This luxurious beach home has recently been tastefully redecorated throughout including Thermador appliances throughout the kitchen, high quality bedding, new mattresses, 3rd floor patio hot tub whole house speaker system and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy an ocean view from the 3rd floor. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and third floor. Bedding: No more than 8 adults please but 4 additional children are considered for a total of 12 per group but we can not accommodate more than 8 adults. If your group is larger than 8 please contact us to discuss before you reserve. If your group has the extra children you may need to book as if you are a group of 8 and then we will add on the extra children after you have reserved. We do charge $25 per person per night after the 8th person if we agree to the larger group.   Bedding: Bedroom 1 The first master suite has a king bed, fireplace and a spa like bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax at the end of a day of sun and fun. Bedroom 2 The second master suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a beautiful sky light that will let the morning sun and ocean breezes through. It has an adjacent room with a twin day bed and trundle. Bedroom 3 Third bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bath and a crib. Bedroom 4 Fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin day bed and trundle, a queen sleeper sofa, a built in deck, wet bar and mini fridge, a private bathroom and direct access to the 3rd floor patio where you can soak in the hot tub as watch the sun set on the Pacific. You will enjoy the short walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the famous Huntington Beach pier. Of course the best part of this beach close home, you are just over 2 blocks to the sand.
