Apt102 Beachfront Studio Steps to The Beach
About this condo rental
Our EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, CVS pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the first floor.

Great place for 2 people that want to be close to the beach. Clean, modern, and has just about anything that 2 people need for a beach stay. Close to many restaurants within walking distance and a lot more points of interests just an Uber ride away. The place was very relaxing quaintly comfortable and Hector was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that happens on occasion is some nightly noise. Being on the ground level cars park directly in front of the window and people congregate close by and are loud at night. As the parking area is covered the voices echo and make normal talking seem a bit louder. This does not happen nightly and didn’t deter from the place over all. I recommend this place highly

The bed was probably the comfiest thing I have ever slept in! I would definitely go back and stay here!

What a great place to stay. The location is perfect. Its small but efficient, you need nothing but food if you chooae to cook while your there. Hector is great, super helpful and very responsive if you should have a question or issue. I would love to stay here again, and hopefully in the near future I will! Thanks again !!!!

Excellent Cozy Beach Studio
Overall studio 102 is awesome. Very Clean and modernize. I recommend all couples to stay. I will definitely be back. Host was very professional and courtesy and gets back to you ASAP with any questions you have. Just got to love it. To next time.

Amazing location
Absolutely amazing location. You can Uber to most places for five to $10. Tons of restaurants are in walking distance. Literally steps away from the beach. Bottom level so no steps. Very clean condo. Nice and cozy. The host was amazing.

This little place was so fun!! It is right off the beach which is what I enjoyed about it. Walking distance to a few places to eat/convenient stores. The property is small but efficient with everything you need!

If you go alone, and weight less than 175, this is the room. Why?, The shower is very small. Also, I suggest to bring your own pillow. Other than that, it is perfect!

Location location location
What can we say…. The location of this place is perfect…. Steps from the beach and steps from the main Avenue. The unit was clean and the hosts were friendly and attentive. They made sure that all you needed was available, including menus of local restaurants and information for activities. Will definitely come back.

The property was nice. The best part was the beach which was the main reason for booking this property. As soon as you open the gate, walk a few steps and you're on the beach. The area was safe. However, the other tourists that were staying in the complex were rowdy. The apartment is on a ground floor so you can hear everything, & it was a little unsettling to hear the bickering, yelling, & door banging of a feuding couple at 3am. Not in anyone's control unless you have a night watchman or security guard on premise, though. The room was comfortable for me & would be good for a couple or single person. It would be a little tight for a larger party. I appreciated the little toiletries that were provided such as ear swabs, soap, & aloe lotion for sunburns. It was a nice touch. The complimentary masks & sanitizing wipes were also appreciated. Regarding convenience shops & restaurants, you will find some
within approximately a 10 minute walk distance. I was able to rent a car from a car rental that was a 6 minute walk away. Overall, I was satisfied with the location & my first experience in renting an airbnb. I would stay here again. Thanks again Hector & Rolando. God bless.

Just as described and a friendly host
The condo was as described, a few feet from the beach. It was smaller than expected but had everything we needed and more. Hector was communicative the whole time, including checking in on us to be sure we made it. The shower water is like warm at best but with the heat it was fine. The AC cooled down the place real quick even though we turned it off whenever we went out. Lots of acute angles in this condo. COVID lockdown restricted what we could do and Uber and rental car prices were outrageous, but that’s just a travel tip.

spectacular location and amenities
Property ID 4358574 was wonderful. Every aspect met or exceeded or expectations. The parking arrangement was great. The binder of useful info in the property was extremely useful for understanding how to operate all the extra features. Clean, safe and above all very convenient to Isla Verde and other Puerto Rican locations/attractions, a few steps to the beach and a few more to dozens of exciting eateries

Awesome location!!
The owner stayed in contact throughout the entire process. The location is a 30 second walk to Isla Verde Beach. Unit is gated and very secure.

Great stay great host!
Property was very neat and well-kept. You can tell that the property owner takes great care of his property. Property is right on the beach and lots of food and shopping areas in the near vicinity. Would definitely recommend or stay again. I really liked the lighting of the unit. And the shower is amazing

Overall a great experience. Love the room decor and cleanliness. Hector was a good host. Location a huge plus, right on the beach The only negative is parking. Very tight parking lot and difficult to find a spot. Seems there is not enough space for each unit in the building.

Wonderful Little Studio
Hector met us at the studio and explained how everything worked. The place was spotless, super comfortable bed, soft towels, and lots of little touches like lotion, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, qtips, etc. Truly about 25 feet to the ocean - and a beautiful stretch of beach. As we didn’t have a car we walked to area restaurants and got some exercise. Also Uber is a great way to get around! There is aTV, but only about 5 English channels (would have been nice to kick back and watch a movie in the evening). All in all, a very good experience.

Communication between the owner and I was seamless. The unit was beautiful and well equipped. Walk to the water front and restaurants. This was my first experience at the condo but I would return. The owner had a full book with any information that you might need.

The first time I rent a vacation studio apt. for my parents and I'm so happy that everything went smooth from beginning to end. Hector made my parents feel comfortable, at ease and even greeted them at the apartment when they got there. My parents LOVED the apartment and they can't wait to stay again. Thank you so much Hector for always returning my calls and texting me back. Hopefully I'm able to meet you next time my parents stay at your place. I can't Thank you enough for making my parents stay a memorable one.
