This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa apartment is just 3 blocks from the wide, sandy beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants like Aruba Beach Cafe, Laspada's Five Star Hoagies, Even Keel Seafood, Burger Fi, Taco Craft plus a myriad of shops and activities. The living room has leather furniture and 50 inch Xfinity cable Smart HDTV. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet , HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet, HDTV and private bath. The third bedroom has twin beds, HDTV and a work desk for your laptop. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The gallery kitchen features all new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware and cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated to like new condition inside and out. The new impact windows and doors afford a virtually soundproof inside environment when it's time for that afternoon nap. We have also just installed new super quiet spit AC systrms in every room. You also can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with new tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, propane gas grill and even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. Great Weather, Fabulous Beaches & the Ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its picturesque waterways and canals and your destination villa is located around the corner from the world-famous sandy, shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass bottom boat rides and of course, shopping - the list goes on and on. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely well provisioned in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The apartment was very clean. Access was very good. Would have liked to face the beach, but we knew we wouldn’t when we selected this rental. But a good location with easy beach access and a variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Enjoyed the cappochinos at the Italian coffee shop and highly recommend the Blue Moon restaurant on the intracoastal waterway. Had minor issue with the internet on arrival (modem was unplugged) but had no trouble contacting the owner who easily directed me to the location of the modem. The rental process was easy, friendly and well-managed. The A/C in the unit was excellent. Beach towels and a cooler were even provided.

We had a wonderful stay in your home at Lauderdale by the Sea! The house was just as listed and the owner was great with communication. The beach chairs were awesome to have and it was so easy to get to the beach. The wagon and cooler weren’t available but the owner dropped by a new cooler as soon as we told him it was missing. We loved the location just steps away from great restaurants and fun shops! We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful location. The property is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and several bars and restaurants. Enjoyed walking to an Italian cafe every morning for pastries and lattes. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive to questions. The unit comes with everything you need for the beach....cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The beach chairs were in excellent condition! Small laundry room next to unit with laundry soap. The weather was terrible while we were there (25 inches of rain in a rare weather event). Thankful we had a nice place to stay during the storm. The courtyard was very nice and surprisingly quiet. I thought with the main road outside the gate we would hear the noise, but not the case. Overall a great place to stay especially if you like being able to walk around Lauderdale by the Sea. If you like Sunday brunch The Blue Moon Fish Company is a 5 minute walk and one of the best!

The property was a short two minute walk to the beach. The home came with beach chairs, a cooler, towels, and anything else you may need for a day at the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The home was clean, welcoming and vary spacious. We cooked quite a bit at the home, and everything we needed was there. Our arrival plans changed last minute, and Jan and Tom were very helpful and communicated timely. We cannot thank them enough.

This is a wonderful property!! I love the fact that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The location is perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach and all the local restaurants. It's also just a short drive to everything else you might need.

The apartment was very nice. Very clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. The location was fantastic for walking to the beach and/or places to eat or have drinks.
I am a guy and was there with 2 of my guy friends, so we could all go scuba diving. Each of us having our own bedroom and own bathroom was really great.
A couple of things about the apartment that I didn't catch from the description.
The apartment is located RIGHT ON Hwy A1A. Like, from the edge of the roadway, there is a sidewalk and then the bumper of your car, if you're parked in one of the spaces for the apartment. A1A is just 2 lanes with a low speed limit at that point. I was a little concerned at first, that it would be hard to get in or out of my parking space because of traffic. But, even though I was driving a full size pickup truck, it was never a problem.
I was also a little concerned that I was parked right against the sidewalk where lots of random people were walking all day and night going to/from the beach/bars/restaurants. But, I had no issues at all.
From the street, you go through a wooden privacy gate and fence into a courtyard with some outdoor chairs, a fountain, etc.. From the listing pictures, I was thinking that that courtyard would be private to my apartment. It is not. There are 3 (or 4?) units and they all share that courtyard. There is no lock on the gate, so, theoretically, anyone could come in off the street. But, nobody ever did, as far as I could tell. For me, it mainly just meant that my plan to leave wet scuba gear out there to dry was not to be.
Also of note: The apartment has 3 bedrooms, but only includes 2 parking spaces. Fortunately, for me and my friends, one flew in and I picked him up, so we only had 2 cars to park. If you had more than 2 vehicles, parking for the extras could be a real pain, I think.

Perfect Getaway
We are 4 tired teachers that needed a beach vacation!! This home was the perfect place for us. Check in was was easy as pie! Tom and Jan are great to communicate and keep us updated as the day of check in got closer. The house has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom! It made it so convenient for us all to get ready when coming back from the beach. The location of this home is so PERFECT!! Just around the corner are tons of shops, restaurants, and Sloan's ice cream!! We loved the Adirondack chairs and umbrellas on the street that we could just sit and visit and do a little people watching! The beach is just a short walk through the block. The beach is beautiful! There's a great reef to snorkel just a little way out. The house has beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels.
We had such an amazing time! Can't wait to head back for another visit! Tom and Jan made our stay perfect!!

Beautiful Stay
The apartment was very clean. The location was great. Right in the middle of all the activity. Lots of places to walk and just a few steps from the beach. Property managers are personable and easily reached if necessary. A very positive experience. We will definitely return to this apartment.

We highly enjoyed our stay at your property. Jan quickly answered when we needed to speak to her. House is nice, great having bathroom in every bedroom. It was only 1 block to beach and all kinds of fun restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you.

Wonderful location and very clean!
We were very happy with the communication with the owners; very quick in responding and very accommodating! The property was very clean and in a great private location; easy walking to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The only negative (and reason I didn't give it a 5 star) was the beds and pillows were so hard, none of us got a good night sleep the entire time we were there. If the beds just had pillow toppers and new pillows, it would be fabulous! The only other recommendation would be to re-direct the a/c in the middle bedroom as it is face level and blows directly on you all night, that also made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, we loved our stay!
