This vacation home for seven people in Dagebüll convinces not only with its house with large, very well-kept garden (not fenced) but also with the direct, unobstructed panoramic view over meadows and fields to the North Sea dike, which you can enjoy from your covered balcony. Also in the colder season it is possible to relax here wonderfully, because the house is equipped with two fireplaces, in front of whose crackling fireplaces you can really make yourself comfortable when you come home from a walk at the North Sea. Because of the two bathrooms, the house is also perfect for a vacation with two families. The evergreen bathing beach of Dagebüll is located directly behind the dike and invites you to swim. A dog beach as well as a nudist beach is also located here. Of course, the extensive leisure activities in Dagebüll also include mudflat walks, bike tours along the dikes and fishing trips. In just five minutes walk you can reach the small shopping street of Dagebüll with stores, restaurants and a small grocer, which is open in season. Directly across the street, ferries depart for the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr. Or you can take the excursion steamer to the seal banks, the Halligen or cross over to Helgoland. You can also reach Sylt quickly and easily by regional train from nearby Niebüll - perfect for a day trip! Bicycles can be rented directly in Dagebüll; canoe rental 10 km. Thanks to the extensive and lovingly selected equipment of the house, no boredom can arise during your vacation: in addition to toys and a large selection of books, including many classics, a skateboard, badminton rackets and Nordic walking sticks are also available. A car parking space is located under the carport, another one right next to it. The house is heated by night storage heating. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 18.00 per person or bring their own. Das haus ist schön geschnitten Nicht so schön das in der oberen Etage 2 fernsehen sind im Untergeschoss nur 1 ner Matratzen müssten auch erneuert werden komplett. Und die im Inserat auf englisch genannten strom Kosten sind versteckte Kosten aber wollte nicht zu Anwalt gehen

Für unsere 2 Familien, war es ein ausreichend großes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Würden wir sonst immer wieder nehmen. Das Büro hatte eine sehr entspannte Mittagspause. Wir waren oft vergebens da. Die direkte Umgebung war nett. Für alles weitere musste man längere Autofahrten in Kauf nehmen. Es fehlte halt das Wasser.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (drei Fernseher und eine Menge Spiele und Bücher) und geräumig, hat eine Terrasse mit etwas Grünfläche und ein Carport. Die Terrasse ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Das Haus ist etwa 700 m vom Deich entfernt. Wenige hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt sind auch einige Gaststätten und ein kleiner Laden, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat. Negativ aufgefallen ist der kleine Sonnenschirm, mindestens ein laut knarrendes Bett und die direkt hinter dem Grundstück verlaufende Bahnlinie(die uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil nur alle paar Stunden ein kleines Züglein vorbeigefahren ist).

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem gediegenen Haus genossen. Es bot auch bei schlechtem Wetter genug Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen. Jeder fand seine Lieblingsecke.
