The condo was well maintained and very clean. The space was perfect for our group of four. The owner was fantastic! I hope to visit again

Jennifer was amazing. Vacation started rough with a bad stay in Southport but Jen more than made up for it great location really clean and she actually answers when ur having an issue!

The condo was absolutely perfect for us! This was our first girl's trip and we hope to make it a new tradition every year to start off summer break! Walk across the street for beach access which makes it great to run in to refresh your beverage, lifeguard on duty all day, pool is 50 steps or less, and the small patio entrance was great. We were provided chairs, umbrella, beach toys, books, and a well stocked kitchen! Perfect!

we enjoyed our stay and loved the location...however after we left i got several messages and pictures from the owner which did not concern us....we took our own linens, towels paper towels, washcloths..everything...i did however forget to lock the door because i was having trouble with the lock box..they found towels in the washer..which we did not use or put in there and something on a pillow ,,which we took our own also....she said the next tenant found this stuff...i dont believe her i think the cleaning people did it....well..she charged me 25.00 for that and never said anything about the rest of the place which wasCLEAN!!!!..i will not use her again and i will not recomment her or vrbo again

Overall a great place to stay

We had a weekend getaway. The place was cozy yet spacious enough for 3 adults. Great communication from Jennifer! And she’s so friendly and great to talk with on the phone. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This was a belated honeymoon for me and my husband. We had a four day stay and it was amazing. The condo is extremely charming and comfortable. The beach access is right across the street which highly convenient because you basically have to pay to park everywhere. I would love to come back and stay again. The owner was more than nice and she was easy to get into contact with. Do yourself a favor and visit the aquarium while in the area. Adult tickets are only 12 dollars a piece, but be aware you have to reserve tickets online before just showing up there.

The rental property was very nice and clean. We would recommend the place.

This is a great condo. Lots of room. Jennifer was excellent in helping us out as far as recommendations for things to do and where to eat. She called us a few days ahead of our arrival( which is the 1st time an owner has ever did that) to make sure we were good to go! Bed is super comfy plus my 11 year old son said the sleepers in the back were as well. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach because you are right at the Tennessee access point at the beach. Also, it's only a short walk(around a mile) to the boardwalk and restaurants! Excellent location and even better location. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I went for the weekend for our anniversary. The condo was just the right size and across the street from the beach access. It was quiet, the weather was perfect and we had a wonderful time!

The condo was very nice. It is located across the street from a public, handicap beach access. We had plenty of room. We felt very comfortable. The owner seems to be a very nice lady. Definitely would rent again.

Always check the weather before visiting Wilmington!I was fifty feet from the beach so I was able to steal "pockets of happiness" (visit the beach )during and after the rain . Great location ! Clean property ! Community addressed all needs! Easy check-in process! Easy communication with property manager! No issues.

I received an email a couple hours after check in from the owner saying that she had been informed by previous tenants that there were mice in the apartment and that the HOA would not be able to come and set traps until we were gone because they couldn’t do it with people in the house and that we should keep our food in place where mice couldn’t get it. Over the next couple days, I found mouse poop under the couches, in the basket that contained the kitchen cloths, and under the sink. I was also woken up around 3am one night while I was sleeping in the living room because the mice were under the sink. I relayed this to her in an email and she said she could have the cleaning service come but they wouldn’t be able to be there until Wednesday because they were out of town. Tuesday evening while my husband and I were watching a movie, we saw a mouse run across the floor. Luckily he found a mouse trap that had already been in the closet (must have been used for a previous time) and that night he caught two medium sized mice under the sink. I informed the owner and she said the upstairs condo had also caught two mice and she offered to buy us a pizza. I did not respond because I did not feel like buying us a pizza was a sufficient response for catching mice in her condo. We did not have any more issues with mice for the rest of the trip. She offered to give a small refund. I said I would appreciate it. She only ended up giving $75. I called VRBO on our way home and they said that having mice in a unit was a health and safety violation and if we had called them earlier they could have found us a different spot (I regret not having thought of this option, I assumed I would have to find somewhere last minute). They were surprised that she would have allowed us to stay there knowing that there were mice when I was 35 weeks pregnant with two young kids. Unfortunately they said the refund was up to the owner as the funds were already given to her. I reached out and explained my experience, and I asked for a 40% refund, based on the amount of days we dealt with the mice (sat, sun, mon, tues). She said she would be willing to give me one night refunded. I said I would like at least two. She said no. And so I’m writing this review to share my experience with the owner. Everything is fine as long as you don’t have any issues otherwise you are on your own.

It was a great place but it was frustrating when owner was contacted about the mice she said she was going to look into but never got back to us.
