About this condo rental
Nestled in East Naples, this lovely condo for $448 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Botanical Place. This home is in a gated community on a very desirable street – Bayshore Drive – which is close to Olde Naples. This a recently remodeled (April 2023) three bedroom, two bath condo on the fourth floor in a newer gated community offering over 1,500 sq. ft with a screened in patio overlooking the pool and clubhouse and common garden area. We have recently remodeled and have added a new washer and dryer, new air conditioning unit, new couch, rug and entertainment center in living area. New decor, appliances, linens and lighting throughout. We have furnished the unit as we, the owners, will be staying there occasionally – which means large Smart TV’s, super comfy mattresses, lots of great linens, appliances and upgraded kitchen and bath amenities. There is a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the spare and two twin beds in the den and lots of seating for family! The kitchen and baths have granite countertops and lots of high end furnishings and appliances. The living room has 50 inch flat screen HD Smart TVs, the master has a 42" HD Tv and the queen spare bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen as well - we didn't forget the guests in the Den - there is a 42" Smart TV (no cable, but internet). The balcony has comfy seating with two 'cuddle' chairs (each suitable for two adults) and a hassock for more seating or for putting feet up. The kitchen and laundry and other areas are FULLY STOCKED for your visit - kitchen has service for 8 and the laundry has brand new (2020), clean washer/dryer and lots of supplies to make sure your stay is comfortable. As rental owners and rental users we always understand that you want not only to feel at home, but also to feel pampered. We stock high end bedding and towels, custom closets, brand new appliances, totally stocked kitchen and always - ALWAYS - a clean, uncluttered home. All of the three TV's have extended cable and our wireless internet is super fast so that everyone can enjoy their devices (Den TV has internet only). Games, puzzles and DVDs for your pleasure and if you need anything, we live locally and can help however we can to make your stay more enjoyable. We also offer other amenities to make sure your visits to the pool and beach are fun - pool towels and beach chairs as well as pool accessories. Our home is also handicapped accessible with large doorways and handrails into the showers and toilet areas. We can answer all of your additional questions as well. We also have an oversized one-car garage which not only houses your vehicle but also TONS of beach and pool toys (8 Boogie Boards, chairs, etc.) The community has a large pool, spa, workout facilities, grilling area and large common areas with TVs and seating so that you can host in style. The grounds are well maintained and offer outside walking paths. There is lots of parking available and very secure. As typical to Naples, all renters in our community are required to complete a Renter Agreement which allows for an entry pass through the gate, a parking pass as well as entry passes to the amenities ($100 processing fee). This up and coming location offers lots of dining options such as the new Celebration Park - it is a casual food truck venue (I think there are 10 now) ranging from Pizza to Organics. The trucks are attached to the large bar and marina with picnic table and games for the kids, very fun. This eatery is directly across from Market360, a gourmet market, restaurant and wine shop. Also is the legendary The Real McCaw, as well as the new 'Med' Italian eatery. Then the truly authentic Mexican restaurants, Molcajetes and Taqueria San Julio and the new brewery is making our area a draw for locals. New restaurants and bars opened this year as well - 'Rebecca's and The Maddox' should make Bayshore the new 'East Downtown' area. We are also close to Sugden Park, which is less than a mile away and has the largest freshwater lake in Southwest Florida. Walking Paths, Sailing Classes, Freshwater Beach, Kid Friendly Activities and lots of family oriented events makes Sugden Park one of the best parts of Olde East Naples. BayView Park is the Eastern Boat Launch and Park off Naples Bay – much larger than those off of the Western Bay and just as accessible. Fish off the park and have a great picnic less than 1.5 miles away. Don't forget Botanical Gardens, which is only 1 mile from the house - awesome venue and worth the visit. One of the best new additions to the Bayshore area is the East Naples Community Park, which hosts the annual INTERNATIONAL PICKLEBALL OPEN in April as well as numerous competitions and tournaments throughout the year. The park is walking distance from the condo so you don't have to worry about parking. We are sure that you will love your stay in our home and can't wait to see you as well. Our stay was a first rate experience from beginning to end. The owners are very caring of their guests, going above and beyond to ensure the guests needs, as described, are looked after and any questions answered. The unit, it’s contents, amenities and the Botanical property are first class in every way. Very appreciative of the efforts of Ted and Angela and would highly recommend this property.

This was probably hands down one the best places we have stayed at in a while. Ted & Angela were incredible hosts!! They were attentive and so very helpful with tips and suggestions regarding the area. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Almost anything you could imagine needing was provided. Also, Ted checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed (even offered to help us get a crib for our son!). So very thoughtful!!
Not only was the condo itself perfect, but it’s location is great as well. You are close to a lot of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Downtown Naples is a very short drive away, so is the Naples beach & pier. You are also minutes from Sugden Park (we biked there) and a 10 min walk to the Botanical Gardens. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would 100% recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a vacation here in December 2020. We found that the condo had all that you could possibly need. It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there were plenty of beach items provided. The condo owners were wonderful and extremely hospitable. The condo community was quiet. The location wasn't far from the beach, 15 minute drive or so. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was exactly as described. I had friends and family float in and out during the month. In each case, everyone commented on the fact that our hosts made sure everything was well-provisioned. Everything.
Since Ted knew it was my first time visiting Naples, he took the time to tell me all of the good places to go and things to do over the course of my stay.
Myself and all of my guests were very pleased with our stay at Ted and Angela's condo.
The only downside was that I should have booked TWO months instead of one. Came back to single digit temperatures in St. Louis. Ugh!

Lovely condo, gracious hosts
Our stay in Ted and Angela's condo at Botanical Place was perfect! It was exactly as the photos indicated. We were a party of two so the space was more than enough for us, you could easily fit two more adults and a couple of kids. We loved walking around the lake in the mornings, reading by the pool, and frequenting Dilly's at 360 Marketplace and Celebration Park along with many other great restaurants. We were within driving distance to friends in Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Springs and even Fort Myers. Ted and Angela were friendly, gracious hosts who provided everything we could possibly need for a great vacation. We will certainly be making another visit!

Fantastic tucked away rental in a great location!!
We have been going to Naples for 25 years with the inlaws. The last 5 trips we have rented. This property caught my eye t from the listing with the detailed photos and the explanations. This made us very comfortable when it came to selecting the property. I had not been to this part of Naples in all the years we have been going there and all I can say is location, location, location!! You are a very short trip to the beach even in traffic and the trip back is way shorter than having to go up Davis Blvd where we have rented previous trips. The condo community itself is outstanding and very well taken care of. The paint is fresh, the community building and gym are nice and the pool is very refreshing. From the condo porch you have the view of the pool and the State forest preserve lake in the background which makes for some great sunsets with a beer. You are 4 blocks from a Naples gem called Celebration Park. This is a great place to go eat, drink and be outside on the canals...Google it! There are also a few other eating places within walking distance of the condo that are very good. There are several close grocery stores Publix, Oakes, Lucky's and an international one this made it easy to cook at the condo. Getting to the condo...WOW is all I can say. We had two couples and my son and we fit perfectly. Everything was clean, new and very well taken care of. Ted checked in with me several times over our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This condo is on the 4th floor tucked in the corner. They have a great elevator and steps right out the door if you prefer. Being on the top in the corner there are two benefits ...one it is very quite and the second is having cathedral ceilings making the rooms bright and airy. The kitchen is new, has everything you need to cook and the granite counter tops are beautiful. The twin bedroom is great for one or two people and in the closet is towels and items for the pool or beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed that is nice large closet and a dresser that has a lot of space. The laundry is great to have and there is even sunscreen in there if you forgot yours at home. The living/eating area is comfortable and totally up to date! The porch is a welcome retreat to step outside. The master is very spacious in the bedroom, walk-in closet and bath. This is a great place with fantastic owners do not hesitate to rent before someone else does!!
