"We were delighted with our stay at Fissi Villas. The area is beautiful and the view from the terrasse magnificent. We were a little bit worried because of the road next to the house but this was not a problem at all. We slept well as the house has double glazing and is completely soundproof. The furniture is of extremely good quality, and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Yanna and Yannis were wonderful and always there to help and give useful advice!! The villas are well located within easy reach of Aghios Nikolaos, Lassithi Plateau and Libyan sea. Definitively a place to recommend to friends and family."

We spent two weeks with our daughter (5) and our twins (4) at the Villas Fissi. The garden was wonderful for our kids. The villa was a good starting point for daytrips. We spent the afternoons at the nearby beach. Yanna, her husband and her daughter were great hosts. They came around almost each day and answered our messages promptly. Communication in English was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent a week at Fissi Villas and had a great time. The house and surroundings are clean, well equipped and well maintained. Yanna & Yannis were very helpful, always available and provided us with great tips for beaches, restaurants, etc. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful place to stay. The villa is well situated to visit all towns around Ágios Nikólaos and only 5 minutes drive to the sandy beach. We had everything we needed and our hosts were extremely nice offering us oil, wine and biscuits. Yanna knitted a beautiful handbag for my daughter which she loves ! She also baked baked us a cake and offered us some homemade jam. We have had a great time in Creta, I hope to come back at some point and I won’t hesitate to stay at Fissi Villas. Thank you Yannis and Yanna for your hospitality.

We loved the Spyradaki's house! From the traditional styled interior to the beautiful sea view from the patio table. Everywhere are lush plants and flowers! Our hosts could not be more kind or friendly, a wonderful experience!!

I'll start with the fact that this is the place where I wanted to return the next day after departure. We have long chosen a place for vacation and are very glad that we were not mistaken. We had two families and all the beautiful grounds were ours. Trees, flowers, olive trees, benches, hammocks, green lawns, all designed for peace and enjoy relaxation, nature and our beloved island. The silence, the stars at night are very bright. It seems that no one else, although everything is close, road, sea...))) The houses are built and equipped with great love, it is felt in every detail. There is everything you want, as if you came to your home. Yanna welcomed us as the most expensive guests and throughout the rest of the time confirmed it. Constantly kept clean and tidy, changed our towels and bed linen. I poured olive oil when it was over, baked us all sorts of Goodies and treated the holiday desserts. Yannis and Irini (the daughter) are the same kind, sweet and friendly. Any issue was resolved in a matter of hours. When we left, the airline changed our departure time and we had to stay until the evening. So lovely owners left us even with an overnight stay and did not take any money for it. And they gave me their olive oil as a parting gift. We have been many times in Greece, in different houses and hotels, but this place is the best and the impressions about the rest are just great! Only one darkens.... unfortunately, the vacation flew by too fast)). I wish the whole family of Yanna success and prosperity, I hope for the meeting!

We spent a great week at Fissi Villas. Villas are standing at nice location with a beautiful view, near the coastal road which is very good for exploring the island. The Villas are very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The surroundings are peaceful with lush vegetation. Yanna and Yannis are very helpful and friendly. We came home with a lot of beautiful memories.

Yanna & Yiannis very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Evident their hard work in refurbishing & and maintaining the two villas and gardens. Stayed for 3 weeks, visiting old friends in Aghios Nikolaos. The Greek Easter Festival during our stay, families celebrating Easter Sunday, roasting whole lambs on spits. The owners kindly invited us to join them. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was especially welcome. Yanna, a Headteacher, also cleans the villas, sheet and towel change weekly. Washing machine, iron, board very useful, cuts down on packing. Everything available in "Prinos" to self cater, big fridge, with large freezer compartment. Many historical artefacts & photos on the walls, depicting family history. Yanna and Yiannis have built a tiny exquisite church in their olive grove, in memory of both their fathers, named George, after Saint George. Yanna and Yianni both very generous with produce and their own cooked food gifts to us. Yanna's mother, hand made small side table cloths, a leaving gift. Secure property, behind automatic iron gates. Two friendly dogs kept in their huge vegetable garden area, one a rescued dog by other visitors, as a puppy, found on a nearby beach, taken to the Vet by Yianni, kept, walking with a limp. Immediately demonstrated their kindness. Parents of three daughters, Yianni is a local Fire Officer. If you want a warm family welcome, and high standards, Fissi Villas we recommend.

La maison est parfaite et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. C'est un excellent point de départ pour partir à la découverte des splendides paysages de cette partie de l'île. Les propriétaires, Yannis, Yanna et leur fille, se sont montrés très chaleureux : nous avons même été invités à une soirée en famille! Les services offerts sont impeccables. Nous avons tout apprécié de cette nouvelle expérience crétoise. Un grand merci à Yannis, à Yanna et à leur fille!

Location très agréable à environ 10 minutes d'Agios en voiture. La maison dispose d'un beau jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu, d'une terrasse protégée très agréable avec vue sur la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les chambres sont climatisées. Ce qui nous a le plus enthousiasmé cependant est l'accueil hyper chaleureux de Yanna et Yannis, qui sont d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Merci pour cet accueil typiquement crétois et pour ces délicieuses fleurs de courgettes! Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement!

We have rented the Krini villa for a family of 5 (one teenage kid, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) for a week at the end of June. It was a perfect vacation, although when you have that kind of age span in a group it is not obvious everyone can be pleased. Nevertheless, it happened, and in great amount due to the excellent conditions and constant care of the owners. There are a few beaches within 20 min easy driving, and opportunities for morning strolls up and down the mountain slope the house is built on. Nearest town, just a few miles away, has a few restaurant choices, a farmer's market, a quaint harbour. Terrific place, terrific people; we will return.

Yanna and Yannis were great, amiable, and non-intrusive hosts. They anticipated our every wish and gave us very helpful travel advise. The location was close to Agios Nikolaos and a couple of very nice beaches like Almyros and Voulisma. The house was spacious, well-equipped and clean. There was air con in the sleeping rooms and even mosquito nets on every window. Yanna came twice a week, thoroughly cleaned the house, and took the garbage with her. The most important feature of the location was, however, that it was absolutely perfect for kids. Yanna and Yannis were lovely with our daughter (2 years) and son (six months). The house and garden were full of toys. There was even a little playground in the back with a plastic swimming pool and a swing that our daughter liked a lot. So the only trouble we had was convincing our kids to leave the house. We can highly recommend this location and are looking forward to return!

I with my family (including two little kids: 5 years and 7 month) spent in Fissi Villas one unforgetable month in September 2014. I found this place absolutly great for children: very nice playground, plenty of space to explore and a lot of toys to play with (cars, games, sets for game in the sands, balls, sets for drawing and so on). There are two lovely dogs in villa. They are very kind and friendly. My son loved them a lot, he used to play with them all time we were in. Interior of villa is very nice, each detail is handmade. There are a lot of flowers and trees surrounding the villas (pomegranate, oranges, olive trees...). It was a great pleasure to have a dinner sitting in the terrace with an admirable view to the Mirabello bay. But the most memorable thing from our staying in Fissi Villas is its owners Yanna and Yannis. They are very hospitabe and caring people.They do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Thanks to Yanna and Yannis we felt like we came to our friends. I hope to come back to Fissi Villas, to our greece friends. So, I would definitly recommend this place for everybody, especially for families with children and for couples. This place is suitable for both short and long-stay. Have a good holiday!
