Everything about this property was superb, one of the best experiences I have had, what a splendid host, went above and beyond to cater to all our needs, cannot fault in the slightest, truly splendid, definitely recommend to all!! Great place

This property was perfect in every way!

Walking distance to the border in Old City and Dereboyu Avenue. Close to hospitals (if required) quiet safe residential area in the city centre. Not touristy at all but close to supermarkets/pharmacies and food and drink shops - just like the locals. I'm not keen on resorts.

That the indoor latch / lock was broken. This meant my little toddler opened the door with ease and ran off. I couldn’t lock it to make it child proof. A Besides this everything else was fantastic.

Gulchan is a warm and welcoming host. She went out of her way to help me with any questions or problems. The flats are like a home away from home - everything you need to be comfortable. Better than a hotel!

You need to have air conditioning on in July to be able to sleep.

The closest location to my work place. The land lady was very helpful and understanding. The building and the flat was in good condition. Bed cover, sheets and the towels were clean.

The additional charge for cleaning comes after you make the shortlisting, of which the potential guest is inclined to accept. Marketing method may be?

You have to use certain Killo warts of electricity per day if you over use they make you pay for it . I feel when I’m on holiday I don’t want a form of responsibility of checking the meter all the time . In future they should just put the charge of extra misuse of electricity as inclusive on the booking
