Staff & owners were very welcoming, friendly accommodating & helpful. The location was very convenient. The room had all the necessary facilities, was very comfortable & beautifully decorated. It, in fact, looked exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. Had Netflix, Showmax etc & wifi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend the Haven & would stay there again if so required.
The shower taps were a bit difficult to set between hot and cold water. We eventually got it right, although a bit tricky. However, this was not a major issue.

Nice clean and well equipped
Single lane parking. If you need to leave early( I did not have to) make sure you are parked at the back!

They accommodated my very late check in with a smile.Room was spacious, clean and well equipped.

The location is okay and easy to get to that was about the only positive thing about this place
It felt like the host was not interested in even meeting us as guests just sent her helper.

The beds were soo comfortable.
We had cereal, coffee, and an air fryer in our rooms.

The location was fine
On their online description it says all rooms have heating, only for them to tell us the aircon has been broken broken for a while when we've already checked in. It's winter, they could've at least given us a heater.
Also had to wait hours before taking a hot shower

We were welcomed with open arms, the hosts were friendly and willing to make our stay memorable. They went an extra mile to make us feel at home and feel loved and cared for.
It was difficult to leave the place that, within a short space of time, was like our second home

The service provided was good from the owner to the cleaner,they were friendly
Well I think the owner and booking.com should communicate better as we received a room we never booked which really was a disappointment as we stayed for three nights.
We just stayed aa it was too late late to book somewhere and already paid. So they need to really advertise what they have , that really was a huge disappointment and also we requested to check in at 11am in advance and it was approved but when we got there the owner said it's 2pm that was already a not good start.
But during our stay the owner gave good service
