There was a death spider on the wall the room needed revamp. The window couldn't close and making noise the whole night. I was disappointed as the reviews were saying good things that I did not see. The bathroom was dirty
The iron board was given to me broken I could not use it and it was so dirty. I was so cold there was no extra blanket. The ceiling board is dirty . The outside is too dark . The switch of the light is away from the door

The food was absolutely delicious. It is the only place at Greytown that serve both supper and breakfast.
They promised that they will light up the fire an hour before our arrival from work to keep the room warm since it was a cold night. They did not fullfil their words.

Nothing to like in this place
Everything, road to the place was horrible, car parking was bad not safe. The couches are old n uncomfortable their furniture was very old. It was very cold no heaters nothing we couldn't sleep. It is a very horrible place. If it was not late was going to look for another place for my family. We had a worse night.

The location is lovely. Very quiet and lovely garden. The hosts were very happy to supply us with wood for a braai, iron, an additional bed ! and heater which we requested. The little bottles of milk in the fridge were most welcome and replenished daily:). The cleaning staff were delightful. it is basic accomodation with (almost) everything that you need. The rooms are big, beds very comfortable, loads of warm blankets and fresh towels. Plenty hot water for showers and having solar we didnt notice load shedding- BIG plus.
It would have been nice to have hot water bottles - it was rather cold! Hosts are installing fireplaces which will make all the rooms toastie so that will be wonderful. Also the host did say that they would put shelving into the bed rooms as there was no where to put our clothing etc. None of these things were that problematic that we wouldnt go back.

The gardens were beautiful, the unit was spacious, the location quiet, a working farm with fresh eggs and milk! The owner, Andre, was super friendly and helpful for every issue that arose.
We came after dark, and it was hard to find the entrance.

The owner treated me like family due to the circumstances I was happy I met them because I was frustrated but they made my stay and trip less stressful.

Host is amazing, helpful, responsive and makes the best breakfast (small extra cost). The property is basically furnished, but had everything we needed.
We had noisy neighbours. I guess that is always the luck of the draw. But good news is, they did quieten down when asked.

The farm was so beautiful and peaceful and I love the beds very comfortable the host was so welcoming we had fine
The only thing I didn't like was the sleeper couch it was very uncomfortable to sit and the they should I couch or ottoman since it's a 4 sleeper and The sofa accomodates 3 oh and the shower the floor was slippery because it's not clean so it needs some scrubbing

super clean and we loved the farm.
just the signage, needs to be bigger and more visible but it was misty when we got there. Maybe have it on both sides of the road as well as on Booking.com as G111.

bedding was white
- the shower was totally scary to take a shower in from a hygiene perspective
- I left without taking a shower because there was not hot water and I cannot shower with cold water
- coloured towels instead of white
- didn’t feel safe there since there was a door leading to another apartment where other tenants stay
- not value for money
- we are next to road but the gate to guest house can be opened manually by pulling.
