No "l & F" partygoers are allowed in this property The apartment forms part of the Blue Harbour holiday apartments and this Seafront Holiday Apartment with terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment is few months old internally but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade. It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbq overlooking the sea. Apartment is also fully air conditioned At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors. Apartment Specifications: 1) 70sq m internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom with shower. 2) 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator Facilities: 1) Fast unlimited Wifi internet in all the rooms and Iptv with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. 2) Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc. 3) Iron and ironing board and washing machine. Hair dryer available on request. 4) Cots, highchairs, Dvd player and coffee machine are available on request. 5) Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter. 6) Towels and bed sheets are provided. In the area: 2 Small swimming zones at 200m/800m (pebbly/rocky/concrete/sandy seabed) Major Sandy beaches – 3km to 7km (5min to 25 min by bus) Bus stops for main bus routes – 50m Minimarket at 900m Vegetable and fruit seller at 550m Bank at 1. 2km (20 min) Pharmacy at 1. 2km (20 min) Butcher (800m) Swimming pool (800m) available at a fee in hotels nearby Restaurants/bars/pizzerias/trattorias/ice-cream shops/take away (as close as 400m- as far as 2km) One day cruise departure points (boat/jetty at 2km, free minibus pick up point at 50m) Paceville (discos area – 9km (20 min by bus-car) Promenade in front of the building Country walks at 300m Parking – easy __________________________________________ Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
