I took my son and his groomsmen on his bachelor trip and chose this location so that we didn't have to all stay together 24/7. With so much to do, right there in one location, everyone could do what they wanted when they wanted, without having to all pack in cars and leave. We did play golf each day which was also convenient from this location. It was perfect.

We stay here every year, it’s our favorite when we visit. The property owner is more than accommodating and very helpful if you have any problems. Location is perfect if you like to eat, nightlife, beach , and is a short drive to Destin. I’m sure we will enjoy this location for many years to come.

I had to leave midway through the 4 night trip. I have in writing, on my phone, that the management would take me off all liability and costs for the remainder of the trip. Once I had left the property and flown back home, he tried to retract his statement and hung up on me. Also it took us, on a Friday afternoon almost 30 minutes to even reach the parking lot for the beach. Then forget about the treck to the ramp that then leads to the beach!

My experience renting this property was nothing but spectacular. There is so many food options in the area including yummy ice cream shops. There is fun for the kids and many different shopping options for souvenirs. It has spontaneous views from the balconies including the town below and the bay in the distance. Our penthouse was very spacious with pretty decorations and morals on the walls. Overall a great place for a family getaway with things to do without getting in the car.

Best vacation
This property was absolutely amazing. The home was gorgeous, and exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location, and we really loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the live music and fireworks (which was awesome) for the 4th of July. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants as well that is located on the property. The shuttle to the beach took a little longer due to it being a holiday and summertime, but we did like being able to take the shuttle. The only minor issue was the downstairs bedrooms were warm, and when adjusting the temperature to cool the downstairs bedrooms, it would make the upstairs bedrooms really cold. Everyone really enjoyed this property and we are all very excited about booking it again.

Hands down, this was one of the best trips I have ever been on in the Gulf. After 5 days I'm normally ready to go home, but not this time, I never wanted to leave.
Our entire group was excited upon seeing the online listening, and were pleasantly surprised that this condo had SO much more to offer in person. We could not have asked for a more convenient location to everything. This was an annual trip for this group and we are already talking about reserving for next year!!

The Best Baytowne Experience you could ask for!
Hands down, this was one of the best trips I have ever been on in the Gulf. After 5 days I'm normally ready to go home, but not this time, I never wanted to leave.

Great getaway with friends and family
This is the second time that I've stayed at this condo and it again did not disappoint.
I was here for a conference and four of my girlfriends stayed with me and had the best time. The location and the condition of the condo is on point.
We are actually looking at wanting to bring family here for a vacation. This place offers so much and you are at the heart of Baytown wharf. The condo itself has so much room to spread out that it did not even feel like we had four people staying with us. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with cooking essentials. The bedrooms are well spaced and bathrooms are very clean and kept in good shape.
Our contact for the condo was always so communicative and friendly. He took very good care of us when we had questions about the condo.
This will definitely be a place I will stay again and bring my family to enjoy. I highly recommend that you do the same :-)

Let me first say the property owner is absolutely the most pleasant I have ever rented from. We travel alot and have come to destin every year and mr. Gaffney was so pleasant and easy going and very prompt with communication. The location for our boys who ranged from age 14, 20 and 25 loved going down to the wharf in our down time and shopping or just grabbing ice cream. We all had enough space to spread out and enjoyed the large round table for playing uno our last night. There were 7 of us in total. The ease of access to the beach across the highway was easy and we always chose to drive our personal vehicle and never had any issues. Overall the space and location were great. There were some cosmetic and cleanliness issues that need to be addressed. There was a large knick in the sheet rock and it was on the floor when we got there. The master tub was dirty and one of the master sinks wouldn't drain. The 2nd bedroom downstairs was hot and the oscillating fan that was available didn't work. Upstairs the queen bedroom was warm as well and really could use a ceiling fan. My guys enjoyed the crows nest and the overall space was good. More cooking utensils could be added to the kitchen. The refrigerator had a crisper bin that was broken and needed to be replaced. Overall the unit needs some tlc to bring it up to par in my opinion. Overall I would recommend this property.

We took our family with age ranges 18-62. We have been going to Sandestin every year for the past 20+ years and this was, by far, the most spacious condo we have ever rented. Perfect location for dining and enjoying night life within walking distance of the condo. Also, nice to be able to enjoy the activities in the event plaza from our balcony (concerts, fireworks, etc). The 3 levels of living area was nice for the younger occupants to have their own space away from the adults. Will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Location, Location, Location!

Best spot in Baytowne Wharf for sure! We had an amazing time! Close to golf, beaches, good food, the balcony was so fun to sit and watch all the events that were going on, especially the fireworks!

Party Place Extraordinaire
First let me explain that as a family with ages ranging from 79 to 9, we found the property itself exquisite. But the location less than ideal. Obviously located in one of the prime spots in Baytowne Marina overlooking the square with a straight view to the stage and beautiful view of the water it has its pros. But for us, late evening life is not part of our routine. And for a group that likes being "where the action is" it would be perfect. The unit itself is top drawer. Perfect for three or four couples wanting activity ranging from golf, a great pool, and the beach to bar hopping in the late evening hours. Or as a past organizer of business events, perfect for the hospitality hours that generally kick off the non business evening hours of the schedule.
There are only really two cons - the parking and traffic throughout the area. Ridiculous and frustrating. Even the noisy evenings because of the activity below was not a problem as the unit is well sound proofed.
Would we go again? No - but quick to add, nor would we stay anywhere in the Baytown Marina complex. Would we recommend the unit to others, most certainly if the descriptors above fit your purpose.

Long Weekend Away
Me and a few of my friends were looking for a long weekend getaway. This place was perfect! I am familiar with the Village at Baytown Wharf and this location was such a wonderful place to escape to.
