My wife and I stayed here with our two small dogs. It is a great location near Sunrise Beach - our two dogs had a blast! Highly recommend this spot if you have dogs.

Great place to stay over the weekend - within walking distance to the beach through bushland. Back yard has lovely cabana and decking poolside overlooking natural bush setting with abundant bird life. All required amenities in kitchen and homey feel.

Enjoyed our stay. Walk to beach longer than anticipated but walk through park lovely. Being described as Beach house thought it might be closer to beach. Found the house lovely to stay in. It’s in a residential area so a car needed to shops, tourist attractions etc. The pool and gazebo looked lovely but too cold for our visit. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed in ground floor bedroom, the double bed was a bit disappointing and I think could be updated. We chose to stay in this room rather than use the challenging stairs to upstairs bedroom as we are seniors. All in all a lovely stay, our Cavoodle enjoyed the yard. The kitchen and bathroom were modern.

We loved the property which exceeded our expectations. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a treat. The house has been completely renovated and the spaces created are light and open. The kitchen and barbecue worked well for us.

Hidden in the Sunshine Beach suburbs, this fabulous home faces onto gorgeous bushland alive with birds to welcome you to the new day each morning. It is quiet and tranquil and has all the mod cons. At night you can hear the sea. We walked along the path through the bushland to the fantastic off-leash dog-friendly beach. For those times that you'd rather be indoors, the home is super-comfortable with great living and relaxing spaces. It's a relatively short drive to Noosa, Eumundi and most other fun places in the area. You can also walk along the beach to Noosa National Park. Our weather was a bit on-and-off and having this lovely home made our whole holiday a pleasure. We'll definitely be back again !

Fabulous property - so peaceful and quiet. Our labradoodle loved the chill walk though the bush and over the creek before arriving at Sunrise beach. The home has everything you could need and is clean and presented beautifully. Great place to just unpack and relax. Can't wait to hopefully return soon.

Got lucky booking this property last minute, ticked all the boxes being able to bring dogs (Cavoodles), really well set up! Very private bush setting short drive from all the action! Easy with everything you need!

Daisy is a 9 year old bulldog, not quite as spritely as she once was. With the options available for doggie beaches nearby she was exhausted whenever we were home at the house and just to watch her relaxing out the back enjoying a sleep and the tranquil bush outlook was priceless. Hopefully Daisy makes it back for another stay at longboards, absolute heaven on earth!!

The house was amazing for a family of 4 wanting privacy and chill out time in the lead up to Xmas. The pool was beautiful, the outlook to the trees created a serenity and privacy we all enjoyed. Great position to beach too- a small walk and plenty of dog friendly beaches near my make for a terrific pet friendly property. Hoping to be back again !!

Great property! We loved the deck that overlooked the pool and bush landscape, complete with black cockatoos in the afternoons. Private, even though neighbours either side. Interesting paths through the bush to the beach and the underpass tunnels were great to avoid crossing David Low Way.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at Longboard we enjoyed the serenity of the rainforest feel with waking up to birds singing each day. Rafa out labradoodle enjoyed the fully fenced outdoors exploring. Close to beach and beautiful walks at the backBeautifully presented clean home, kitchen has every utensils and cooking was a dream. Would definitely go back, Louise was always helpful & quick to respond to any queries, Thanks again Maggie and Kevin

The property manager Louise is lovely and incredibly efficient with communication. Propeety is always peefectly organised, clean and tidy and pure bliss to stay at. Everything you could need is there. Close walk or drive to the beach. Close drive to shops, cafes, supermarkets and everything else. Backs on to a beautiful lush tropical forest with many species of beautiful birds, parrots, kookaburra. Lonboard has plenty of natural light but surrounded by a well established garden with tall established trees for privacy. This is my second stay here and would gladly be back again next time.

My wife and I spent a very comfortable wet weekend here with our 2 adult children, our daughter in-law and 3 "grand-pets" (1 small dog, 1 cat, 1 bird). The weather was unkind but the house was very comfortable. Looks like the house has been recently renovated, modern kitchen, and new fixtures in both bathrooms. The ensuite for the main bedroom is a very narrow design so takes some getting used to. The lack of an under cover area for unloading the cars caught us out with the wet weather. Lovely views out over the back yard onto bushland. Location suited us very well (quiet suburbia, with a nice walk through bushland to the beach). The yard is nicely landscaped and suitably fenced for pet dogs. Minimal grass areas bu And it looks like the owners have a battle on their hands trying to keep the asparagus fern (designated weed) under control. Late check-in time (3.30pm) and early check out time (09.30am) was disappointing. Communications with the agent were very polite but quite formal. We got the message that there would be penalties to pay if we didn't comply with the rules rather than any feeling of a warm welcome. Probably understandable given we were unknown clients bringing 3 domestic pets to a well presented holiday home.
