Each bedroom sleeps only 2 people, allowing ample space and privacy for up 14 guests. Large front and back yards, there is plenty of room for kids to play including cubby house and swings, and is fully fenced. A carport, and a circular driveway in garden setting provides ample parking space. Two large decks, one at the front facing southeast with ocean views gets the morning sun, whilst a sheltered deck at the rear facing northwest has the afternoon sun and gives our guests a great chance to enjoy outdoor living during their stay. Wood fired heater, gas heater and split systems keep you cosy in winter, and on those rare hot summer days without a sea breeze the split systems will also keep you cool.
