Set in a very private peaceful location that is not overlooked, its within the Lakeview village of the Boavista Golf resort, and one of the largest two bedroom apartments on the resort, with private gardens at the front and rear for you to enjoy. With spectacular views towards Lagos and over the golf course, lake and water features this apartment offers a great location for those using all the resort facilities, as well as a superb base to visit all the sites and activities that the Algarve has to offer. The apartment is licensed (A/L 58668) with the local authorities and therefore meets health and safety regulations. With the largest outdoor pool just a minute's walk away from the apartment, and ample parking all year round, this is a fantastic location situated within the Boavista Golf resort and Spa, with its Championship golf course being one of the best in the Algarve with a golf academy, hosting championship and pro-am events, a driving range and practice areas, tennis courts, football pitch, children's play area, and archery. As well as the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and well equipped fitness room all accessible to the owners guests (at discounted rates), this apartment is superb all year round. The apartment is just 50 minutes drive from Faro airport and extremely easy to locate, with great transport networks whether guests use public transport or a hire car. The resort is situated a few minutes from the beautiful and historic city of Lagos, and some of the best beaches in the Algarve, offering safe bathing for all generations. Lagos and the area around the apartment offers something for everyone, with superb waterfront activities from kayaking to surfing , boat trips, historic sites, trail walks, superb cycle routes, great restaurants and easy access to nearby towns and villages to visit and explore. The owners have been visiting the Algarve for the past decade, and have a wealth of knowledge to be shared with their guests. Please note we have a dedicated property manager who ensures that the apartment is sanitised between bookings in line with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

It started with a very professional an friendly communication and description of the apartment and trips around Lagos. The apartment was clean, comfortable, all things available you need, very nice pool, beds were comfortable, parking area in the front of the apartment, very good place to go by car to all areas of the Algarve. We would come again😊

We had a fantastic two week stay, the apartment was perfect for our family. Communication was really easy and friendly, the apartment was spotless, comfortable, with a perfect location - all in all, a brilliant holiday and we will definitely be booking again. Many thanks for letting us stay!

This is a superb apartment in the best location ( my opinion) on Boavista.
The master bedroom had an updated mattress, which was very comfy. It’s a super king size so plenty of room!
We used the aircon as it was rather hot when we arrived. Worked really well nice and quiet. Water was always hot

Accommodation was good and exactly as advertised, very comfortable super king bed. Resort is exceptionally well maintained, although very quiet, it made it very easy to get a golf tee time. One suggestion I would have for owners would be to leave some beach towels and/or supply larger bath towels suitable for use at the beach.

Kirsty and Stuart’s property was without a doubt the best VRBO place we have stayed. Why do I say that……everything that they say on the site is very accurate….. their communication with us was the best we’ve dealt with!
We stayed the month of April,2023 and because of its location we’re able to visit the entire Algarve with day trips
Emily was also a big part of the equation! If there were any issues she responded to you immediately and took care of them. Wonderful! The Boavista Golf and Spa Resort is a gem!

The apartment exceeded our expectations and the pool area was wonderful. It is also in a great location for exploring the Algarve. Lovely weather also helped. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area you need look no further than this apartment. Communication with Kirsty and Stuart was great and Emily, the property manager, was so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Having travelled the world using self catering accommodation, I can say with all honesty this is the best we ever stayed in.
We love Lagos and the surrounding area and have stayed with friends for the last 20yrs, but now needed to find some nearby to be independent ,and this suited us perfectly! Very suitable for someone who is a little bit disabled as the whole apartment is flat. The sitting room furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, although with all the delicious food in the area why would you cook? The boa vista complex is immaculate and the swimming pool very nearby is wonderful. Once again managble steps with a handrail and immaculately clean. Loved it all. Thanks Kirsty and Stuart

We have spend a lovely time in family at this nice house. The apartment have all we Need to spend some relaxing time Over our holidays. Beautiful view to the golf field, very private, secure and piecefull place. We really consider to came back again. We trully recomend it.

We stayed at this lovely apartment situated at Boa Vista Golf resort, for a golf break. The apartment is positioned near the 16th fairway with views of the course and the patio is a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the golfers. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, very comfortable for 4 adults or a family of 4, and great if you want to play golf. TV was good with Sky Sports available and lots of other channels, so we could watch the test match. The large swimming pool is just a few steps away, with plenty of Sun Lounges to relax and take in the sun. Communication with Kirsty & Stuart was great, I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay

Lakeview Village
Had a lovely relaxing time. Emilie was so helpful getting some provisions in as we arrived late at night. Also helped with Local taxi with directions to airport.

Golf trip.
If you are golfing in the Lagos area, I cannot recommend this property enough. Great location, fantastic golf course and clubhouse. Accommodation is spotless with everything you could need. Absolutely Fantastic on every Level!
My family and I stayed here for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment is a real gem, it has all of the mod cons you'd expect along with an incredible view up the fairway with rolling hills and mature trees in the distance. We were sad to leave and look forward to spending our next holiday here. The development is very well maintained with regular security patrols from the staff, very friendly gardeners who keep the gardens pristine and an excellent on site restaurant and gym. Thank you very much Kirsty, Stuart and Emily. You were all fantastic hosts throughout the process start to finish. 5 Stars all round! I'd have no hesitation in recommending this to friends and family!

Algarve Holiday
The property was clean and well appointed. There are pleasant seating areas front and rear, the rear area having a pleasant view over the golf course and lake. There is an excellent open air swimming pool closed by.
We would certainly be interested in staying here again.

Sunny Stay on Golf Resort & Spa
A lovely 2 bed appartment on Golf complex. When my wife and I booked this appartment, we did so as we wanted a home from home style accomodation. Excellent wifi coverage , access to UK premium sport channels , air conditioning , ensuite bathrooms, washing facilities etc. We were delighted that everything was as advertised. The appartment has a private rear patio with sun loungers and the outdoor pool is only a 2 minute walk away. We don't play golf (yet), however the course looked immaculate as is the whole resort. Staff at the club house speak excellent english and are happy to order a taxi into Lagos on your behalf should you wish to go into the centre of town. I can wholeheartedly recommend the appartment and resort. The owners Kirsty and Stuart provided excellent communication and information to make our stay as easy & convenient as possible.

Lovely
Lovely home in a quiet, peaceful location yet close to everything. So comfortable and such a pleasure to stay here. It had everything we needed for our month + stay. The only thing to note is that the outdoor pool, though so inviting, was just way too cold to use in the fall and we wished it had been heated. Would absolutely recommend this spacious condo and would definitely stay again if we get back here. ( just a heads up for those who are from the U.S., the hair dryer is U.K. plug so your Portugal adapter won’t work)

Great apartment beautiful views
Booked this property for a week to celebrate a special birthday. The booking and communications were excellent. We arrived early but owner allowed us in straight away. We found the apartment exactly as described, it was clean and was home from home. A word about the outside where the furniture was comfortable and the view beautiful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment
Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay here. The apartment is clean and equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The views over the golf course are fabulous and the pool area close by is great for sunbathing. The complex is very well maintained. Big thanks to Emily for being really helpful when we arrived and also offering to book a table at a local restaurant for us. Would definitely recommend this place and we would all happily stay here again.

A fabulous place for a holiday
Kirsty & Stuart's apartment is the perfect base for a holiday. The apartment has everything you could possibly want in a holiday home, is beautiful and restful inside and outside. We had a fabulous relaxing week mixing up golf and pool time on Boavista with boat trips, dinners out and more in and around Lagos. The availability of Sky Sports so the sports-mad members of the family could follow the Ashes, Premier League, etc. from afar was the icing on the cake. Kirsty & Stuart provided a great pre-holiday pack while on-site property manager Emily calmly and quickly resolved a problem with a dodgy entrance door lock. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Class holiday in a great complex
Communications were great and the availability of the local agent was great.
The apartment is spotlessly clean with great decor and all the amenities you will need.
Lots of UK TV channels including sky sports channels. Internet is unlimited and good.
The outside area is great and you can switch from the rear to the front of the property as the sun sets if you want to stay in the sun. The views from the rear over the golf course are terriffic.
Great on-site facilities for kids & adults including a great pool across the road, archery, tennis, golf, football club.
On-site restaurant in the clubhouse.
We would recommend a car to visit surrounding areas and beaches.

Beautiful apartment and in probably the best position on the Boavista golf resort.
Lovely large apartment on the ground floor with near gardens at front and rear ensured we had a lot of outdoor space too, and not confined like the apartments with balconies that aren’t as private.
Very homely, and great communication with the owners who were lovely.

Exactly as described...
The apartment was exactly as described and commented on by other renters. We found everything we needed from soft pillows and comfortable beds to a teapot!
It was really good to have the indoor pool/spa passes as it rained for the first time in 4 months halfway through our stay. The outdoor pool nearby the apartment although heated until the end of October was starting to feel 'cool'.
The weekly cleaning team was great and could give lessons to other cleaners where we have stayed before!
This is probably the best equipped apartment and the most helpful owners we have ever had in the past 20 years of renting in Europe and around the world.
We will be back next year.

Immaculate, spacious and welcoming.
We had a fabulous time in Portugal largely due to this amazing property. Ideally situated, it allowed us relaxing days in comfort with access to great facilities (outdoor and indoor pools and gym) but also easy access to Lagos and surrounding communities. After a busy day exploring, it was bliss coming home to this apartment.

First time staying on the Boavista resort and will definitely be returning.
Kirsty and Stuart's appartment is so well situated on the resort with great views of the 15th and 16th fairways. The appartment is immaculate and the careways staff were very thorough in maintaining the property during our stay. Kirsty and Stuart have clearly put a lot of thought in to ensuring guests know how to get around the area with a very thorough welcome pack with handy tips on supermarkets and restaurants. We went there because we are golfers but we all remarked we would stay there even if golf was not our thing, such a beautiful spot. We will definitely be returning in the near future

The best yet on Boavista
We have experienced holidays on ten previous occasions staying in various apartment rentals at Boavista, we can with total honesty state that Stuart & Kirsty's apartment has been by far the best we have stayed at. Perfect with top quality furniture, superb kitchen equipment throughout, and above all private and peaceful location....well away from the construction traffic that dominates other distant parts of Boavista resort. No doubt we will only from here on, stay at this magnificent top draw apartment.
