This is a townhome so there is one attached neighbor. - 1 mile to Starbucks Coffee, Target, HyVee Grocery & Natural Grocers - 5 miles to the Plaza - 10 minutes to Downtown - 12 miles to Arrowhead Stadium (KC Chiefs) - 12 miles to Kauffman Stadium (KC Royals) - 15 miles to Kansas Speedway - 25 miles to Worlds of Fun - 25 minutes to Kansas City International Airport - 40 minutes to University of Kansas, Lawrence Guests will have access to the whole house except the unfinished basement. Please, make yourself at home. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Paper product starter packs are available (paper towels, toilet paper). Anything beyond what is provided can be picked up locally at Target or HyVee. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the city, yet close enough to be where you want to be within 15 minutes. Crestview Park is basically in the backyard! Go down two doors west and you can walk through straight to the park. Antioch Park is just a short drive and it features multiple playgrounds, a walking trail and a beautiful fountain.

For the cost of a nice hotel, instead we enjoyed having a full kitchen to utilize, 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The furniture was comfortable, the location worked for us and our needs. The last evening we walked to the Smokehouse restaurant for dinner, cute little BBQ place. We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Kansas City! There were 4 of us, if our other son came, there would have been a separate bed for him and still plenty of room. For the price per night, it is most definitely a 5 star! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a large family! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Loved that there was an onsite washer and dryer, especially since we had small children with us. Would definitely recommend!!!

This house was very clean, and great for someone with allergies to pets because carpet is new and I had no problems. Lots of room in bedrooms. The back porch could use a nicer table and chairs, and the back yard is very small - but it fit all our needs. Everything we needed was stocked in the property, and the host was very responsive to any of our needs. A/C worked great also!

This property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cutlery (There were only 3 regular size spoons but since the rest was service for 12 I think that previous guests may have used them. Baking dishes and pans were plentiful I even got to make 4 batches of my famous chocolate chip cookies the week .that we stayed here.)The location is great - close to the grocery stores and lots of restaurants

This home was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bunk beds made a great room for the kids to sleep in. All necessities were provided. We only needed food. The interior of the home as nice and well kept. The beds were exceptional! Easy access to anything you might want to do.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our moms weekend away, and this place just the perfect location to every place we wanted to visit. Exceptionally clean, fully stocked with any thing we could think we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. The owner was quick to help us with any questions or needs that may have came up. Definitely on my list to rent again next time when visiting the area.

We stayed at Vanessas property for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was spotless upon check in. Check in was a breeze with just a hiccup with the cleaners running a bit behind. The house has everything and more you would need. The coffee options are a great touch! Even supplying cream and sugar. The furniture is comfy and in great condition..and the beds AMAZING! I am actually going to purchase the same one from the owners suite. The quality of the linens was superb. I will stay here again as my niece lives in KC, the location is literally 15 minutes to anywhere. Vanessa was great, you just can’t go wrong with this rental, and I should know as I have stayed in more VRBO’s then I can count.
