Recently remodeled kitchen, very Clean and comfortable Cottage! Open concept kitchen/Living room, large sunroom to get a quiet read or nap in! and a spacious landscaped yard and deck. Off street parking for 3 cars. 2 Queen beds , 2 twin beds and futon. Fully appliance Kitchen, combo keurig &carafe coffee maker.outdoor table and chairs. Outdoor shower, Private street, safe yard for children to play! Wi-fi and Cable Beds have blankets and moppillows ,and Sheets TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a beach day! Enjoy an evening cocktail on the deck listening to the ocean! Truly a hidden gem ! No PETS No Smoking No Charging of any electric vehicle Security Deposit required

Amazing experience in York! Loved the house- had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot. Communication was excellent and the home was in terrific condition. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at this property for the family vacation. Just like the description bright,clean and great location.Out door shower was fantastic Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very welcoming and right in the vicinty.Great property.

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. The only down side is there is one bathroom - but the outside shower helps.

My family has stayed here twice and both times it was a fantastic time. Very clean with great amenities, easy walk to the beach and convenient to all the other great spots around York Beach. Looking forward to going back!

The house is located in a great location off of the busy road with yard space to use. The outdoor shower was very nice. Thankful for multiple AC units and very handy to have a washer and dryer.

Mike puts great care into his property! Everything is super clean, the space is beautiful & well planned. We’ve stayed here for two years now & new things have been done to the property to maximize its convenience & appeal even more. This house is great all around & you can’t beat the location- we look forward to many more family vacations here!

Great place and location
This was a fantastic place for the 5 of us to stay. Nice and clean and quiet. Close to the beach but not right on the main drag. Mike was quick to communicate and very friendly.

wonderful experience
The house was true to the description. It is located on a very quiet side street that is very nicely tucked away. The walk to the beach is very short and it even satisfied the kids who are chomping at the bit to get there quickly! The owner was very solicitous and checked in to make sure all was well. Our family really enjoyed our time together and we are looking forward to booking again for next year. Thanks so much Mike for allowing us to rent your lovely home.

Great location, nicely updated home
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Myself and my husband were joined by our two teenage daughters and 3 of their friends. It was a little tight when everyone was trying to make breakfast at the same time, but overall we all found enough space to relax. The distance to the beach is perfect...close enough to walk with a beach cart but far enough away to be removed from the hustle and bustle right by Long Sands. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and the two AC units do a good job of cooling the entire house. The bedrooms are on the small side but the beds are good as is the storage in each bedroom. The outside shower is brand new and awesome and was really handy with so many teenagers! The back deck and yard do back right up to other properties including the owners. The owners are very nice and responsive. There's ample parking for 4 cars. Kitchen is well stocked and I love having a washer/dryer.

This house was fantastic! Great features, clean, awesome amenities & the owner was extremely nice! The outdoor shower was perfect after long days at the beach, there was plenty of parking space, a wonderful deck, We will be back again for sure!
