Perfect stop on the way to Big Bend. Super cool little village with artsy buildings and sculptures. Very dark and quiet at night. Just a few blocks from the main drag in Marathon, so food, drinks, groceries, etc are easy to get to.

Can't to think of anything I didn't like.

Well, there was no breakfast provided with a coffee was just fine thoroughly enjoyed my stay

I traveled on a motorcycle and it was a little bumpy getting into the property but that’s probably not anything that can be fixed easily

Advertising was misleading

I liked the rustic atmosphere and the quiet. Stan was super informative and shared a lot of information about the facility. I would recommend to people traveling to the area.

I think you should add curtains to the kitchen window and the bedroom window. It would feel more private after dark. Would be nice if there was a sink in the bathroom.

Truly unique, an awesome change if pace from the chains. The outside may look funky. Inside is clean, comfortable and attractive. Ingrid is a great, friendly host.

Had to use the kitchen sink since there was no sink in the bathroom. That didn’t bother me but if my wife were with me, she may not have gotten used to it.
