Nice clean apartment. Walking distance to the beach. Would recommend

The appartment was ideal for our purposes. Close to the beach, close to a subway station and two large supermarkets. The bus stop into town was also only maybe two hundred meters away. Sure it was not pretty, but reasonably quiet despite being close to the main road. All the basics were there. The greatest "problem" were the two sofas, which are a litte worse for wear. Other than that a great place to stay if you want to visit Cadiz and do not want to lease a car. Thankyou very much Mr. Cierpol for your hospitality.

We rented the apartment for a month so that it felt like we lived in the hood.
We shopped in the local grocery store, ate in the local restaurants, had wine at and tapas in the beach bars and walked miles on the beach. It was a wonderful experience.
Cadiz is a lovely old city well worth exploring. While a few kilometres from the centre, the bus service is excellent and, at 1.10€, inexpensive. Several buses have direct service into the city, but is is also a fabulous walk along the promenade.
All in all we loved it!

This unit is within a few hundred yards of the beach, metro, and shops, so very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and were very nice. Bernd responds quickly to any questions. Our only suggestion is that the beds are made prior to guests arriving - this would made us feel more welcomed after a long day of travel.

Buena ubicación. Limpieza deja que desear. No tiene mosquiteras como dice solo en la cocina y en el dormitorio pequeño.no hay batidora,s.los vecinos geniales.montacargas para carrito. valoración aceptable...

Estancia perfecta
Hemos estado muy agusto. El apartamento tiene todas las comunidades. Estaba muy limpio y tenía todo tipo de accesorios de cocina. Camas cómodas, baño impecable y el trato con la dueña muy cordial y ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Si se puede, volveremos.

Vacaciones en Cádiz.
El piso está genial, tiene todas las comodidades (ventiladores, lavavajillas ,lavadora, plancha....) La situación es inmejorable ,playa a cinco minutos andando, farmacia y supermercado, parada de autobús y de tren, todo cerca y muy bien comunicado. Encantados de haber decido quedarnos aquí para pasar nuestras vacaciones.

L'appartement est très bien. Conforme à l'annonce. Près de la plage. Bien nettoyé. Tout y est. C'est sont les propriétaires qui louent et ils y vont aussi alors ce n'est pas une industrie. Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines. Les seuls points négatifs sont la taille du lit de couple (mais peut-être standard en Espagne) et l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble, mais les voisins sont tranquilles et ne font pas de bruit alors cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes ! Nous avons adoré

El apartamento está muy bien, cerca de la playa y perefctamente comunicado para llegar al centro. Tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina y cosas se casa. Desde luego para repetir.

Top gelegene Wohnung in Cadiz. Tolle Stadt und wunder schöner Strand
Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung. Top Lage. Wenige Minuten zum Strand!Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um die Wohnung! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr angenehm und nett! Wir würden jeder Zeit dort wieder Urlaub machen. Nach wenigen Tagen wie Zuhause gefühlt! Familie Werner/Santos bedankt sich für einen schönen Urlaub

Sehr gut zu erreichender Stadtstrand mit nur 10 Gehminuten. Die Stadtmitte Cadiz ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ein Katzensprung. Die Wohnung ist niedlich und wie beschrieben.

Die Wohnung und die Lage.....ein Träumchen!!!
Wir hatten das große Glück im März 2019, dass von Sonntag zu Sonntag uns die Sonne verwöhnte... im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes!!
Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schön und sehr gemütlich.
Es fehlt an nichts, was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht.
Die Lage ist optimal. Bus gerade um die Ecke, Supermarkt ein paar Minuten vom Haus und sehr gut sortiert.
Und dann der Strand..... Einfach nur wunderbar!!!! Die Strand-Restaurants sind ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert!
Kurz gefasst: hinfliegen und genießen!!!
Und das werden wir sobald als möglich!!

I stayed 1 month at this apartment. As it is also used by the owners, it has all the little convenient touches for living (shopping cart, laundry basket, pegs etc). Very clean. Owner was very quick to respond when we couldn't turn on hot water (our bad)… Location very close to bus and train line, and 3 blocks from beach. Wifi was good, there was TV too but I didn't use it. Kitchen well equipped. Only possible negatives could be that there isn't much of a view from the windows (if that is important) and it's a bit of a bun fight for parking (if that's important). Otherwise fantastic and I would definitely stay again.

Muito bom
Procurávamos um sitio para descansar, mas também para conhecer, e de facto correspondeu ás nossas expectativas, pois estavamos a pouco mais de uma hora de Sevilha, de Gibraltar, Ronda, setenil de las bodegas, cidades que conhecemos muito bonitas, e com história, e claro, Cadis que visitamos os seus monumentos. A casa é muito agradável, sítio muito sossegado. Gostamos muito. Obrigada

Die Wohnung war wie nach Hause kommen... und die Strände, Umgebung etc. noch immer so schön und erholsam wie vor 2 Jahren.
Die Lage von Cadiz ist perfekt für Erholung und Ausflüge gleichermaßen. Dieses mal waren wir einen Tag in den Bergen bei Zahara und auch einen Tag in Tanger / Marokko..Und die meiste Zeit an den vielen wunderbaren Stränden.. vor der Tür und drum herum :-)
Wer Urlaub sucht, wird ihn hier finden!!

Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht :-)
Wir haben 10 Tage in der schön eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in Cadiz verbracht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig: sie ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, bis zur Bushaltestelle sind es 3 min zu Fuß und der Bus fährt ca alle 10 min in die Stadt. Es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt fast vor der Haustür und zum Strand sind es 10 min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und hat mit dem Sparprogramm (ca.1:15 Std) eine urlauberfreundliche Schnellwaschfunktion.
Per Satellit sind viele deutschsprachige Programme erhältlich. Das WLAN funktioniert super.
Die Vermieter sind telefonisch erreichbar und sprechen perfekt deutsch, sodass alle Fragen und Probleme sofort geklärt werden können.
Cadiz ist sehr sehenswert. Wir haben hier die Semana Santa verbracht und waren von der Stadt und den Menschen beeindruckt.
Der Strand ist toll, die Brandung des Atlantiks beeindruckend (im März/April leider wie zu erwarten zu kalt zum Baden). Wir würden gern wieder einen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Living like a local in Cadiz
Immaculate, clean smelling well equipped apartment. Lots of space for living & plenty of room to store things away. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Lots of natural light. In the evening it was cost because it’s equipped as someone’s home so there are lamps, side tables & soft furnishings. Beds were comfortable with planets of extra bedding if needed. Large fridge & freezer & decent washing machine too. Living here was easy. An easy bus ride into town or a 45 minute walk along the sea path.

Great location
We were very pleased with the proximity to the beach and lively shopping area with restaurants and cafes. The number 5 bus was two blocks away and we were able to easily navigate throughout the city.
The apartment was charming, clean and fully equipped.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location
We spent a fantastic week here in July 2017. The apartment is as described - well equipped and very comfortable. The beach is superb and only 5 minutes away. There's a good supermarket across the road and there's plenty of decent bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. The buses to the old town are also frequent and cheap.
The key arrangements were fine and the owners promptly responded to all questions. Parking outside can be difficult but its the same everywhere. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again when we come back to Cadiz

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und zentral gelegen
Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt: zum Strand war es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch, Sonnenschirme und Stühle standen zur Verfügung, so dass wir den Strandaufenthalt sehr genießen konnten. Mit dem Bus kamen wir für 1,10€ in die Altstadt, die wir traumhaft fanden. Auch die Bushaltestelle war nur einige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
Also eine schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und allem, was man benötigt! Sehr empfehlenswert!
