The apartment is decent for a short/medium stay, the issues with it are nothing major and there was no dealbreaker issues. The location is exceptional, there are two metro lines both 5 mins walk from the apartment, each taking 20 mins to get to the city center, so it is perfect for tourists. There are also several supermarkets around (one just a single block from the apartment). The host is really helpful and attentive, the hairdryer was missing and we needed some kitchen tools, he responded extremely quickly and provided us with everything we required as soon as possible. He was also helpful sending us tips on planning the city visit each day according to the weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, classic oven, coffee machine, fridge etc. and tools to cook. Bedsheets and towels are provided. The beds are big and comfortable. The apartment is nicely decorated.

The pictures are not up to date, the apartment is in a much worse condition then shown, however there is an extra bedroom now (they built a wall in the living room to make an extra bedroom). The apartment was not completely clean and maintained (that could have been due to it staying empty for a long time), with the cleaning appliances (like the vacuum) being old or broken so it was even hard for us to clean up during the stay. Also small things like lightbulb missing from the bedside lamp etc. The kitchen and bathroom would really need a renovation, the bathroom door always gets stuck and the kitchen appliances tend to go haywire from time to time (e.g.: The oven is old and it cannot controll the set temperature inside). The aparment barely has any water pressure and its not even constantly low, its fluctuating between barely enough and cant even wash of my face in the shower, inconsistently. The host requested that we leave earlier then advertised due to some friends of his visiting him that day (even though according to him we were his first guests in 12 months). I would recommend doing a full check up so next time the inconveniences could be avoided before a guest arrives (missing light bulb, missing hairdryer, missing AC remote, missing pot, all blamed on the previous guest).

Everything was great. The property-cleanness, equipment, location of the flat (in the centre, 7 minutes by walking from the subway). This accommodation is sufficient for 4 people.

I have only 1 remark - small bugs in the flat.
