The overall property appeared to be nice. However, the property owner violated the VRBO policy and our privacy by having cameras inside and outside th epropery. At the time of reserving the property, there was nothing in the ad that stated that there were surveillance camera. VRBO policy is that inside camera are not allowed and any outside cameras must be fully disclosed in the ad. We reserved this property in April 2020. The owner was really rude and would no return phone calls or text messages.

Great little guest house close to interstate and Capitol and children’s hospital. Myself, wife and kids enjoyed staying here. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues at all. Felt very safe on the property. Very comfortable beds. Very nice, updated and modern. Very clean. 10/10 recommend for a Little Rock stay.

We used to live in LR for about 5 years but since having kids we haven’t made the trip. This is probably the most all inclusive rental property we’ve ever stayed in- it had everything! Very helpful when traveling with 2 kids under age 5. My daughter LOVED the little toy nook and when we left she said she hopes toys get a new friend soon. Neighborhood isn’t in the most sought after area but we felt very safe and location was convenient with it being right off highway. There were some messages I sent host that went unanswered but none that were urgent. In fairness, her cell was provided in the house but I chose not to use it. We plan to visit more often and will likely use this place as our go-to

I booked this property for my sister's, my mother and I to stay during a visit with our brother. It was a perfect location. No more than 10 minutes from everyplace we visited while in the area. The guest house is beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area and playing some cards in the afternoons. I will absolutely try to book this location again on our next family visit.

We played in a tennis tournament and the house was close to everything. The house was adorable and very clean. If we are ever in Little Rock again, we will definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best rental I've ever stayed stayed at. A VRBO should be that, a vacation. The house was renovated with comfort and luxury in mind. Although it's right next to the highway, it's not that big of an issue. And most importantly, most rentals provide old or cheap mattresses. This rental had quality mattress and linens for a good night's rest.

My husband were in town for a convention downtown. The property was only 5 mins away. But super easy also to get onto the interstate to get to any location in LR. Extremely clean! Which is very important to us. The mattresses were huge and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here a year ago. When returning to LR we were drawn again to this rental because it is so homey and clean and comfortable, with a very nice kitchen. Neighborhood appears sketchy but in this case, looks are deceiving. The neighborhood is quite safe and quiet. The home is in a great location, just off the freeway, and close to downtown.

This is a beautifully appointed guest house. Spotlessly clean, everything provided for,very up to date. Two roomy bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. Gorgeous flowers and landscaping. The one drawback is that it’s close to the local freeway. The traffic sound is constant on the outside, but inside you really can’t hear it - I slept well. For the price, I thought it was a bargain.

I traveled to Little Rock for my daughter's graduation. The Guest House was just as it was described. It was quite and cozy. The house was clean and when I contacted the Host with a request I got a response quickly. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at the Guest House again when I visit Little Rock.

We are on a multi month tour of the country and have already stayed at a number of VRBOs. This place was absolutely the best of our trip so far! It was beautiful, had plenty of space, was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Little Rock. Parking was right outside the door. There were two outside sitting areas. It was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

Property is as cute and inviting as shown in the pictures. The back courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy the waterfall and gorgeous landscape. Inside the property had everything one would need for their stay! Loved it!

A friend of mine and I used this perfect little gem as a weekend getaway. The guest house is lovely and comfortable. There is some noise from the highway and train nearby, but nothing a noise app on my phone couldn't handle. The perfect location for anyone needing close proximity to downtown, Children's Hospital, or UAMS. Ruth was quick to answer any questions I had and has created a lovely little oasis in the middle of the city!

Decided on this property because it was close to the race we signed up for and it allowed pets. It was super cute and the beds were comfortable (I have to throw that in because most aren’t). My friend and I felt safe in the home. Which was important. Wound up being a fun girls trip!

Property is just as shown. Very clean and great to have some of the extras. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. We would have like to use the fire pit. Nice large rooms and comfortable beds.
