Palma is a nice area. The location is nice however the street in particular is not. Needs to be improve in general service and beauty of the House itself.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement bien situé et équipé de tout le nécessaire. L'accès pourrait être mieux identifié car nous avons emprunté un portillon permettant d'accéder à l'arrière du bâtiment avec un gros doute sur cet accès.

Erg jammer dat wij niet voldoende op de hoogte waren van het feit, dat er in deze tijd van het jaar zo weinig te doen wa Slechts 1 klein thais eettentje was open en slechts 1 supermarkt. Wij vinden dat dit duidelijker doorgegeven moet worden.

We needed to find a basic 2 night stay to fill up the remaining nights of a ten day tour of Mallorca and luckily found the Rotunda apartments. We stayed in a boutique hotel, a family half board one and even a monastery finishing with the Rotunda. It really fitted the bill, was good value, clean , friendly staff, straightforward and convenient for the small busy beaches in the Cala DOr region. We arrived early and they let us store our bags in the basement,the flat No3 had 2 balconies , basic kitchen,air con if needed. Let's be honest , the decor is dated but it’s all clean, serviceable and perfect for what we needed. they will do your laundry for 2€ a load as well. Good little pool at the back, clean as well.Thanks for a great stay and all the best for the future.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Preis Leistungs Verhältniss ist stimmig! Wenn wir fragen oder sonstiges hatten war immer jemand für uns da! Das einzige was wir zu beanstanden haben ist das man für die Klimaanlage 7 Euro extra bezahlen muss pro Tag...vielleicht sollte man da überlegen einfach den Zimmer Preis 5 Euro höher zu machen pro Nacht!? Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub! Vielen Dank an die Familie Adrover und ihr Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen! Familie Jähnig-Duncan

We booked all the apartments for a family holiday for my nan’s 80th birthday, therefore had the pool to ourselves which was lovely! The appartments were homely and good value for the money. The pool area has lovely furniture to lounge the day away. The top floor apartment has beautiful roof terraces, again with lovely lounge furniture. Cala ferrera is a lovely area and has more than enough bars/restaurants and beaches to walk to. The family and office staff were all very friendly and helpful - even before we arrive the communication was excellent! Maria even made my nan a birthday cake - which was really kind! The whole family had a lovely stay and we would highly recommend these appartments!

An der Wohnung ist nicht viel auszusetzen, sie ist zumindest für zwei Personen ausreichend geräumig. Das Bad ist neuwertig, im Schlafzimmer gibt es allerdings zwei Einzelbetten statt einem Doppelbett. Cala Ferrara ist recht ruhig, der Strand in einer schönen Bucht ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Cala d'Or mit der entsprechenden touristischen Infrastruktur ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die wunderschönen Cala Mitjana und Cala Sa Nau sind in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Alles bestens und gut eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage und bis ins Zentrum von Cala d' Or ein schöner Abendspaziergang. Wir kommen gern wieder.

The property was very nice and clean. We loved the pool and the balcony. The room did smell bad like cigarette smoke and the wifi did not work in the room. It was also a negative not having AC. Overall, we had a good stay. Good value and perfect location.

E' stata una bella esperienza. Appartamento confortevole e completo di tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e vicina ai servizi. Si potrebbe migliorare il confort con una maggiore aerazione dei locali e dei mobili per eliminare lo sgradevole odore di chiuso. Molto utili sarebbero anche alcuni attaccapanni alle pareti.

Das Appartement war in Ordnung. Küchenausstattung war für eine Woche ok. Wer einen Gemüse-Schäler brauch sollte sich einen mitnehmen. Maria wer sehr nett und konnte bei allen Fragen helfen. Die Handtücher wurden getauscht. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war vollkommen in Ordnung, Handtücher wurden zwei mal pro Woche gewechselt und bei Rücksprachen war immer jemand im Büro im gleichen Haus zu erreichen. Auch den Transfer zum Flughafen und einen Mietwagen haben wir über die Vermieter buchen können und mussten uns nicht lange mit verschiedenen Anbietern auseinandersetzten. Zu den zwei kleinen Buchten sowie zum schnellen Einkaufen und dem großen Supermarkt waren die Fußwege nicht weit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Rotonda Appartement!
