Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful with everything we asked from advice about places to visit to good places to eat out. The apartments are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had our apartment on the pools backside, and it was perfect: easy access and our own two private longchairs to soak the sun in. Despite it being mentioned in many other reviews, I got to say that every day fresh bred delivery is amazing. It's a very quiet and relaxed location. Wonderfull.

Great apartments in good location

Lovely block well maintained and where Victoria was super helpful with any questions. Bread provided each morning was great bonus. Close to beach, local shopping centre and a variety of restaurants. Cooking in has use of 2 hobs and microwave only

We didn’t use the pool as it isn’t heated and so too cold - the sea was warmer!

SITIO PERFECTO PARA DESCONECTAR Y ESTAR EN FAMILIA

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación y el trato de las dueñas en concreto Victoria.

No nos gustó que no funcionaba el ascensor, no funcionaba la bomba de presión de agua y salía con muy poca presión. Sin duda lo que menos nos gustó fue lo absurdo de la reserva de hamacas y el uso de la piscina. En el momento actual que estamos con la pandemia no tiene sentido y hace que la estancia no sea buena.

A perfect stay

I have just returned from a wonderful stay at B SLOW. What a wonderful place! I was a solo traveller and felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, has everything you need. I felt like I could stay there all day and lounge by the pool. I loved the swimming pool, it isn’t heated - I prefer that, I feel it is much more refreshing. I will echo some other reviews in that the extra touches - Fresh bread rolls every morning, 5 litre water bottles at reception for an amazing price of €1 - parasols - hoover in each apertment☺️ etc, etc . They also laundered my clothes at no extra cost! It is run by two very thoughtful women who really care about their customers and really strive to give the best customer experience possible, something which is getting harder to find these days. Victoria was amazing from start to finish, her communication with all things check in related was fantastic. She also gave me advice on a local hairdresser and some artisan markets in the area I had a asked about. She was always smiling and made me feel so welcome, she is a real asset to the business. I look forward to going back there very soon. Also a few minutes walk to the beach and I walked along the beach front every evening, which goes on for miles.

Wonderful and accommodating relaxed stay

The location in San Agustin is perfect, right by the beach and close to super market but away from loud noise or heavy traffic. The apartment is fresh and clean and well-equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. I’m impressed by Victoria and her team’s engagement and care for the facility and the guests. They are very accommodating to my needs and quests. The provided yoga mat and sun umbrella to use on the beach. The laundry service is also an extra bonus. Extra nice service to receive fresh bread every morning and a greeting card for New Year’s Eve with the traditional grapes. I felt very welcomed and hope to be back again next year.

The pool is not heated, but the beautiful ocean is 1 minute walk.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Lage/Stadtteil angenehm ruhig und sehr nah zum Strand. Ferienwohnung ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Selbst Tabs für Geschirrspüler, Mülltüten usw. wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und äußerst bemüht. Kurze Frage, ob sie vielleicht noch einen dritten Eierbecher haben und bei Rückkehr am Abend steht dieser sowie sogar ein Eierkocher da. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen, auch wenn sie relativ teuer ist. Das Shopping-Center in der Nähe bietet alles was man braucht, auch gute und preiswerte Lokale.

My wife and I were very happy here, we felt safe and our stay at B Slow exceeded our expectations.

Victoria and Débora were probably the warmest and kindest hosts we have ever experienced in our travels around the World. This property was kept spotlessly clean and tidy. TV with multi channels plus Netflix. Two or three types of coffee machine types available. Air conditioning in Lounge and very silent ceiling fan in bedroom. Very adequate storage facilities and large wardrobe. A large safe was supplied in wardrobe. Very high security locks on doors and windows. Quiet and peaceful. There was a totally relaxed atmosphere around the apartments and pool. the pool filtration system was switched off at night preventing noise. Free laundry washing service provided. This was a self catering apartment and therefore no breakfasts were provided, however, a package of fresh bread rolls was left for us each day, which was a lovely kind thought. We were just 5 minutes from San Augustin Beach (Blue Flag since 1999). Manned Lifeguard/First Aid Station available. Lovely long beach walks available on other beautiful beaches. Malpalomas Sand Dunes were approximately 50 mins walk from apartment. Taxi service available 3 mins walk away. Taxi service to/from Airport approximately 20/25mins. Local excellent Massage facilities 5 mins walk away. Well equipped supermarkets 5 mins walk away. Although B Slow provided 5 litres of water at the premises (5 euros) so no need to carry heavy water from Supermarket. Wonderful selection of good to excellent restaurants within walking distance, with accurate recommendations from hosts. My wife and I are definitely coming back to these lovely apartments. 'B SLOW BY NAME AND B SLOW BY NATURE.'

We could find absolutely nothing that we did not like.

Overall this was an OK apartment but not amazing. A bit expensive for what it was.

The location was in a quiet street which was great. The apartment was very clean. The main bed was very comfortable. There was a toaster and a kettle. Great wifi. Good storage facilities. Plenty towels. Plenty toilet rolls.

Bed in second bedroom was terrible. Mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The apartment was small, yet it wasn't cheap. I felt closed in in the main bedroom. Shower gel dispenser was empty. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Victoria and the rest of the team are wonderful professionals. We had a warm welcome and felt their availability at anytime if any issue occurred. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The area is calm and the location makes it easy to visit other parts of the island. The swimming pool is a plus. 100% recomendable!

We were self catering but had rolls delivered every morning courtesy of the accommodation. Our washing was done for us, staff went out of their way to make our holiday the best it could be. Close to restaurants and beach. Beds were comfortable, accommodation was clean. Would recommend

Great standard of apartment in quiet relaxing part of San Agustin near the beach

The management were so friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay. We had fresh bread delivered every morning to the apartment free of charge as well as washing baskets washed for us whenever we needed. The property arranged our taxi transfers to and from the apartment as well as a hire car.

I was completely happy and would return to the property again.

Nice place, but not for digital nomads

Nice facilities in the room, and on the property, nice kitchen, and nice and helpful staff. I like the quiet neighborhood, so i recommend this place for couples that is here for a holiday.

The wifi solution, because this is not the ideal solution for digital nomads at all, because we need a minimum of 25mb/s to doo our editing without any hiccups, and the solution with a wifi account makes problems for VPN, and I want to log on to my Norwegian account for my workplace to do my work because my access to that account only works from a Norwegian IP address. I managed to get around that, but every now and then the logon for the Device connected to the hotel flipped my firewall and then I had to restart my VPN again. That's why workers shun 5-star hotels and their wifi solutions!
