2800 sqft waterfront house with own dock and boat launch. Powder Ridge ski resort is minutes away. Lyman orchards minutes away for pumpkin, apple, peach picking. Lyman orchard golf course and driving range. Fall foliage season coming soon! Chefs kitchen with wolf appliances, sub zero fridge, quartz counter top and weber grill. Great for entertaining. On site fitness center with cardio and free weight equipment. Enjoy yoga with the sunrise. Great for couples weekend getaway or full family fun! The space: Enjoy the entire home. Full kitchen with place settings for 4 with share plates and silverware. Complementary Keurig with large selection of k cups, glass coffee cups, sugar, no dairy products. Full refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, dryer. 4 tvs with cable, dual computer screens with internet and printer, gas fire place. Full dinning room table and 7 stools. Gym has dumbbells, pull-up bar, treadmill, squat/bench rack, yoga ball, jump rope. Exterior deck has outdoor couch, lounge chairs, table, umbrella. . Table and chairs in gazebo thats on the water. 2 kayaks and life jacket included to use, 1 paddle board. No jetskit. Driveway is large and can fit 6 cars. Master bedroom has exterior balcony. The neighborhood: Lyman orchards (6 min drive) -local destination for quaint Connecticut family activities especially in fall season -corn mazes -pumpkin picking -apple picking -peach picking -strawberry’s picking -blueberry picking -always some event going on with seasonal food Lyman orchard golf (6 min drive) -Lyman Orchards’ championship golf courses are both ranked among the best in the Northeast. The Golf Center and Apple Nine course opened in 2012 and are already recognized among the country’s top facilities where you can learn or improve your game. Powder Ridge Ski Mountain (3min drive) -skiing & snowboarding & tubing Fire on-the ridge Restaurant- (3-min drive) Located at the ski resort, a higher end restaurant on one side, but a more relaxed recently remodeled bar. has a good IPA selection and fine cocktails and full restaurant menu. -summer has outdoor seating with great mountain views and live music Saturdays -winter has outdoor seating -many parents enjoy as their kids ski. Gouveia Vineyards & Winery (15 min drive $16 uber) -winery is located high atop 140 sun-kissed acres. Built of stone and old timbers. The Stone House winery and location command spectacular 360 degree panoramic views of lush woodland, open fields and over 32 acres of pristine vineyards. We had a wonderful weeks stay at the property. We found it to be as described. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries.The water was refreshing and the yard was wonderful for playing yard games. The gazebo on the lake deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy. Inside is comfortable with plenty of space for people to spread out if they wish or gather together. We made use of the office as one of our guests had to work from home a couple days. We also used the gym- such a nice view to look at while on the treadmill. Beds are comfy. The extra fridge in the laundry room was an added benefit. We all agreed we would love to stay again.

Terrific visit for our daughter's graduation. We were able to relax at the house, cook meals, have a few of her friends over for dinner and the lake/kayaks were a big hit!

The lake house was beautiful and a perfect family getaway. We spent tons of time on the dock with its great gazebo. It truly is the best dock on this lake and at any other lake house where we have stayed. It provides protection from the sun while still allowing you to enjoy being on the lake and enjoying the lovely breezes. We were disappointed that both the thread mill and the bike were not properly working. Be sure and ask the owner about their safe working condition before you go. The windows overlooking the lake added immensely to our daily yoga workouts and the paddle board and 2 kayaks were used daily. The beds were very comfortable. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was great; it would be a good to add them to the other 2 bedrooms. I would not hesitate to go back again.

while following CT COVID requirements, our family of five stayed at this Middlefield home for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is immaculate, with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and inviting deck and yard. Kayaks, paddles and lifejackets even allowed for a brisk tour of the lake. We will stay there again if circumstances allow.

Awesome home and setting to host our family Thanksgiving. We can see how great this would be in the Summer months when you can use the lake. The house is well-appointed and has all your kitchen needs too! Super comfy beds made for great nights sleep. The whole stay was excellent.

The 6 of us were there for the US Deaf Golf Championship at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. Only 6 minutes away. The house was renovated with an eye-popping kitchen island. New washer/dryer, plenty of bathrooms and spacious floor plan. All in all we had a good time.

Phenomenal house with great view. I actually hosted a rehearsal ceremony for my wedding here and it was beautiful. We also used the house for the girls to get ready and take photos at. My dad suggested we get married at the house because it was so nice! Sheldon was responsive and even proactive with asking if we needed extra tables or anything. He also made check in and check out so simple which is great especially when you’re getting married!
