A large kitchen and a spacious room with smart TV are in the annex. A barbecue and long tables in the shade of oak trees guarantee unforgettable outdoor meals. Next to the large pool, surrounded by greenery, are a Jacuzzi and fitness area. In the well-kept garden: children's play area, soccer field, bocce court, table soccer. The property extends over more than one hectare and is completely fenced, therefore perfect for four-legged friends. The house is divided into six apartments, located between first floor and first floor, all with living room with kitchenette. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, covered parking on the property. On the first floor there are three apartments with independent entrance. APT1: spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet. APT2 and APT3: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Two staircases lead to three apartments on the second floor. APT4: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
