr, Besteck und große Schüsseln da sein.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is beautifully presented with a good size swimming pool - we are a family of nine and found it fine. The outdoor BBQ under the shady Kiwi trees was perfect for eating every night. The owners are only to happy to help with any issues you may have and were flexible with our arrival time since our plane was very early morning.
Galizana is a small village but has local shops and we visited the bakery every day. The people in the village are friendly. Pula is just a short trip away(about 10 mins) for the sightseeing. We found the beach area near Roninj, Punta Corrente, a great place to snorkle and relax with older children. It has lots of shady areas in the woods as well as a narrow beach.
We were all too sad to leave at the end of the week.

Schönes Anwesen mit angenehmen Pool
Wir hatten das ganze Haus (EG und OG) gemietet, es war innen und außen frisch renoviert und innen neu gefliest, ruhige Lage, Klimaanlagen gut, Fenster der Schlafzimmer mit praktischen Mückengazen versehen, fußläufig sind in Galizana ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Tante-Emma-Laden (Inhaberin spricht deutsch) zu erreichen, ebenso die Bäckerei (Verkäuferin spricht auch deutsch) und der Fleischer daneben, Marktplatz mit zwei Kneipen, fast alle sprechen deutsch, auch die Mutter des Vermieters, sonst englisch... Gartengasgrill mit Plancha (Gußplatte) unter Kiwi-Pergola ist super, Grill sofort heiß und schnell zu grillen, Pool wohltemperiert und täglich wegen der Werte überprüft, einziges Manko, wofür die Vermieter nichts können: alle Nachbarn, ob nah oder auch weit entfernt, haben Hunde, die sehr viel abends/nachts und frühmorgens bellen und jaulen, so daß wir mit dem Gebell einschliefen und morgens bei offenen Fenstern davon aufwachten und die Fenster wieder schließen mußten, um noch etwas weiterschlafen zu können (ist aber angeblich auch woanders in Kroatien so); Küche könnte etwas vollständiger ausgestattet sein, kein Toaster, wenig Besteck/Geschirr/Gläser, dafür Spülmaschine; Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern super, Mikrowelle und Gasherd mit Elektro-Backofen gut; Vermieter kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas nicht stimmt (bei uns fiel die Kaffeemaschine zweimal aus und wurde einmal im EG eingebrochen, aber nix geklaut, also nichts Wertvolles im Haus zurücklassen), Vermieterin stellt astreines Olivenöl selbst her und verkauft es für ca. 10 Kunar bzw. 1,30 €/Liter, wir nahmen ordentlich davon mit...Wir würden wiederkommen, zumal bester, weil neuer und sauberer Kiesstrand zwischen Fazana und Peroj nur gut 5 km entfernt und schnell mit PKW erreichbar, guter Ausgangspunkt für Porec und Pula, schnell auf Landstraße und Autobahn, große Einkaufsmärkte im nahen Pula (LIDL u.a.) oder Vodnajn (KONZUM)

Spacious villa with lovely pool & outdoor area
We loved this villa! It is very clean and well looked after. Some of the decor is a little dated but it is such good value for money. The kitchen is well-equipped although an extra chopping board would be great. Towels aren't provided. Our requests for the things we needed were dealt with quickly. Thanks Robi! I would stay here again. It's a great location. Fasana is so near and we spent many evenings there. Water parks, nature reserves and beautiful beaches are about 30-40 mins drive.

We have booked Villa Ulika as two families with 3 adults and 4 children, it was the ideal place to stay for us. Of course you need to drive to the beach, but the village Galizana is beautiful, you have less than 10 minutes drive to reach several great restaurants (Vodnjan, Fazana), the beach as well as supermarkets (Vodnjan). And in my opinion Fazana is the best beach area anyhow along south-western Istria (Coco Beach Bar!). The two appartments are well stuffed, including state of the art air condition / TV / Kitchen / Bathrooms etc.
The apartments have been found neat and clean, it is also the home of the host family during the winter season. The kitchen equipment is kind of standard for holiday appartments, if you want to cook intensively, you might bring some extra equpiment (special pans / knifes etc.).
The pool area is equipped with a modern filter, recirculation, shower and has enough sun loungers and sun shades.
Very nice also the large table under the shady Kiwi bushes! The brick-build outdoor gas grill is also very nice, however it seems to be used extensively, you may need to do some extra cleaning on your own depending on your requirements...
You probably won't miss anything and the host family is very friendly and committed. The water supply was down for one day in the whole area due to a pipe leakage, Marino and his familiy showed up immediatly in order to support us.
Also the drive to Pula is quite short, so for us there was no reason to stay directly in Pula, and we surprisingly found that Fazana and Galizana is much nicer to stay anyhow. So we really can recommend this location and will book it once we will head for Southern Istria again.

Ideal Family Apartment
We have booked Villa Ulika as two families with 3 adults and 4 children, it was the ideal place to stay for us. Of course you need to drive to the beach, but the village Galizana is beautiful, you have less than 10 minutes drive to reach several great restaurants (Vodnjan, Fazana), the beach as well as supermarkets (Vodnjan). And in my opinion Fazana is the best beach area anyhow along south-western Istria (Coco Beach Bar!). The two appartments are well stuffed, including state of the art air condition / TV / Kitchen / Bathrooms etc.
