About this house rental
It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community which is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants. The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom, 1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath, 1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa. The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa. The home has in-home laundry (washer dryer).Very close to the pool. Cable and flat screen TVs included.WIFI and High Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) is included free of charge in a promotional offer. Kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender. An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group. Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Great stay
I visited with my husband, children ages 3 and 4, and my sister for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, inviting and served its purpose. However, the beds are awful. The twin beds downstairs are fine. Basic pot set, utensils, coffee pot, etc but we didn't do a lot of cooking. There was tissue in every bathroom that lasted for our 4 night stay. Plenty of towels for us. The location was convenient to the Disney parks and Icon park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if available on my travel dates.

Nice
Location was great. Easy to get to Disney. The place was nice, stairs a little steep for us. We have bad knees. Smaller than I expected but worked fine for us.

Disney Fans
The condo was as advertised...short drive to all Disney properties. Great value for the money and this is coming from a family that has spent the last 20 or so trips on Disney property! We were able to use the extra funds that we would have spent at a Disney resort on two character dining experiences.
Definitely will be staying here again!

Orlando vacation after a hurricane
Our vacation plans to Orlando were interrupted by Hurricane Dorian. The owners were accommodating and helped us reschedule the stay to another week. The communication over the phone and in emails were cordial. The rental is cozy and had the amenities as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. We live in Florida and visit Orlando often. We will stay there again if available.

Lees 2019 vacation
Check-in was great. The only issue we had was the grass, it looks like it was not cut in weeks both back and front of the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it is conveniently located. Overall we had a great stay.

I didn't like the neighborhood, but it was super close to disney parks. the townhouse is huge and parking is easy.

Crestwynd Bay
This property was more than what I thought it would be. The house was clean and immaculate. It is in a gated community and there wasn't any trouble getting in and out. My family and I would use Manny and My Orlando Stay again. It s down the street from the restaurants and 2 miles from Disney World. We enjoyed our stay.

Even better than expected!
The pictures posted of the condo were exactly what we walked into. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and compared to other places we have stayed we actually had enough towels for everyone in our group! In the few days we stayed, Manny’s condo quickly felt like home. We were close to many shopping areas which was nice, and were only about a 12 minute drive from Disney. I would definitely recommend renting from Manny, and hope we can do so again soon!

Phenomenal Place
We stayed at Crestwynd for a month in March-April 2019. We found the townhouse to be clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and perfectly located. The gated community is safe and very well kept. The people are friendly, the pool is clean and the entire area is gorgeous!!
The MyOrlandoStay staff is courteous, available and very friendly as well as helpful in a timely manner.
I would recommend this place for families and couples. It is quiet but kid and dog friendly!! We traveled with our 2 dogs, one of which is a 95lb bernedoodle. We were graciously accepted into this home and community. They have dog stations scattered throughout the community and the grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a lot of space to walk your dogs!!
I certainly give Manny and his beautiful house a strong recommendation!!

Great Location and Community
The townhouse was in a great location and I felt very safe walking my dog everyday in the community. The townhouse itself is in good condition. There are areas that show some wear and tear but overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great Location !! Good house !!
This house was located at a very prime location. It is very spacious and lot of Sun light. Small park attached to the house allows kids in and out. No issues for 2-3 car parking for guests. Also the community pool was icing to the cake. Walmart is also very close by for any groceries.
I'm giving one star less only because when we arrived the floor was dusty and found lot of pet hair. Rest no complaints everything was fabulous..

Not what we were expecting
The place we stayed was not what we expected. Pictures on website were misleading. Beds were not very comfortable and the place was not very clean. Smelled like bleach but when you touched surfaces they were tacky with residue. Be sure you wash all the dishes before you use them - they were put away dirty. We had to go out and buy sponges to wash the dishes because the ones left were gross and stinky. Bunch of teenagers drinking, smoking pot and playing loud music at pool - not conducive for relaxing. Location was convenient.

The unit was clean and close to Disney.
Nice property. Quick response time when messaged about problems. Only complaint was that there's a neighbor who allows his dog to poop all in front of the unit and does not pick it up. Otherwise, great stay.
