Nestled in Franklin, this attractive house for $488 per night is a great option for your next break. Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it! Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.

Above and beyond accommodations for our young family! The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Great location abutting the park, which we weren't able to utilize due to snow during our stay, but Kim and her husband made sure the driveway and walkway were clear for us. Short drive to downtown. Easy check in and out. Would recommend!

The home's location was very convenient to downtown Franklin. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the sports fields, walking trails, and children's playground directly behind the house. It is a very comfortable and clean home. It is also stocked with items for young children such as a highchair, stroller, and dishes. The host even left a turkey roasting pan for us to use. We also enjoyed the bonus room and grilling on the back patio.

We stayed here for the Pilgrimage Music Festival. The property is very convenient to the festival venue, downtown Franklin and other stores we may need. Kim was attentive to any needs we had. Would definitely stay again.

After moving from Franklin the summer prior, our family came back to Nashville for a dance competition. Although the team stayed at the Gaylord, we wanted a bit more peace and some yard for my kids to play in. As we lived in the area, we knew it was safe and easy accessible to both downtown Franklin and Nashville. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, there was an abundance of towels and it was very clean! We will stay here again when we come back to Franklin!

There are so many great things I can say about this property! First of all, you cannot be at the location. It’s very close to downtown Franklin and backs up to a park with a gate that opens up to the park. I had my son and his young family. He has a four-year-old and two-year-old. There was a pack and play in the closet with clean sheets as well as a booster seat. The layout of the house was also perfect. The cupboard had all the spices that we needed to do some cooking with. Everything was just amazing! I can go on and on, but you get the picture. Everybody says I’m a hard grader and that’s true, but this is definitely a 5!

Kim’s lovely home was the perfect home base for our multigenerational family vacation in Franklin. The home has a beautiful, incredibly well stocked kitchen, a dining room with enough space to accommodate our family (grandparents, parents, 3 kids), and a living room that was perfect for spending down time together. The kids enjoyed having the large bonus room as their bedroom and play area, and the grownups all slept great in the other bedrooms. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the many touches Kim has added to make it cozy and comfortable - extra pillows, extra blankets, nice beds, etc. The location is truly excellent - 5 mins from downtown Franklin (I think 2 miles/6 mins door to door to the 4th street parking garage) and next door to a park with plenty of room to run around. Great stay!

Great home with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. Everything was stocked and she even left coffee pods and creamer! Kim was so gracious and helpful. 5 minute drive to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. Will plan our next trip to Franklin around availability of this home away from home!

Beautifully remodeled home with great space! Love the master and kitchen!! This place was also the most well-equipped home I’ve stayed in when traveling. Also close to large park with walking trails!! I would stay here again when traveling to Franklin!

This was a great house for my family. It was exactly, if not better, than shown on VRBO. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The fenced backyard with a gate into the park was really nice. Also having stayed walking distance to downtown, I liked being outside the busyness of Franklin. Kim was a great host and available in the event of any problems. We didn’t have any problems at though because she really maintains her property well. When I next travel To Franklin with the family, this house will be my first choice.

This is one of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we have stayed in. It is located close to everything but is on a quiet street. We look forward to staying here again. Communication with the owner Kim was pleasant and she was extremely responsive.

Awesome Family Location!
This home was perfect for our family, located next to walking, soccer fields, playgrounds, parks and baseball fields. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the owners were more than helpful. We will definitely be back…. Hopefully soon!

Sight seeing tour of Franklin
This property was excellent for our family as it was very close to the Lotz house and the Canton house and also Carnton. Plenty of room to relax after a day of touring Franklin and Nashville. We will stay again in the future!

it was perfect.....
We were in Franklin for 6 weeks for work and our stay couldn't have been better. Kim, the owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. The house was great- very nice, clean, kitchen full of nice utensils. Neighborhood is great. Quiet nice street and close to everything Nothing short of my highest recommendation!!

Perfect Franklin family home
Stayed here with my wife and two young children. It was very clean, extremely well-stocked and afforded great access to downtown Franklin and the surrounding amenities. My kids especially enjoyed the above-garage space with comfy couch, TV and beds. Kim was exceptional in her communication and the check-in and check-process was seamless. All around fantastic experience, highly recommend.

Amazing Property
Kim was awesome her home is superb. The neighborhood is perfect the back yard is perfect for lil ones totally fenced in we just opened the back door and they went in and out. Very comfortable home the kids loved the loft area was perfect for them to watch the Roku which we carry with us on all vacations. We had many people stop in as we were there for a wedding and everyone commented how beautiful and comfy the house was. We did a little baby proofing as we had a 2.5 yr old and twin 22 month olds. You won’t be disappointed with this home or the fabulous host!!!!!
