Great location

Convenient location. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped. Separate laundry area with a washing machine but no dryer. Secure backyard which would give peace of mind for anyone travelling with pets.

The windows are, for the most part, unscreened, which means closing everything up in the evening if you don't like bugs. There is no internet at the property.

Fine for a short term stay.

Bathroom, comfy bed

Decor in some of the rooms made the kids uncomfortable. Outside cobwebby which made it uninviting to use. Towels provided were average.

Superb

We liked the attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort of the home. It's proximity to beaches, cafes, bush walks and wedding venue was a bonus

Great Base for Fishing 🎣

Well renovated and comfortable. The shower was Excellent. The seperate games area was Great. We were happy to have our pups with us and they Loved the yard. The boat ramp was not too far away and easy to access. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. There was an IGA just down the road and Orford is a Lovely quiet town.

We would have preferred our own linen but didn't see that option when we were booking. The bed had one sheet with a quilt which was too warm to use but too cool not to use without another sheet.

A lovely mid century home beautifully appointed to suit any holiday maker. Great for a family too.

The house was very clean and had 3 bedrooms, plus a laundry as well. It was self contained, private and was in a central location. It was homely and quiet.

Mattress could have had a protector or foam cover to make it softer. This is so minimal that it hardly rates mentioning. Apart from that, it was brilliant. No complaints

Perfect Orford Escape

I loved all the amenities. The kitchen was so well equipped. The backyard was lovely. It was great having table tennis and darts available. The brick enclosure with fire and BBQ was perfect place to be for the last day of rain. Close to everything, I walked everywhere, didn't use my car while there.

A great comfortable cottage close to beaches and the shops

We loved the location 5 minutes walk from the beach,the beds were comfy and the facilities excellent. We really loved the under cover bbq it was lovely bbq outside. Rob was a very helpful host and a good communicator,we will be back.

Well equipped house

Great to be able to bring our dogs. Comfortable rooms, nice garden, wood fireplace, good kitchen, quiet neighbourhood.

I can,t think of anything more complimentry to say about the property , thoroughly enjoyable .

The location is excellent, and very suitable for elderly people,.We enjoyed the general atmosphere which reminded us to some extent of our own environment.

There were no dislikes from our group ,and we found every thing to the satisfaction of all six of us. Probably the only thing we did not like was l;eaving to come home. We as a group will thoroughly recommend it to all of our friends and relations.

Robs shack was very comfortable and is highly recommended for a recharge of the batteries.

Excellent communication from Rob. Quiet surroundings. Close to beach and walks. Secure pet friendly premises. Very well presented. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was provided.

Curtains in bedrooms would be preferable to reduce impact of street lighting.

Exceptional

The house was well situated and has all of the comforts of home. It was bright and airy, lots of room, nice backyard for bbq and drinks in the afternoon.
