Fenced-in backyard. Washer/dryer. Pets can stay if you check with us first. Dogs must be in a crate when you are not at home. Central AC & cable TV Kitchen has dishes for your whole crew, and a dishwasher! Coffee makers, coffee & tea help you feel at home. Absolutely no smoking indoors or loud parties. Classic. Comfort. Convenient. These are words we hope you will use to describe your home-away-from-home in Lansing. Smart lock on the door means no keys to lose. Security lights and smart security for peace of mind. Garage and driveway provide off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will receive a code for the door, so you can show up anytime and get in. We like to text our guests soon after their arrival to see if you have any questions or needs. We want to be sure your needs are being met and that you are enjoying our home. We look forward to sharing our home with you! Please treat our home gently. She is an old lady, born in 1904. Master bedroom has a new queen mattress. We kindly request that you take off your shoes in our home. The floors are professionally cleaned before you arrive. Taking your shoes off will help keep the floors clean throughout your stay. LOCATION: 2.2 miles to MSU union, 2.5 miles to Spartan Stadium! "Location-wise this house is a short drive into downtown Lansing as well as to MSU's campus." HOW TO GET AROUND: Just a short walk to Michigan Avenue, with bus service to downtown Lansing and MSU (Bus #1). Only 1.5 miles to west edge of MSU campus & 2.5 miles to Spartan Stadium.

We were coming for a show, that ended up being canceled 2 days prior to the event and Jonathan was gracious enough to offer us a list of alternative things to do in the area. He really went above and beyond. He checked on us while we were there, and everything was great. There are are couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and we made the best of it. Highly recommend

It was a short, but nice stay. Back yard is great for the dogs as long as your dog isn't athletic enough to climb up the stacked fire wood in the back to chase squirrels (like our Aussie) :-)

Seemed to be an ok area. Few ants in bathroom, not sure it was seasonal. Old property. Decent space. Owners were easy to communicate with.

We were looking for a place to stay with our 2 dogs during a quick trip to Lansing. This property was perfect for us with it's beautiful, comfortable interior and spacious fenced-in yard. The thoughtful little extras made the stay effortless and made us wish we could have stayed longer to take enjoy it all more.

We enjoyed our stay, perfect size for our group and having the multiple bedrooms to accommodate our age groups was great. We had a bit of trouble re-entering the property on our second day and Jonathon took care of us right away. So glad to have such responsive hosts. Thank you

We booked this house for my husbands graduation from MSU with his masters degree. The house was cute, clean, and exactly as listed. Jonathan, the owner, checked in by text everyday. It was so convenient to be near campus and to be able to make breakfast and snacks at the house. The price for this house was excellent - so much better than a hotel. The beds were super comfortable! Great deal!

We celebrated a 40th birthday over a weekend at the house. It's in a great location to get to all the breweries and restaurants. The house is great for everyone to have a space but big enough that we could play board games and cards. Thanks for a great stay.

We've stayed here before and came back. It is a nice property and we can bring out pets. Fenced yard is great for your dog. If you have a cat the basement is tricky--there are hiding places--it's not tricky to create a barrier though. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and there is plenty of space. Hosts are available and pleasant.

This rental was very spacious. Great for families or a group as there are 6 beds! There is an outdoor deck for second floor which is a nice feature. The host(s) were very accommodating. I would stay there again. Location was perfect as we were staying to watch the Spartans basketball game. Go Green!

There was confusion due to VRBO web site but host communicated well. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, clean house, nice big yard. Too hot to be outside much. Neighborhood is very cute and nice. I was slightly concerned because downtown Lansing has some rough areas but felt very safe here.

Quiet neighborhood, wonderful beds and clean accommodations. Easy check in with all the necessary essentials provided. Would definitely stay again. We were a group of 8 middle aged female cousins who get together every year and this is the first stay where all the beds were even adequate. The beds here were all extremely comfortable!
