Nestled in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $229 per night is a great option for your next trip. The condo is cleaned thoroughly after every visit. Freshly updated with new furniture, including a king size mattress. k Recommended occupancy is two. The deck includes brand new chairs that are elevated and perfect for ocean viewing. Start each day watching the magnificent sunrise. Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils and table settings, everything you need to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, the condo is just a short walk from Carolina Beach restaurants. This location provides the perfect mix of quiet beach scenery with nearby activities. This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide outstanding exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best views to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space. Oceanfront – Wide beaches – Incredible ocean views from the condo Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away and has a lovely 1 mile walk around it and paddle boats for rental. The farmers market and local art fairs are located here during the warmer months. Walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. Perfect location for rest and relaxation. The view is amazing. The condo is well stocked with just about everything you need.
The no clean fee means you have to put the sheet on the bed yourself when you get there but that was no big deal it just threw me when we first arrived.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit whjch is nice but the dryer takes forever to dry.

Only negative I would say is the WiFi didn’t work on our second day ..the tv is TINY and cable kept skipping while trying to watch a football game 😞..would have been nice to have tv in bedroom ..
Bath room shower curtain needs replacing ..little moldy
But overall it was clean and we had a great stay !!

After many years of vacationing with family in Carolina Beach, this was the first trip my husband and I took by ourselves. We hoped to find a small, clean, oceanfront unit close to the boardwalk, and this condo checked all of our boxes.
The space was even larger in person than the pictures suggest. Bed and sectional were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. We even loved having dinner for two at the little dining table.
Outside, the private beach access was an awesome bonus! No need to walk down the street to public access with all your gear. Parking was a breeze all week as the building is small and there aren't many guests. It was so convenient to leave our sandy stuff right in our vehicle at night and grab it the next morning.
The boardwalk was less than a ten minute walk up the beach, and we appreciated having nightlife & restaurants close without needing to worry about a ride.
Finally, Mike was the ideal host. Helpful when we needed him, hands off when we didn't. He was responsive, welcoming, and professional at all stages.
We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect for 1 or 2, i loved the fact that everything is within walking distance that i needed. Mile or less. Super easy access to the beach, the condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and the sunrise veiws are perfect. The greatest thing was the condo is afforable. He wasnt busting heads, well worth the money. If i go back to CB im grabbing this one again!

My wife and I stayed here for the second time, was just as great as the first. One of the only 1BR condos we could find in 2022 and we liked it so much we stayed again in 2023. Great views from the balcony and in walking distance of just about everything in Carolina beach. Will most likely stay again next year if available!

It was the perfect out of town getaway and the view was incredible. Unfortunately we only got two beach days because it was rainy and over cast but it was still a beautiful view of the water!

The condo is clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs for meal/snack prep. The bed was very comfortable and the linens are good quality. The patio has terrific views and the location is perfect for walking to local restaurants. Mike was responsive and shares his local favorite spots which was helpful for our visit. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed being just a few steps from the beach with amazing sunrises!
Unfortunately the weather was too windy to relax on the balcony for very long, but the view can be seen from the living and dining area.
The king bed was very comfortable as well as the living room L shaped couch.

The place was perfect for the two of us. Very quiet, clean, a comfortable bed, and right on the beach. The walkable restaurants like Soul Flavor and Lake Park Steakhouse served excellent meals. Just what we needed in a beach rental. I would advise you bring your own beach chairs though. Not a place for the weak either, the glass slider was a workout!

This is a great spot & value for the price. The view is outstanding and worth the stairs. We loved the easy access to boardwalk. The bed was comfy and the decor was pleasant. The owner was very communicative even though we had a misunderstanding from the instructions. The sliding door is difficult to open & the loaner beach gear is probably due for replacement (but great perk that isn't required). Odd to have us start the wash on the linens - haven't seen that with other rentals. None of this would keep us from booking again. Thank you.

Excellent top floor ocean view from the sectional and balcony, great for sunrise with tea. The heating vent was a little loud - didn’t bother me but my partner is a light sleeper and slept on the couch to avoid the loud sound. Loved how walkable the area is and being right on the beach. Excellent communication with owner.

My wife and I stayed from 10/16 through 10/21/2022. Lovely, well-maintained place that looked as good in person as it did online. Arrived before check-in time, but in our case the condo was good to go at that point. The sliding door to the balcony was tough to open and close, but we weren’t sure if that was unique or if the humidity causes that to happen with all the sliding doors in the building. There were clean linens and towels ready to go. We loved the balcony and spent lots of time out there, we also made use of the beach chairs in the storage unit. If we make a return visit to Carolina Beach this is the first place we'll check!

Perfect spot for a couple’s getaway, beautiful beach view, comfortable bed and furniture, easy parking and beach access. Restaurants, shops and boardwalk all within walking distance. Also a great location if you want to take day trips to Topsail, Southport, and Oak Island. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely beachfront apartment in the best location in Carolina Beach, super quiet and peaceful but just a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk and shops/restaurants - would definitely stay here again!
If I had to be nit-picky and say anything to improve upon, it might be more accurate/detailed instructions for operating the keypad/lock on the door, un-locking and then re-locking again when leaving - it was a little fiddly but we worked it out in the end :)

We enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach condo. We especially liked the balcony with a very beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was comfortable for two of us. It was mostly clean although the shower curtain was a bit moldy so it would be nice if it was either washed or replaced.
