Close to the beach. Clean. Owner very nice and easy to reach if needed.

The property was just as described. A perfect location with beautiful beach just across the street. Apartment was was appointed and owner communication just right.

This was the best location and had everything we needed. Having the storage shed was a big help. We thought the original description said there was an outside shower but we are not sure. it was nice to have the at least a hose out front to use. We would totally come back for another trip. I did call when we arrived with an issue and was called right back, I did not know what a lock box looked like so totally my issue lol.

Everything promises was perfect. The one thing that was ordered was no rain. This the owner could not help with but only had to deal with for a day and a half. They should look into this next time.

This was Plan B after Hurricane Dorian caused us to cancel our original vacation. Booked day before coming. Condo was as described. David was very responsive to the one question we had. Beach was super close. We traveled all around taking in the sights (Cape May, Stone Harbor, LBI). Great week!

The only negative was when I checked in and saw the cleaning service did not have the property cleaned and ready for guests. Not a big deal but, shouldn't happen. Otherwise, a good condo for a fair price.

Great place! With beach access so close you can’t beat it. This beach has a life guard which is convenient for families. The furniture was very comfy. Accommodated two adults and two teens well. You can see the ocean from the spacious deck. Plenty of street parking for a 2nd car. WIFI worked great!! You can tell the owner takes great care and pride of this property. Would definitely rent again.

My wife and I have a one year old daughter, so it was really important to find something within our budget that was clean, close to home, and preferably freshly renovated. This unit is all that and more so we will absolutely return in the future.

Great condo, located on a quiet street, just minutes from the beach. The amenities were as promised. When we had questions or something needed attention, David and Beth were there to help without being intrusive. We would definitely want to stay there again!

Great Place
Great condo nicely upgraded with views on the ocean. Quiet area for families the beach is just accross the street. It’s beautiful and not crowed. Will come back for sure

Wonderful hosts! Great property
David and Beth were fantastic hosts and we love this condo. Clean, comfortable and the perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. This was one of our favorite beach vacation experiences and can not wait for the opportunity to return. I highly recommend this property. Not only did we have an ocean view from porch but we could hear the ocean.

Wonderful beach getaway
Booked the place for my parents and myself after reviewing various places in the area. David was extremely helpful and professional. The place was clean and neatly organized. Location was perfect! A block from the beach with a short drive to supermarket and various locations of interest. We encountered no problems with property. When a couple of the hallway lights went out, David was immediate to respond and fix for us.
Brigantine is pretty, except for the nasty black flies and mosquitos; which I'm not sure if they are a common nuisance or just the time of year we picked.
Highly recommend beach and rental.
