Sun filled home w/ ocean views west, south and east from this meticulously maintained, four bedroom, three and one half bath home. Close proximity to miles of beach (easy 5 min walk), park and conservation land. Cathedral ceilings, fireplace, air-conditioning, mature landscaping, decks and covered porches. Home away from Home
We have been staying at Seasharp for approximately ten years now and it's always been a wonderful vacation. The house is comfortable and clean and is ideally located in Tom Nevers. We are already committed to returning next year, and I'm sure for many more.

Starting with the positives, this property is in an awesome location. The views of the ocean and the breeze it gets are amazing. It is an extremely short walk to a very private beach. With the exception of a few rowdy nights at the fairground, it is a quiet location to relax and enjoy being on Nantucket. The layout was great, loved that even though it is an upside down house the master is upstairs so you get the beautiful view in the morning.
The check in process was very easy with the keypad on the door, owner was responsive when contacted.
The listing says AC, but there is only central air in the upstairs living area (can cool the master if you leave the door open). Two of the bedrooms downstairs had window units, but the twin bedroom did not. For the most part this wasn’t an issue except for a few really hot days.
Unfortunately, meticulously maintained is not how I would describe this house. The door out to the patio was completely falling apart and was unusable while we were there, the spindles on the porch of the dining area were loose and I was afraid one of my kids would fall right through them. There was mold in the showers, on the walls, and even on the pillows under the cases. Appliances and fixtures were just old and didn’t seemed to be cared for very well. The outdoor shower was so dingy and covered in green slime that no one even wanted to go in it, we only used it to rinse sand off our feet and never got to enjoy an outdoor shower. The house had been cleaned before we arrived but not very well. There was still dog hair everywhere which surprised me given the listing says no pets.
I think the most surprising to me about this house was the amount of the owner’s belongings left everywhere. Their clothes were in the closets, their toiletries in the bathroom vanities, and closets full of stuff. We were there for 2 weeks and couldn’t feel like we were settled because their stuff was everywhere and not in an organized way. While I’m sure the kitchen was well stocked their was no way to know because everything was shoved into the pantry closet leaving no room to put food away or the ability to find something. They had everything needed for the beach but it was all just thrown onto the back porch and didn’t seem like it was cared for.
I had hoped this would be the house we could return to year after year, but it definitely took away from our trip a bit to feel like we were living amongst other people’s stuff.

Another Great Stay on ACK @ SeaSharp!
Once again we enjoyed our stay @ SeaSharp! House was in great shape as usual and we really enjoy being away from the craziness of town. The family loves being close to Sconset for nice and easy morning bike rides to Claudette's for breakfast. Hanging out on the various upper decks and enjoying food and drinks cannot be beat!
Looking forward to next year already!

This was our first trip to Nantucket and we loved every minute of it. The house is amazing and has everything you could ever need or think of. Tom Nevers beach is a quick walk down the road and if you have children there is a nice park and playground right there. We felt like we were close to everything and the owners have a book full of things to do. We ran out of time to get everything done and are looking forward to going back next year. The deck off of the master bedroom is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset, and listen to the waves. Great Point Lighthouse is a must do, if you don't have a 4WD vehicle you will need to rent a Jeep but it's worth every penny - pack a lunch.

Sitting on the deck you can see the ocean waters and hear the waves. The location is great for walking, running, biking. The house is very clean, modern, and comfortable with all the extras needed to enjoy your stay. We would either relax at or around the house and then at night venture out for the short 10-15 min drive to town to dine and shop. Side trips to Sconset and other areas of the island are easy as well and most enjoyable. You can't go wrong with this one!!

Home Sweet Home
This was the thirteenth Nantucket vacation for our family, and it was the best by far. The house was lovely and the views spectacular. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The beach was very close and not very crowded. We already booked the place for next year and can't wait to get back.

Waves with a splash!
Loved this beautiful, newly decorated home in the Tom Nevers area only 5 minute walk to a nearly private beach. Fabulous views in all directions in this remote, quiet area on the SE side of Nantucket. Great for running too! Huge waves and daily seal sightings were highlights and perfect for our middle school aged kids who need more than bayside "ripples" to "catch a wave" on their boogie boards! Very clean, latest in appliances, showers/baths and kitchen extras. Lots of good dvd to watch if only there had been a nonperfect day where we would have been stuck inside! About a 15 min drive to downtown restaurants/grocery but 5 min drive to great restaurants and ice cream in Sconset. Hope to return again next year and certainly will tell our friends about this fabulous find!
