It is a gorgeous place, the apartment and the view.

The property was clean and in a good location. Owner was very responsive. The guest parking was a plus. There weren't many amenities on the property like before. No pool, no market, no atm, etc. You used to be able to rent beach chairs and towels but that's no longer available but you can rent that on the beach and Isabel also supplies beach towels. Balcony view was beautiful. The price was good.

A million dollar view of the Ocean and San Juan, Penthouse Studio decorated with lovely scenes of San Juan. I loved the big bathroom and large kitchen area. Had coffee and pastry in the morning on the balcony, as well as dinner. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep fast and slept through the night. Quiet and Peaceful, The beach is the Caribbean beach you've always dreamed about. Isabel is always just a text away and keeps in touch to make sure all is going well. She was also very helpful and supportive when my flight home was canceled at the last minute! This is my second time and I will be back again soon.

I had no issues at all. It was just so prefect. The location, the PH view was amazing 👏 waking up to that view was everything. It was very clean. The ower kept in contact before and after the stay. The ower Isabel did not bother us. I felt like she was a text message away. She texted us the night before we left and during our flight to say have a great flight. The process was smooth and easy! It was walking distance to just about everything. The jet skis, banana boat etc.is right on the beach of the PH. The beds were very big and comfortable: king size. One situation where the lights went out for a little so no elevator and we had to walk from the 17 floors to the lobby, i had heels on so im still in pain from that lol if youre in good shape dnt worry. Great experiences and we plan to view again. Thanks for having us.

Room was exactly as described. Small and simple, it’s all that is needed on a beach getaway. View is absolutely beautiful—might just be best on the strip. Host was in communication. No beach items but you can rent chairs/umbrella from a guy on the beach who hangs outside the building. Would recommend and stay again!

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a long weekend and we absolutely loved our little apartment! The view and the access to beach were the main reasons why we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the apartment. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We noticed how quiet it was at night, which worked for us! We would recommend it to all of our friends and family.

The listing was very accurate. Cute place.. very clean. Close to shops, grocery store, some great restaurants and airport. The balcony has a great view of the beach! The host was great- very easy to contact if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The room was great and the view excellent, but in addition to the pool repairs being apparently abandoned, only 2 of 6 elevators worked, all 4 washing machines were out of order, and there was no water one day.

This property was exactly as described. To be quite honest, it was the most enjoyable rental I've ever stayed at. The view from the 17th top floor is like none other. The building is quiet, secure and very clean, as well as the rental unit. I hope to make a future reservation here, too.

Loved our stay at this property. It has everything we needed more! We used the lawn chairs and cooler provided everyday at the beach. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the patio was amazing. You will need to turn the ac off to sit on the patio without the unit out there giving off heat but that wasnt a big deal to us.

Every day we planed were we would go the next day . We went to the center of the island in Puerto Rico to explore water falls and caves. We went to the ialand of Culebra on a ferry and spend the day there. We ate food like it was our last. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many thanks to our host Isabel Martinez that made it possible for all of us to enjoy our stay memorable for all of us. We will be back.

Isabel’s property was great! Can’t beat the price for what we got. Amazing view of the ocean and surrounding areas. Great balcony. Spacious studio apartment. Clean and tidy. Isabel was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Plenty of parking in the parking deck. Place felt very safe and secure. Beach access was a plus. Nice king bed. Right next to a casino too. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. Great location near San Juan. Very happy with our stay.

We stay in PR a few times a year. We have family here and love to stay on the ocean. The building we usually stay in did not have availability. We chose this based strictly on location. Owner sent us rules and regulations via email and text twice. The building is under renovation and the pool was closed. All communicated to us prior. We arrived after 11 the gate guard said we were at the wrong place. We kept circling and say the small sign on it he gate shack that said ESJ and MareStClare. We pointed it out to the guard and he said oh sorry yea right place. He told us to go to the garage to find guest parking. The owner told us it was not 100% guaranteed. We did not find one spot that said guest on it they were all reserved. We ended up having to park across the street for $40. The next day we asked a security person about the parking and they told us that the guest parking was in the lower area of P4. We were then able to secure parking. Two things here the building employees were not helpful and the owner should have told us where exactly the parking was. The room was as described but not very clean, the bathroom was wiped down but definitely not clean. We have family in the area and spent very little time in the room. Every time we walked the hall or the elevator or the balcony all you could smell was pot. This was a very inexpensive condo so we chalked it up to you get what you pay for. We cleaned up checked out and went home. We texted the owner and let her know we left at 10am at 10pm she sent me a text that she was disappointed and that we broke the rules and smoked in the condo. She had to wash the linens and get a machine and was charging us. I immediately responded we did not smoke in the room however the pot smell was throughout the entire condo. I also pointed out that she should be washing the linens in between guests. Which now makes me believe she doesn’t typically do this. She did not even respond to me. Beware. This building is out of date and the owner is trying to charge me for something we did not do. I will be going down the street where the building is nicer, pot smoking is not tolerated and the owner doesn’t lie.

The property is showing it's age. In all fairness Puerto Rico has had a very rough 4 year stretch due to the pandemic, earthquake and hurricane. The unit I stayed in had a 5 star view but we had to deal with ants in the room and an air conditioning system that did not properly remove humidity in the room. Had to rough it out but the price reflected the negatives. Probably wont return in the future

Isabel’s condo is wonderful! The view is outstanding! Isabel is immediately responsive to any questions and is an excellent communicator! We cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for the two of us with a stunning view of the Atlantic! Condo was very clean and well stocked. Common areas of the building could have been a bit nicer, but we would certainly stay again! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful when our flight home was delayed. She helped us find a place to stay the night on the same floor and made the transition very easy.

My husband and I had a wonderful second honeymoon getaway. The beach is STUNNING!! I want to make it a yearly tradition.

View is beautiful. Room is basic and outdated. Owner does not leave enough towels for two guests to use. She left me 3 towels for 6 days and 5 nights. The a/c unit is on the balcony causing it to be almost unbearably hot and uncomfortable to sit on the balcony. She also would not me check out after 11am, despite me telling her that my flight did not leave until 4pm. I would NOT recommend that anyone rents her property.

The view and property amenities make this listing a dream. Location is very close to airport which makes life very simple when arriving and leaving. The appliances, cabinets and high touch areas were not clean to my expectations. There was dust, and cabinets were sticky. We travel with cleaning wipes so it wasn’t a big deal to just re do it. The bedding should be considered for upgrade. Overall it was a fine stay. Truly would recommend just for the view.

Property was on the beach which was perfect. I didn’t like the noise from the air conditioner unit on the balcony and the heat it gave off. Room needs updating

Great place! Definitely we’ll worth the money. The beach access made it very convenient and the pool was very nice. The room was very pleasing and we had complaints. The only thing we wished was that the pool would’ve stayed open in the evenings. Overall great place!

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. Large upper floor studio apartment very clean from top to bottom. Has an unlimited view of the entire beach coast line. All amenities included ( full kitchen and bath, queen bed, A/C, wifi, flat screen TV with cable channels, walk out onto balcony with ceiling to floor glass doors, closet and indoor guess parking included at no extra charge ). Apartment located in a beautiful hotel and all features can be used including pool and out door bar. Also has private entrance to beach only a few steps away. Location is perfect with many restaurants and stores in Carolina. Excellent communication with owner every step of the way. Very happy and extremely satisfied with this choice. You will absolutely enjoy your stay at this property. Ps: I will most certainly be making another reservation in the near future. Thank you for making my vacation a memorable one...
